Introduction: Cervical cancer ranks second as the most cancer cases in women. This is due to ineffective early detection programs. Early detection of cervical cancer that can be done is the VIA test, but women's involvement is still minimal. This is because Health Belief in cervical cancer and VIA tests are lacking so that women don’t feel vulnerable and threatened to cervical cancer, don’t feel cervical cancer as a severe disease, don’t know the benefits of IVA tests and don’t feel able to do. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between HBM and the behavior of VIA test examination. Methods: This type of research was correlational with a cross sectional approach. The study population was women of childbearing age. Samples of 51 people were taken using the purposive sampling method. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed with the Spearman test. Results: The Health Belief Model among respondents was almost entirely in the moderate category (78.4%). Behavioral VIA test examination was mostly in the positive behavior category (70.6%). There is a relationship between the HBM and VIA test behavior with p value = 0.011 (p value ˂ α (0.05)). Conclusions: Based on the study results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of Health Belief Model with VIA Test Behavior in Women of Childbearing Age.

The role of themother is very influential in the upbringing and care of the child. This study aimed to determinethe relationship between parenting style and nutritional status of babies aged 12-24 months atthe Jelbuk Public Health Center, Jember Regency. The research design used was cross-sectional.The sampling technique used proportionate random sampling and obtained a total sample of 97mothers and babies under two years. Mothers were instructed to fill out mother's parentingquestionnaires. The nutritional status of children under two years is measured by weight/ageindicators and interpreted based on the WHO classification of nutritional status. The child'sweight was obtained using a hanging-type scale (dacin). Statistical analysis using Spearman rankwith significance ≤0.05. Most children (50%) of mothers with permissive parenting areunderweight, 47.1% are normal, and 2.9% are at risk of being overweight. Most children (86%)of mothers with democratic parenting have normal nutritional status, and 14% are underweight. Most children (83.3%) of mothers with authoritarian parenting have normal weight, and 16.7%are underweight. There is a relationship between parenting style and the nutritional status ofchildren aged 12-24 months (p value = 0.001; α = 0.05). The application of democratic parentinghas the potential to cause normal weight in children. Therefore, health promotion is neededabout parenting by related parties to mothers of children because parenting affects eating habitsthat impact children's nutritional status.

Introduction: Chronic kidney disease is one of the most important global health problems today related to mortality, with its prevalence significantly increasing every year worldwide. Chronic kidney failure occurs because the kidneys cannot maintain balance in the body. Decreased kidney function results in the kidneys not producing the hormone erythropoietin, which can cause a decrease in hemoglobin levels. Low hemoglobin levels can cause anemia in patients with chronic kidney failure. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between hemodialysis frequency and hemoglobin levels in chronic renal failure patients at hospital in Jember. Method: The study used analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 30 respondents using consecutive sampling. Data collection using observation sheets. Results: Chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis 2 times a week (73.3%)in the always category and hemoglobin levels in the low category (76.7%). With a percentage of p-value results of 0.002 where p<α (0.002<0.005). Conclusion: There is a relationship between hemodialysis frequency and hemoglobin levels in chronic renal failure patients at hospital in Jember.

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus causes sugar in the blood to not be brought into cells and causeshyperglycemia. Excessive levels of sugar in the blood can disrupt the work of blood cells whichwill release oxygen so that oxygen in the blood becomes reduced which causes hypoxia inperipheral tissues. Glucosuria causes the body to lose calories, causing a decrease in metabolicenergy and malaise. This study aimed to analyze the relationship of oxygen saturation withmalaise in diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: The design used in this research is a cross-sectional approach. The population of DM patients at hospital on average in the last 3 monthswas 160 patients. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. This study used a samplingtechnique of no-probability sampling with the Quota sampling method. Data collection in thisstudy used oximetry and the DSS questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is theSpearman test. Results: This study showed that most of the oxygen saturation experiencedmoderate hypoxemia as many as 20 people and the category of acute malaise was 1 person (2%),subacute malaise was 16 people (32%), and chronic malaise was 33 people (66%). Based on theresults of the Rank Spearman statistical test, it is known that there is a relationship betweenoxygen saturation and malaise in diabetes mellitus patients (p-value 0.000 α < 0.05).Conclusion: There is a relationship between oxygen saturation and malaise in Diabetes Mellituspatients. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of stressors on academic stress in nursing profession students. Methods: The research design used was a non-experimental design with a descriptive type, where the approach was cross-sectional and carried out at dr. Soebandi University. The sample type in this research is Non-Probability Sample, with a Purposive Sampling method of 30 respondents. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank Correlation test. Results: The hypothesis testing show that study assignments influences the emergence of academic stress. Meanwhile, supervisory factors, study load and study time have no effect on academic stress. Conclusions: Several suggestions can be put forward: providing adequate training to students before carrying out professional practice. Lecturers and supervisors can be more flexible and professional in providing assignments and guidance to students in the nursing profession.
