Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset paling berharga bagi setiap organisasi. Kualitas SDM sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kesuksesan jangka panjang suatu entitas. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk memiliki Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) yang efektif untuk meningkatkan dan memastikan kualitas SDM mereka. Kegiatan webinar ini membahas kebutuhan mendesak untuk menerapkan SMM dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas SDM, serta manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan metode experiental learning. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah Penerapan SMM dapat menjadi salah satu cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM. SMM dapat membantu organisasi untuk menetapkan standar dan persyaratan yang jelas, melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Abstract

In general, the level of understanding of MSME players regarding accounting or financial recording transactions in Indonesia is still low. For this reason, activities are needed to provide financial literacy, one of which is the socialization of SIAPIK. The SIAPIK application can be used by MSMEs to carry out bookkeeping. The financial reports produced from the SIAPIK application are the financial position report or balance sheet, profit and loss report, retained earnings report, and cash flow report. All financial reports generated from the SIAPIK application are standardized. The method of implementing activities uses the experiential learning method. The aim of this community service activity is to equip MSMEs in preparing financial reporting standards for MSMEs, assisting MSMEs in preparing financial reports and assisting creditors in analyzing the capabilities of MSMEs when applying for credit or financing

Abstract

Self-empowerment activities are a process in which individuals or groups are provided with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. In the context of people living with HIV/AIDS, independent empowerment is very important because they face various stigmatization and discrimination that can affect their physical, mental and social health. Independent empowerment for people with HIV/AIDS also involves providing life skills. This includes job training, financial skills, and social skills learning. By having these skills, they can increase job opportunities, manage their finances wisely, and build healthy social relationships. The method of implementing activities uses the experiential learning method. The aim of this community service activity is to strengthen the independent empowerment of PLWHA, so that they can help people living with HIV/AIDS to live with dignity, independence and contribute positively to society.

Abstract

MSME marketing strategy by utilizing the marketplace is a very important step in facing the current digital era. In the post-pandemic period, one effort that can be made is to create and socialize a promotion system by marketing online. One means of online marketing is by maximizing the use of the marketplace. The method for implementing this community service activity is using the experiential learning method. The aim of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of the marketplace, provide an understanding of business potential through the Bukalapak and Tokopedia marketplaces, provide an understanding of marketing through the Bukalapak and Tokopedia marketplaces and provide an understanding of creating a brand in online marketing. The conclusion from this community service activity is that using the marketplace as an effective marketing channel can help MSMEs reach a wider range of consumers, increase sales and strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Digital literacy for housewives has an important role in finding accurate and reliable information. In the current era of information flooding, housewives need to have the ability to sort out accurate and reliable information, especially regarding health, children's education and family finances, Mother households need to understand how to use the internet and social media safely, and protect themselves from online fraud and cyberbullying. The method for implementing this community service activity is using the experiential learning method. The aim of this community service activity is so that housewives are expected to be able to access useful information and services to improve the quality of family life, especially in managing household finances. Housewives can also learn and develop their own potential through various digital platforms. The conclusion of this community service activity is that increasing digital literacy among housewives is not only about acquiring technological skills, but also about empowering them to take an active role in the digital era, especially regarding financial management. With the right support and access to relevant resources, stay-at-home moms can overcome challenges and expand their digital skills regarding financial management, bringing lasting benefits to themselves and their families

Abstract

Community development activities carried out by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk has an important role in efforts to develop a sustainable and active community condition based on the principles of social justice and mutual respect. Banking seeks to facilitate citizens in the process of creating social justice and mutual respect through broad development programs that connect all components of society. Community development translates the values of openness, equality, responsibility, opportunity, choice, participation, mutual benefit, reciprocity and continuous learning. The essence of community development is education, making community members capable of doing something by providing the necessary strength or means and empowering the community. The methods used in this community service activity are experiential learning and counseling. The aim of this community service activity is to provide a review of the theory and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the form of community development activities. The conclusion of this community service activity is the achievement of company goals through the implementation of community development programs.

Abstract

Child marriage is a serious issue in various regions including Karimunjawa Jepara. So that it requires attention from various parties in order to minimize and reduce the number of child marriages. One of them is by providing education to Karimunjawa teenagers so that they have a full understanding of the factors and impacts of child marriage. Given that many coastal adolescents still marry at the age of 19 years and under. The method of implementation in this service activity includes several stages with the term STAR, namely socialization of child marriage prevention, training related to education on the impact of child marriage, action in the form of future mapping assistance, and reflection. The results of PKM activities show that 95% of partners understand the material on preventing child marriage. 85% of partners understand material related to ideal marriage. And 85% of partners understand the importance of reaching the minimum age in the implementation of marriage. This service activity is expected to be useful and contribute to preventing child marriage for coastal adolescents in Karimunjawa

Abstract

In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), a revolution in marketing management plays a crucial role in enhancing competitiveness and business sustainability. This article discusses an innovative approach that bridges the gaps in digital marketing for MSMEs through a combination of training and automation strategies. Firstly, training serves as the foundational element to empower MSME owners and their marketing teams with the essential digital skills. The training encompasses understanding digital platforms, social media, and data analytics, while also imparting marketing strategies tailored to the size and resources of MSMEs. Subsequently, automation emerges as an effective solution to overcome the resource constraints often faced by MSMEs. Leveraging simple and affordable automation tools can assist in managing marketing campaigns, inventory, and enhancing customer interactions without requiring substantial investments. By integrating training and automation, MSMEs can optimize the use of digital technology in their marketing efforts. This not only improves visibility and market access but also enhances operational efficiency and the ability of MSMEs to compete with larger market players. This approach can unlock new opportunities, increase market share, and have a positive impact on the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in an increasingly digital business ecosystem.

Abstract

Community service aims to increase understanding of safety and health (K3) related to fire, especially in establishing a safe meeting point when a disaster occurs. Through well-conducted outreach, participants are given knowledge about preventive measures, emergency measures, and the importance of having an organized evacuation plan in the face of fire. Interactive and participatory counseling methods are used to invite participants to be actively involved in learning, including emergency evacuation simulations. Before the socialization, participants filled out a questionnaire to measure their understanding and attitudes regarding fire K3. The results of the questionnaire are the basis for an initial evaluation to determine the level of knowledge and awareness of participants before socialization is carried out. After socialization, participants were also asked to fill out the same questionnaire to evaluate changes in their understanding, attitude and readiness towards fire. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of preventive measures and emergency actions when a fire occurs. In addition, participants also showed an increase in their mental and physical readiness in dealing with emergency situations. This evaluation provides an indication that K3 socialization has had a positive impact on participants in increasing their awareness and preparedness for fires. As a further step, it is necessary to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure the continuity of the understanding and attitudes that have been improved by participants. Collaboration with related parties such as the fire department and related agencies can also strengthen efforts to improve community safety against fire disasters in residential areas.

Abstract

Organic waste is a type of waste that can weather or decompose into smaller materials, while non-organic waste is a type of waste that is very difficult to decompose. Binjai is one of the villages in Deli Serdang which is not free from waste management problems. In this case, Deli Serdang district produces household waste (SRT) and similar household waste (SSRT) in quite large quantities. The objectives of this activity are: (1) To provide information and education about processing organic waste into eco enzymes; (2) Provide information about the processing and use of Eco Enzyme in agriculture as organic fertilizer. The target of the activity was farmer groups in Bhakti Karya Village, Binjai City on January 17 2024. The activity was carried out twice using two methods, namely lecture, demonstration and question and answer. The service activity began with the team making eco-enzyme samples. The purpose of making samples is for harvesting while making eco-enzyme takes three months. Based on the results of the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the socialization of making eco-enzymes can meet the needs and provide benefits to the Bhakti Karya sub-district farmer group, so that this service can really be continued
