Abstract

Education is the main pillar of national development that contributes to improving the quality of human resources. However, the high cost of education, especially at the tertiary level, is a significant challenge. To overcome this obstacle, scholarship programs such as LPDP, Fulbright, and DAAD are present as a solution, opening access for the younger generation to continue their studies at the international level. This article discusses the implementation of a sharing session activity that aims to motivate undergraduate and master's graduates to continue their studies through scholarships. This activity is designed interactively with materials including strategies for obtaining scholarships, document preparation, and the development of soft skills and language skills. Based on the implementation, this activity succeeded in increasing the motivation and understanding of the participants, which was reflected in the enthusiasm in the discussion and activeness during the session. Positive impacts were seen in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities of the participants. It is hoped that this activity will not only encourage individuals to achieve higher education but also produce a globally competitive generation that is able to contribute to national development. Thus, this kind of program is a strategic step in advancing education and creating a more empowered and prosperous society.

Abstract

Omnichannel digital marketing has become an increasingly popular strategy in modern business. This strategy integrates various marketing channels to provide a consistent and seamless experience for customers, both online and offline. The aim of this community service program is to optimize the digital marketing skills of students at SMK Negeri 1 Purwojati through the application of omnichannel strategies. This training program provides insights and practical skills in managing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. By combining theoretical and practical approaches, students are expected to understand the concept of omnichannel and implement it in real-world scenarios. Evaluations show that most students successfully understood and applied omnichannel marketing strategies in their projects. However, challenges include limited infrastructure and the lack of teacher expertise in this field. This program is expected to contribute to enhancing the preparedness of SMK Negeri 1 Purwojati students to face the workforce, which increasingly relies on omnichannel digital marketing.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and modernization that is increasingly complex, conflicts and disputes have become an inseparable part of human life. Humans as social beings depend on other humans and their environment. Interaction is an inseparable part of human life. However, in the dynamics of interaction, both between individuals, groups, and countries, conflicting interests often arise, leading to conflict. This PKM aims to: (1) increase the awareness of University of Mataram students about the importance of mediation skills (2) develop the mediation skills of University of Mataram students to be able to become agents of change in the campus environment and the general public (3) form a young generation who are able to resolve conflicts peacefully and build a more harmonious society. This PKM was carried out in the form of socialization using the lecture and question and answer method. The results of this PKM activity are in the form of: (1) increasing students' awareness of the concept and practice of mediation to form a generation of peace in the midst of the campus community and the general public (2) students acquire mediation skills that are useful for themselves when entering the world of work and are able to facilitate negotiations between various parties. (3) Students become more open, tolerant, and empathetic to differences of opinion.

Abstract

School is a second home for students, security and comfort must be guaranteed, however, it is possible that school is also a place that is less safe for students because of the three major sins in education such as sexual violence, intolerance and bullying which can affect the physical and psychological, thus hindering development. learners. The socialization on the prevention of the three big sins discusses how to prevent the Three Big Sins of Education, especially at SDN 9 Tumijajar, which can influence the world of education and have an impact on the future, which currently is not widely known by students. The methods used include lectures, PPT presentations, and question and answer sessions. The aim of implementing socialization on the prevention of the three major sins is to provide insight and knowledge regarding the three major sins in the world of education so that students can avoid and prevent the occurrence of the three major sins of education, especially at SDN 9 Tumijajar. As a result, students learn about the impacts of bullying, sexual violence and intolerance, as well as how to prevent them. This socialization involved 40 class V and VI students. The activity will be held on Wednesday, November 27 2024, face to face.

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is one of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out by every Muslim who is able, both physically, mentally, administratively, and financially. Hajj has the meaning as a response to the call of Allah SWT, with the aim of carrying out a series of practices in the Baitullah. As a worship that involves traveling across countries, hajj involves various complex aspects, such as preparation in the homeland, implementation in the holy land, to returning to the homeland. One of the most important things in carrying out the hajj pilgrimage is travel management, which includes schedule planning, document arrangements, transportation, accommodation, and managing the health and safety of pilgrims. However, many pilgrims do not understand the importance of travel management, so they have the potential to face various obstacles, such as document incompatibility, delays, physical fatigue, and suboptimality in carrying out worship. Therefore, counseling activities regarding the management of the hajj pilgrimage journey are very much needed to improve the physical, mental, and logistical readiness of pilgrims. Through lectures and discussions, this counseling aims to provide an understanding of the steps that must be taken at each stage of the hajj journey, starting from preparation in the homeland, departure, implementation of the pillars of hajj, to returning to the homeland. It is expected that through this activity, the congregation can minimize the obstacles faced and carry out the Hajj pilgrimage more optimally, safely, and smoothly.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a serious problem because it is very difficult to decompose naturally. Various studiesshow that there are a number of plastic concentrations in the bodies of aquatic organisms, such as plankton, shellfish, crustaceans, and fish. The concentration of plastic in the human body can trigger growth that threatens human health and survival. Many people's products use plastic wrap, so a lot of plastic waste is wasted every day. Therefore, to prevent the accumulation of plastic waste, we must try to reduce its bad impact. This service activity carries out proper waste management using the concept of partnership with the community. The research method in this journal is descriptive qualitative which is supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to research objectives based on the analysis method used shows that the comparison between strengths and weaknesses, where weaknesses are greater than strengths. With the results of this analysis, waste management strategies are implemented in the Mekarasih Village community by establishing cooperation with schools and the community. The purpose of this activity is to reduce and prevent plastic waste pollution in Mekarasih Village.

Abstract

Primer Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (Primkopti) Kudus plays a strategic role in supporting tempe and tofu producers in Kudus Regency. Primkopti is striving to transform into a modern, tax-compliant cooperative by addressing economic challenges through the digitalization of accounting systems, strengthening governance, and enhancing tax awareness. The main challenges faced include limited tax knowledge, manual financial record-keeping systems, and a lack of technology utilization in cooperative operations. Through the implemented assistance program, Primkopti has received training, discussions, and hands-on practice in applying digital-based accounting systems and understanding tax regulations. The results of this initiative have demonstrated increased tax compliance, improved financial management efficiency, and accelerated Primkopti’s transformation into a more competitive and sustainable modern cooperative.

Abstract

The student internship program is one of the means to improve skills and experience in the world of work. Student assistance in the implementation of internships at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) Regional South Sumatra aims to provide a practical understanding of the telecommunications industry and help students in the adaptation process in a professional environment. The main problem faced by students during their internship is the lack of understanding of work procedures and the lack of technical skills needed in this industry. This activity was carried out using an observative descriptive qualitative method, with a direct mentoring approach by lecturers to ensure students understand their duties and responsibilities during the internship. Observations and discussions were conducted with the company to provide insight into the work system, technology used, and challenges in the telecommunications industry. The results of this activity show that students get an increase in technical competence and professionalism, including an understanding of work regulations, telecommunications project management, and communication skills in the company environment. Mentoring can help students be more confident in completing tasks and improve their readiness to enter the workforce after graduation. The conclusion is that mentoring in the internship program has a positive impact on students' work readiness, especially in the field of telecommunications.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are : To raise community awareness of the existence of Al-Mizan Orphanage through social media.To develop a web-based information system to facilitate data and information management. And,to improve the quality of education for children in the orphanage by providing learning facilities.The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed using source triangulation.The results indicate that the effective use of social media significantly enhances the visibility of the orphanage, positively impacting community support and donations. Additionally, the development of the website facilitates access to information and data management. The improvement of learning facilities also contributes to the quality of education for children, as evidenced by their active participation in supplementary learning programs.

Abstract

This community service aims to identify the potential and challenges faced by pandan weaving SMEs in marketing their products, as well as the importance of optimizing digital marketing as an innovative strategy to improve market access. Based on preliminary surveys, the pandan weaving products produced by Kampoeng Anyaman still face marketing challenges, limited product creativity, and dependence on inconsistent pandan raw material supply. Although the products have been sold both locally and internationally, digital marketing has not been maximized. Therefore, optimizing the use of digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and websites is crucial to expand market reach, build a stronger brand, and improve marketing efficiency. This study concludes that by utilizing digital technology, pandan weaving SMEs can increase product visibility, directly interact with consumers, and strengthen competitiveness in both local and international markets. Thus, the implementation of appropriate digital marketing strategies will help SMEs survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
