Abstract

Taxpayer compliance can be defined as a state in which the taxpayer meets all tax obligations and implement taxation rights. Tax is a mandatory contribution to the state owed by an individual or entity of a coercive nature under the law, by obtaining reciprocity directly and used for state purposes for the greatest prosperity of the people. Micro Small aBusiness Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are stand-alone aproductive abausiness units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all sectors of the economy. lack of level of compliance of MSME taxpayers in fulfilling tax obligations at the bekasi tax office West in 2021-2022 due to the socialization mechanism that is less accessible to all MSME elements. This research conducted to determine the compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) taxpayers and obstacles and efforts made in the KPP Pratama Bekasi Barat in fulfilling tax obligations. This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Data collection from this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that analysis of MSME ataxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Bekasi Barat in order to faulfill tax obligations is considered less effective MSME taxpayer coampliance when viewed from not achieving the revenue target in 2021 with a percentage of 35.7%. Lack of compliance of MSME taxpayers due to several obstacles that occur such as lack of knowledge and understanding of taxpayers, socialization that is less accessible, uneven and unscheduled, and limited facilities and infrastructure. Attempts what is done is to socialize with taxpayers with scheduled and created a tax kring phone number that can contacted the taxpayer to provide information.

Abstract

The main issue arise from the human resources’ role who participate in stevedoring process and management documents to improve the performance process of transporting goods at the Port. Stevedoring activities are implemented with performance responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the responsibility role in improving the stevedoring performances at Tanjung Bulek Port (case study of PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO); exploretheobstacles facedby PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO to improve their stevedoring performances; and to inspect the solutions from PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO to tackle the obstacles. From the study results, it can be concluded that the cargo handling process is a stevedoring performance, which including: Ioad/ unload and receiving/ shipping activities. In terms of the responsibility role to improve the human resources' performances in stevedoring process, herein referred to PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO. Stevedore companies only provides services (human resources) for the cargo activities from warehouse to and/or from a ship. They are responsible to load or offload cargo on board at the Port warehouse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image on the decision to purchase Vivo Smartphone products for the 2015-2018 bachelor degree students of Stiami Institute Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all bachelor's degree students at Stiami Institute Central Jakarta in the year 2015-2018. The sampling technique used was non-probality sampling with a type of purposive sampling technique and a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection has done by giving questionnaires to students’ using Smartphone Vivo products about celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, brand image, and purchasing decisions. This study uses a multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination, with a measuring instrument, namely SPSS version 24. The hypothesis is tested by t-test and F test. The test results show that celebrity endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image partially have a significant positive effect on decision purchase. As well as celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrities endorsers, differentiation strategies, and brand image can explain purchasing decision variables of 62.2% while the remaining 37.8% are explained by other variables not examined. Keywords: Celebrities Endorser, Differentation Strategies, Brand Image, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

In Indonesia to import goods must meet various procedures and regulations in accordance with the regulations of the Directorate General of Customs and excise under the regulation of the Minister of Finance and the applicable laws so as not to cause harm to the country. Documents required in the process of importation of goods is a document notification of import of goods. The definition of a notice of import of goods itself is a notification document on the import of goods by the importer to Customs and excise based on complementary customs documents in accordance with the principle of self assessment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the process of making import notification documents and analyze the constraints in the process of making import documents , as well as to analyze the solution to these problems at PT. Tama Samudra Palm. The research method used is descriptive qualitative . The results of research on the effectiveness of the process of making PIB documents and taking goods at PT. palem Tama Samudra there are 3 indicators, namely the utilization of human resources, facilities and infrastructure. In the utilization of human resources is considered less effective or close to effective because there are still some obstacles in the implementation of procedures for making PIB documents, while the facilities and infrastructure are already effective

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of rewards and work discipline towards employee performance at PT. Wisma Bangun Persada in Jakarta in 2024. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach with the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of questions with a sample of 60 respondents who are employees of PT. Wisma Bangun Persada. The results of this research indicate that there are a positive and significant partial influence between Reward (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) by contributing 47.5% and Work Discipline (X2) contributing 63.9% to Employee Performance (Y), and Reward and Work Discipline simultaneously affect Employee Performance by 65.5%. While the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this research.

Abstract

This thesis uses quantitative research on the effect of digital marketing and promotion marketing systems on consumer purchasing decisions at Ropang OTW CempakaPutih in Central Jakarta. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with t test and f test. The sample was determined using non probability sampling technique. It consisted of 50 customers of Ropang OTW CempakaPutih in Central Jakarta. The variables of this research include the dependent variable, Consumer Purchasing Decision (Y), and the independent variables, the Digital Marketing System (X1) and Promotion (X2).Based on the results of the analysis, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, meaning that the variables of Digital Marketing and Promotion Marketing Systems have an effect on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions variable. The results of the F test with the help of SPSS 24 software show that the variables of Digital Marketing and Promotion Marketing Systems simultaneously affect the Consumer Purchasing Decisions variable with a value of 46.556 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of the simultaneous effect of the Digital Marketing and Promotion Marketing Systems variables on the Consumer Purchasing Decision variable is 66.5%, with the remaining 33.5% influenced by other variables not included in the model or equation of this study.

Abstract

Imported apparel products with tactical military elements are increasingly recognized by consumers in the Indonesian market. Consumers' interest in tactical dress styles can be seen in their appearance and daily activities. Fans of the tactical military style come from various circles, both TNI and Polri and civil society, with various backgrounds. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the sales of import apparel products with tactical military elements (case study of PT. Indo Taktika Gritama). In addition, this study was also conducted to identify and analyze the obstacles and solutions to the existing obstacles. The approach used is descriptive-analytical qualitative, with advantages in the form of the ability to numerically analyze difficult or unmeasured problems. This study uses data analysis techniques with the  theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The influencing factors include aspects of function, quality, innovation, technology, price, needs, social environment and ease of shopping

Abstract

Featured Products have great potential increasing economic growth if managed properly and right. One of them is the Integrated Cattle Farm. This study has been a partnership between the Ministry of Village PDTT, New Business BUMDes, and beef cattle breeders in Messa Village. They have collaborated in increasing and developing potential in the farm of beef cattle production to increase the community’s economic income, especially beef cattle breeders. This study aims to the determine the potential for building partnerships, implementing partnerships, and resolving the hindrance or obstacle that arises in building partnerships. The method used is qualitative research by applying descriptive research and data analysis using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study result show that this partnership relationship has been quite successful because it is beneficial for farmers to increase the family economy. This study shows that good and correct management in the developing superior products can significantly increase economic growth and income in building partnerships.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Business Development Strategies that can enhance the sales of ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business located in South Jakarta. The Qualitative Research Method was employed for this study. The research was conducted at ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ situated at Tebet Utara I Timur Raya No.15, RT.9/RW.10, Tebet Timur, Tebet, South Jakarta, Jakarta 12820. The research data consisted of Primary Data obtained through Observations, Interviews, and Documentation. The research findings indicate that the effective Business Development Strategy to improve the sales of ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ an MSME, to overcome Barriers and Increase Sales include Implementing Promotional Activities through Social Media. These Strategies are Implemented with the aim of boosting sales for ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ an MSME, in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study is prompted by the declining sales number of Tino's potato donuts frozenfood products. This is related to the intense rivalry that existed throughout the pandemic.Therefore, the effort that Tino's potato donuts frozen food product must be made by increasing. The purpose of this study is to see how promotion and price affect purchasingdecisions for Tino's Potato Donuts Frozen Food Products. The studymethod used is a quantitative method. The data collection method is by using in the form of questionnairesand literature. The sample population of this study is theCustomer of Tino's potato donuts frozen food in East Bekasi. The sampling method used in this study is random sampling with the population sampling method. There are 225 samples in all. The Analysis data use multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic software version 25. The findings showthat promotions and prices have a major impact on purchasing decisions. Promotion and Price affect the Purchasing Decision variable simultaneously with a value of 0.691 or 69.1% of which 30.9% is explained by other factors not included in this study.
