Abstract

Patient satisfaction can be achieved if the needs, desires, and expectations can be fulfilled through the services they receive. One of the factors is the cost incurred. The price set must be appropriate and follow the patient's income. Another aspect that can increase the number of consumers is promotion. Promotion plays an essential role in communicating the product's value to potential customers. This research aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer satisfaction at Bunda BIC Clinic Vida Bekasi. The research method used is the descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is primary data distributed through questionnaires. The number of samples involved was 110 respondents. This research was conducted at Bunda BIC clinic Vida Bekasi. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis processed on the SPSS software version 24. The results showed that promotion and price partially have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion and price simultaneously significantly affect customer satisfaction at Bunda BIC Clinic Vida Bekasi by 26.2%. While the remaining 73.8% is influenced by other variables or factors outside this research. From the results of this research, it is expected that the clinic management can maximize the use of social media for promotion and reach more customers. In addition, it is necessary to collaborate with influencers with thousands of active followers on social media.

Abstract

Based on the data from Ministry of Agriculture, soybean import from 2015 to 2018 kept getting increased. In 2015 and 2016, was recorded soybean import of 2.3 million tons, 2017 2.7 million tons, and experienced a slight decrease in 2018 into 2.6 million tons. Soybean import dependence caused high price of soybeans that made Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), such as Mr. Tochari, have to manage overcome it. The study aimed to analyze the marketing strategies, the obstacle faced, and to formulate the efforts to be taken by the enterpreneur to improve the marketing strategies. The study implemented descriptive qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the marketing strategies implemented by the tempe enterpreneur Mr. Tochari through marketing mix (4P) and SWOT Analysis mostly reached the targets, but there were some obstacle, namely dependence on soybean import, production tools that could not fulfill all of the needs in one production process so it required loner time, and production process that still implemented traditional way

Abstract

The low work productivity of employees will have an impact on the low quality of service to consumers or the public. Based on the author's observations at PT. TRI BANYAN TIRTA, the low work productivity of employees is caused by the lack of supporting facilities in carrying out activities, such as the availability of vehicle facilities, room facilities, filing facilities, software facilities that have not been able to fully support the increasing work activities of employees. This study aims to analyze how much influence Employee Competence and Work Facilities have on Employee Work Productivity at PT. TRI BANYAN TIRTA. The research method in this study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and then statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS version. 24.0. the results of this study concluded that: Employee competence has a significant effect on work productivity with a percentage level of influence of 29.1%. This shows that Employee Competence affects the Work Productivity of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta. Work Facilities have a significant effect on Work Facilities with a percentage level of influence of 29.80%. This shows that Work Facilities affect the Work Productivity of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta. Employee competence and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of work productivity of 34.70% while the remaining 65.30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between marketing mix and servicequality on purchasing decisions, either individually or jointly. The study was designed using asurvey method with a correlational approach and the data obtained were analyzed statistically.The study was conducted at PT Mitra Sumber Utama Bekasi using a sample of 50 employees.The research data was collected by recording secondary data and using a Likert scalequestionnaire which was calibrated using item validity and reliability coefficient tests.Analysis of the data using the correlation regression method, by testing the requirements of theanalysis, namely the heteroscedasticity test and the normality test of the estimated error.Statistical calculations using the SPSS software program. The research results are as follows:First, the results of the study state that the marketing mix variable (X1) has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions (Y) both partially. And the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.343.This shows that the marketing mix variable (X1) affects the purchasing decision variable (Y) by34.3%, while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Second, the results of the study state that the service quality variable (X2) has a positive effecton purchasing decisions (Y) partially. And the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.308.This shows that the service quality variable (X2) affects the purchasing decision variable (Y) by30.8%, while the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Third, the value of the determinant coefficient is 44%. This shows that the variable (marketingmix) (quality of service) affects the Y variable (purchase decisions) by 44% while the remaining56% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the results of this study is that purchasing decisions can be improved throughefforts to improve the marketing mix and service quality that is more conducive and even better

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the influence of trust, benefits and convenience on the decision to use LinkAja (Case Study on Community Users of LinkAja Services in Jakarta), with quantitativemethods. , each respondent was given 24 questions using a Likert scale and data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis using the t test, F test and the correlation coefficient test and the coefficient of determination.The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and partially significant (individual) effect between Trust and Usage Decisions. Judging from the calculations that have been made, the coefficient value is 3.264 tcount > ttable 1.668 with a significance level of < (0.05). then there is a positive but not significant effect partially (individually) between the benefits on the decision to use. Judging from the calculations that have been made, the coefficient value is 2.665 tcount > ttable 1.668 with a significance level > (0.05). Then there is a positive and significant influence partially (individually) between Ease of Use Decisions. Judging from the calculations that have been carried out, the coefficient value is 14,138 tcount > ttable 1,668 with a significance level of < (0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously (together) between The Influence of Trust, Benefits and Ease on Usage Decisions. Judging from the calculation, the value (df=N2=n-k) is 3.05, so Fcount > Ftable (758,421>2,68). The influence caused by the independent variable on the dependent variable is 75.4% while the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other factors or variables that were not carried out in this study.Based on this, it is recommended for companies to need application updates for each LinkAJA application service, then the LinkAJA application must be transparent in terms of positive and negative reviews and transparent in terms of providing product availability information in the LinkAJA application, clearly and easily understood by users

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of workload and organizational culture on employee engagement at NAM Air in Jakarta. This is motivated by the problem that many pilots choose to change jobs. Furthermore, there are also problems with pilot flying hours and working hours which are only valid for two months. This research was conducted at NAM Air in Jakarta from April to August 2021. This study used a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents. This study shows that there is a significant influence between the workload variable on the employee engagement variable, which is 24.5%, there is a significant influence between the organizational culture variable on the employee engagement variable, which is 21.4%, and there is a positive and significant effect on workload and culture. organization simultaneously on employee engagement pilot PT. NAM Air is 32.3%

Abstract

Fulfillment of the need for garlic in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase. Both in terms of market demand and very limited availability in the country, meeting the needs of this commodity has made Indonesia-China cooperation relations even closer in the trade sector.In 2020, the need for consumption of garlic reaches 424 thousand tons while the production of garlic is only 100 thousand tons. So that Indonesia is really needed to import garlic. In importing garlic, business actors must have certain conditions to obtain an import permit and currently there is a new regulation in import licensing, namely using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system. The INSW (Indonesian National Single Window) system has the goal of creating integrated data between ministries and agencies, and becoming a superset of data to eliminate repetition and duplication. However, business actors are still not used to using the INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system.This study aims to analyze the implementation of garlic import licensing. The type used is descriptive qualitative research. The results show that there are three theoretical concepts of absolute advantage in the implementation of import licensing in meeting consumption needs, namely: 1. Division of Labor in producing goods is able to reduce operational costs so as to increase profits on sales of products, 2. Specialization and Product Efficiency, Absolute advantage can only happen if a country can produce goods and services in accordance with the resources owned by the region.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of promotion costs and distribution costs on sales volume at PT Unilever Indonesia. Tbk. The research method used is the quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is secondary data, including analysis of the financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling; covering data on promotional costs and distribution costs incurred by PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, and sales volume over a span of 10 years (.2013 to 2022). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics software version 26. The results of this study indicate that Promotion Costs have an impact on Sales Volume by 72.6%. Distribution Costs have an impact on Sales Volume by 91.7%. Promotion Costs and Distribution Costs have a significant impact on Sales Volume. Promotion Costs and Distribution Costs affect the Sales Volume variable simultaneously with a score of 0, 948 or 94.8%, where 5.2% is affected by other variables that are not included in this research.

Abstract

This study takes the title "Analysis of the Application of the E-Commerce System at SMEs (A Case Study at Warung Nasi Goreng Mas No on Jalan Apron, Central Jakarta)". The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the E-Commerce system is implemented and whether Grabfood's E-Commerce is more in demand than OVO and Go-Pay at Warung Nasi Goreng Mas No. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the application of E-Commerce carried out by Warung Nasi Goreng Mas No fulfilled the E-Commerce components such as being open to the public, services provided according to requests, and simple transactions. In implementing the system Warung Nasi Goreng Mas No used the E-Commerce of busin ess to consumer (B2C) type because it meets the E-Commerce criteria. Based on the data obtained from reports from Grab Indonesia, Go-Biz, and OVO Merchant within 6 months, it is known that Grabfood is more attractive to consumers. So, of the three E-Commerce components implemented at Warung Nasi Goreng Mas No, the one that consumers are most interested in is the Grab application.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze The Effect of Innovation and Product Quality on Business Success in the Home Shoes Industry in Balaraja Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population used in this study were 25 home business actors in the shoe industry in Balaraja, Tangerang. The sampling technique in this study is the technique Non Probability Sampling with the method Saturated Sampling, and the sample used in this study is the entire population. Based on the results of t test (partial test) from the calculation of the variable Innovation (X1) a significant effect on business success (Y) because tcount 3,288> ttable 2.074 and the significant value of 0.003> 0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 32%. T test results Product Quality variable (X2) significantly affects the success of the business (Y) because tcount 6,189> ttable 2.074 and 0.000 significant value of <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 62.5%. Based on the research results obtained by the f test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that Innovation (X1) and Product Quality (X2) together have a significant effect on Business Success (Y) because fcount 18.335> ftable 3.44 with a significant value of < 0.05 and the coefficient of determination is 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
