This community service initiative aims to enhance digital marketing and business sustainability for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Yasmin Wiwid Label. Through a collaborative effort between the Diniyyah Lampung Institute of Technology and Business and MSME Yasmin Wiwid Label, the project focuses on providing digital marketing training and developing a dedicated website landing page. The training equips MSMEs with new knowledge and skills to independently manage digital marketing efforts, while the website landing page is designed to improve their online presence. The initiative seeks to broaden MSMEs' marketing reach, boost sales conversion, and foster sustainable business growth. Further evaluation and ongoing strategy development are recommended to maximize the impact of this community service endeavor

This Community Service aims to improve digital literacy skills at Pematang Siantar Methodist Middle School. The training participants were students from Pematang Siantar Methodist Middle School. The basic problems of community service activities at Methodist Middle School are: (1) students' digital literacy skills are still low; (2) the literacy motivation of the community, especially students in vocational schools, to improve their competency is still low; and (3) students' understanding in filtering or selecting appropriate literacy content for developing and improving the quality of their science and technology is still lacking. The methods used were: lecture, practice, discussion, question and answer with partners, as well as monitoring and evaluation of the implementation location. The participants in this PKM activity were 30 people who were part of class VIII students of Pematang Siantar Methodist Middle School. The result of this PKM is an increase in students' interest in reading by utilizing digital devices. In addition, students have the ability to recognize and filter positive and negative content available on the internet. Good results were also obtained in developing students' skills in using social media properly, correctly and safely so that students are no longer trapped in accessing content that is not educational or that reduces their creativity.

Many aspects of human life have changed due to advances in science and technology. Education is the key to the country’s future development and it starts from early childhood to adulthood. Therefore, changes and improvements continue to be made in various education sectors. In this case, the researcher wants to apply a learning media called "DUDADADU.EDU", a learning based on fun games and education that teaches vocabulary and numeracy. The aim of this activity is to increase the interest and enthusiasm of children at the Kumara Satya Dharma Kindergarten. This activity is carried out using the STAD cooperative learning model, which emphasizes activity and interaction between students to help each other in mastering the material. The aim of this service is to increase the interest and motivation of children at the Kumara Satya Dharma Kindergarten. The expected outcomes of this activity include an impact on children’s learning at school as well as in their surrounding environment.

The partner for this service activity is the MSME "Nuknan" located in Pasuruhan Village, Kayen District, Pati Regency. This MSME has been established since 2020 producing fish floss by employing 2 workers. The production of making fish floss is an alternative development of the oyster mushroom product processing business which has been developed previously. The obstacles experienced by MSMEs are that the process of making fish floss in MSMEs is still simple with some equipment that is still manual so the production capacity is low, the packaging process is carried out in MSMEs. This is still simple, and the process of selling products from MSMEs is still carried out traditionally. The solutions that have been carried out in this service activity include socializing and implementing technology for making shredded meat without oil, implementing Appropriate Technology (TTG) for mechanical system frying machines, improving design and packaging processes that are more market oriented, organizing training and marketing assistance through online marketing and organizing training and assistance in the promotional media design process through Canva. After completing the program there was an increase in achievement indicators such as all fish floss products produced were more hygienic (without oil), production capacity increased by 100%, all products were packaged with attractive designs and were market oriented, there was an increase in the number of sales by 70%, and there was an increase in income of 90%

The word Cooperative comes from the English Cooperative which means Cooperation. So the definition of a cooperative is simply an organization or association of people who join voluntarily and have the same goal in meeting the needs and mutual cooperation. The quality of human resources is the key to the successful development of the cooperative movement in Indonesia. Improving the quality of human resources is reflected in the work competence and professionalism of the workforce. In today's world, workers are required to be able to work professionally. Workers are no exception such as Bookkeepers are also required to work professionally. To prove professionalism in their work or also often referred to as competent workers, the State has formed an institution or agency called the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). This institution has the right to issue a certificate to someone who has passed the test and is declared competent in a particular field. Competent and professional workers can be shown to increase knowledge, skills and work attitudes.

Community Service (PKM) with the theme Training on the Use of Yellow Pumpkin as a Business Opportunity for Housewives in Malasilen Village, Sorong City. The partners for this activity are the women residents of Jl. Bima Complex Behind KM.10 Malasilen Village. The activity was held for one day on Saturday, May 4 2024 and was attended by 13 (thirteen) local residents. The aim of this activity is to provide training on the use of abundant pumpkin and provide creativity and innovation that is more valuable and can later be used as a business opportunity. The methods used in this activity are: Observation, Licensing, Activity Preparation, Implementation Activities, Evaluation, Final Report. Providing business ideas for housewives in optimizing abundant natural resources, especially pumpkin, so that it becomes an innovative pumpkin sponge product. Apart from that, we hope that this activity can motivate housewives to have business opportunities so that they can increase their income.

This community service activity aims to: (1) Provide broad understanding and knowledge about hydroponic planting technology; (2) Providing development of innovation opportunities for derivative products in hydroponic water spinach plants and other plants; (3) Providing insight and motivating MSME players and prospective MSME players to increase their production and income; (4) Creating prosperous MSMEs as the main sector to influence income values in Medan City; (5) Creating MSMEs that are very influential in improving the welfare of the people in Medan City. The activity method is carried out through discussion and mentoring. The objects of this community service are 10 Hydroponic MSMEs. Based on the results of community service activities, it can be concluded that there are 4 strategies in developing hydroponic businesses, namely: Product Strategy (product) to improve product quality. The pricing strategy used by hydroponic entrepreneurs is to adjust prices to competitors and adjust according to the quality of their products. The place strategy is that hydroponic entrepreneurs use their own private land. This aims to make it easier for entrepreneurs to monitor the processing and growth process of vegetable plants and make it easier for consumers to carry out transactions. The promotion strategy is to have good relations with customers, collaborate with one of the shops and carry out promotions via social media

Community service aims to provide an understanding of clean and healthy living behavior to the community. Through socialization that has been carried out well, participants are given knowledge about the steps for healthy living so that personal awareness is formed, the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. Interactive and participatory counseling methods are used to invite participants to be actively involved in learning. Before the socialization, participants filled out a questionnaire to measure their understanding and attitudes regarding clean living. The results of the questionnaire are the basis for an initial evaluation to determine the level of knowledge and awareness of participants before socialization is carried out. After socialization, participants were asked to fill out the same questionnaire to evaluate changes in their understanding, attitude and readiness towards clean living. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the steps for living a life that maintains cleanliness and meets health standards. This evaluation provides an indication that the PHBS socialization has had a positive impact on participants in increasing their awareness and preparedness for fires. As a further step, it is necessary to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure the continuity of the understanding and attitudes that have been improved by participants. Collaboration with related parties such as village or sub-district officials and health services can also strengthen efforts to improve the level of public health.

The process of controlling and managing others' perceptions of a personal brand is what is referred to as personal branding (Montoya and Vandehey, 2004:7). The main goal of building personal branding is to gain trust or credibility from those around us. Consequently, every endeavor we undertake receives support from the people around us, a condition that can lead us to achieve even better careers or businesses. The method used is the Finalist Training for the Selection of HIV/AIDS Youth Ambassadors in Kebumen Regency in 2023, which took place in Meeting Room 1 of the Kebumen Regency Secretariat on June 17, 2023, attended by the finalists of the HIV/AIDS Youth Ambassadors in Kebumen Regency. The result of this activity is that the finalists of the HIV/AIDS Youth Ambassadors in Kebumen Regency can understand the importance of personal branding and can build personal branding effectively. The conclusion of this activity is that the finalists of the HIV/AIDS Youth Ambassadors in Kebumen Regency who attended were very active in participating in the seminar activities related to personal branding and committed to applying the tips that have been conveyed as provisions for personal branding

Every business must experience volatile sales. The decline in sales is caused by many factors, one of which is the promotional factor. Where the lack of promotion can make sales decline because fewer people know about the business being undertaken. Because promotion is a very decisive and integral part of the success of a business. One promotion that is often used by business people and gets very fast feedback is social media promotion. Service objectives implemented in Njs. Projects to conduct training optimization of promotion through social media and assistance in helping create product catalogs on Instagram as well as assistance in making catalog wrapping to make it easier for buyers to choose their orders and assist employees in explaining and recording orders by the wishes of buyers. The method of Service is by PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) which involves the participation of Njs. employees. Projects. The result of devotion in Njs. Projects and MSME actors experienced a very rapid increase in income, and the number of orders increased even higher, because of the success in using technology such as social media as a promotional Medium. In addition, the work of employees can be more efficient and effective with product catalogs and wrapping to minimize errors in recording orders of prospective buyers.
