Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has created both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in financial management and operational efficiency. However, many micro-scale MSMEs still rely on manual bookkeeping methods, resulting in poor financial transparency and difficulty in making strategic business decisions. This community engagement program aimed to empower RAAF Mart, an MSME located in Bassura City, East Jakarta, by providing training on digitalization and simple computerized bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel. The program was conducted through participatory methods, including needs assessment, hands-on workshops, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic financial literacy and digital tools. Prior to the training, most participants lacked knowledge of cash flow tracking, income statement preparation, and the use of spreadsheet software. After the training, participants were able to implement a daily bookkeeping system using a customized Excel template. The training also fostered a positive shift in mindset toward the importance of separating personal and business finances. This program demonstrated that simple, contextualized digital training can be highly effective in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs. Continued mentoring and follow-up support are recommended to ensure sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada perayaan Idul Adha 1446 H di Masjid Al-Kautsar, Desa Toto Selatan, Bone Bolango, Gorontalo. Tujuannya adalah menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan keluarga dari kisah Nabi Ibrahim dan Nabi Ismail kepada jamaah, khususnya dalam mendidik anak saleh di era modern. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi khutbah Idul Adha yang menekankan keteladanan Nabi Ibrahim dalam membangun komunikasi terbuka, menanamkan spiritualitas, dan menghadapi tantangan zaman. Hasilnya, jamaah diajak merefleksikan peran sebagai orang tua, menciptakan lingkungan rumah yang positif, serta konsisten mendoakan dan membimbing anak. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa keteladanan Nabi Ibrahim menjadi solusi efektif untuk membentengi generasi muda dari degradasi moral, sekaligus mengubah Idul Adha dari sekadar ritual menjadi momentum transformasi pendidikan keluarga.

Abstract

The Current digital era posse great challenges for generation Z in using social media wisely, where the rise of hoaxes, misinformation and unetical digital behavior are serious problem. The low level of digital literacy among students, especially within the Louisa Foundaton, demands an educational intervention to create awareness that digital content is a reflection of one's identity and character. This service activity aims to improve digital literacy, evelop the ability to identify hoax information, foster awareness of digital ethics, develop critical thinking skills and form a positive and responsibble digital culture. The implementation method is carried out through three stages, namely preparation with group discussions and educational games and evaluation of activities. The acitvity was held for two days on June 6-7, 2025 at Wisma Kartini Pacet, Mojokerto invilving 50 participants form junior high to high school levels. The results of the activity showed the achievement of 100% participation target, a significant increase in understanding of digital literacy, and the formation of digital ethics awareness through the concept of self reflection content. This activity succeeded in achieving the goal of forming a digital generation that is smart, wise and responsible on interacting in cyberspace.

Abstract

Dialog Interaktif sebagai wadah komunikasi antara pemerintah Maluku Utara dengan masyarakat dalam rangka penyusunan RPJMD 2025-2029 berfungsi sebagai sarana efektif untuk menyerap aspirasi publik serta menyampaikan arah kebijakan pembangunan daerah. Proses dialog berlangsung secara langsung dan interaktif, memungkinkan masyarakat berpartisipasi aktif menyampaikan kebutuhan, harapan, dan kritik secara terbuka kepada pemangku kebijakan. Fokus utama pembahasan tertuju pada isu strategis seperti pengembangan infrastruktur, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal, serta pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Interaksi dua arah yang berlangsung membantu mengurangi kesenjangan informasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sekaligus memperkuat transparansi serta akuntabilitas penyusunan RPJMD. Narasumber dari berbagai kalangan, termasuk pejabat pemerintah, akademisi, dan tokoh masyarakat, menyampaikan perspektif berbasis pengalaman dan data relevan, sehingga dialog menjadi lebih kaya dan aplikatif. Partisipasi luas dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat menandakan tingginya minat untuk terlibat dalam proses pembangunan daerah secara langsung. Hasil dialog ini memberikan masukan yang konkret dan konstruktif bagi pemerintah daerah guna merumuskan kebijakan pembangunan yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Dialog Interaktif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman publik tentang prioritas pembangunan, tetapi juga mendorong terciptanya hubungan yang harmonis antara pemerintah dan warga. Model komunikasi ini layak dijadikan contoh bagi daerah lain yang ingin memperkuat mekanisme partisipasi publik serta memastikan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis aspirasi nyata masyarakat.

Abstract

In this digital era, programming skills are fundamental, but high school curriculums often do not accommodate this need in depth. Realizing this gap, a Community Service activity entitled "Introduction to the World of Coding: Basic Programming Training for Students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya" was carried out. This training aims to equip students with basic programming knowledge and skills to prepare them for digital challenges. The implementation method is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and evaluation. The pre-implementation stage includes identifying partner needs, formulating materials (Python as a programming language), and preparing a schedule of four meetings in November-December 2024. The implementation was carried out offline with an interactive direct instruction method, including material explanations, direct practice, discussions, and assignments. The evaluation results showed the effectiveness of the training. Based on the satisfaction questionnaire using the Likert scale (Parasuraman), the overall average reached 4.76 (out of 5), indicating that participants strongly agreed with the implementation of the training. The aspects of reliability (4.83) and responsiveness (4.80) received the highest scores. This shows that this basic programming training has succeeded in increasing the interest and insight of students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya in the world of coding.

Abstract

This Brevet A and B training program aimed to enhance participants' competence in understanding and fulfilling taxation obligations, both in theory and practice. The training was held over nearly four months and involved 76 participants from diverse backgrounds, including university students, MSME actors, and finance staff. The methods used included lectures, discussions, case studies, and hands-on SPT filing using the e-Filing platform. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores increasing from 58.2 to 85.6. A total of 96% of participants reported the ability to independently file taxes, and over 85% understood tax classification and income tax calculation. Other outcomes included increased tax compliance awareness and readiness for professional challenges. Technical and non-technical constraints were addressed through adaptive and responsive strategies. This training has proven to be an effective and replicable model for applied tax empowerment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of selecting the best Qur’an memorization students at Masjid Jami’ Al-Karomah through the implementation of a web-based Decision Support System (DSS). The system was designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to support objective and measurable assessment processes. The training was delivered directly to Ustadz, Ustadzah, and mosque leaders, covering system login, student data input, score matrix entry, and interpretation of memorization reports. Evaluation results indicated a high level of participant satisfaction: 93.7% enjoyed the training, 92.7% found the materials useful, and 94.7% agreed that the DSS improves the quality of students’ Qur’an memorization. The system significantly assists in streamlining the selection process and encourages students to be more motivated in memorizing. This activity demonstrates that the use of information technology can make a real contribution to improving the governance of community-based religious education.

Abstract

The spread of hoaxes among students has become a serious issue in the digital era, particularly due to the low level of digital literacy among adolescents. This community service activity aimed to raise awareness among students of SMAN 36 Jakarta about the dangers of hoaxes through education and digital literacy training. The methods used in this program included socialization, interactive discussions, and the creation of digital campaigns in the form of posters and educational videos by the students. The results showed that students became more critical in receiving and sharing information, as well as more capable of identifying characteristics of hoaxes. However, challenges such as uneven student participation and limited digital access were still encountered. Therefore, follow-up programs, parental involvement, and school policies are needed to support the development of a sustainable digital literacy culture. This activity proves that an educational approach based on digital literacy can serve as a preventive solution to hoax dissemination within the school environment.

Abstract

Comprehension of business models is fundamental for the effective design and development of new ventures, particularly for students beginning to explore entrepreneurship. This community service program aimed to equip students of SMA Kristen Pringadi with the skills to develop business models using the (BMC) Business Model Canvas framework. The training was implemented in three stages: preparation, execution, and evaluation. In addition to introducing the BMC framework, the training also presented the eight types of e-business models developed by Peter Weill and Michael R. Vitale as a conceptual foundation. The effectiveness of the training was assessed by comparing the results of pre-tests and post-tests. Of the 18 participants, 9 students (50%) demonstrated improvement, 7 students (38.9%) maintained the same scores, and 2 students (11.1%) showed no improvement. These findings suggest that the training had a positive impact on most participants' understanding of business model design. It is hoped that this activity will serve as an initial step in cultivating entrepreneurial interest and competence among high school students.

Abstract

Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) training is one of the solutions to enhance digital literacy among educational staff, especially in government institutions engaged in the field of education. This activity is carried out by Universitas Dinamika in collaboration with DPD PPGI East Java and the Ministry of Education of Timor Leste, as a form of community service aimed at enhancing human resource capacity in the era of digital transformation. The main objective of this activity is to equip the staff of the Timor Leste Ministry of Education with technical knowledge and skills in using the Moodle LMS, ranging from user account management, lesson material preparation, to the use of evaluation features and interactive forums. The implementation method of the activity includes a 6-hour hands-on face-to-face training, supported by digital training modules and the internal LMS system of Universitas Dinamika, MyBrilian. Evaluation was conducted using a qualitative approach through observation and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results show a change in attitude towards the use of technology in supporting their work. This activity has an impact on increasing participants' digital readiness, strengthening institutional capacity in e-learning implementation, and opening up opportunities for sustainable international collaboration. Universitas Dinamika, through this activity, plays a role in strengthening digital literacy in the regional area and makes a tangible contribution in the field of educational technology.
