Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about fundamental changes to Public Relations (PR) practices, particularly in the ways organizations build relationships, manage communication, and maintain their reputation in the public sphere. Whereas PR activities were previously more oriented toward delivering messages through conventional media using a one-way communication pattern, the emergence of social media has created a more open and interactive communication ecosystem in which the public can actively participate in shaping perceptions of organizations. This condition means that reputation management no longer depends solely on an organization’s ability to deliver messages, but also on its capacity to engage in dialogue, respond to issues, and maintain public trust continuously. This article aims to analyze the transformation of the role of digital Public Relations in organizational reputation management and to formulate a relevant communication strategy model for addressing the dynamics of social media. The study employs a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to examine various national and international scholarly articles addressing digital public relations, organizational communication, reputation, and crisis communication published during the 2020–2026 period. The analysis was conducted through a process of identification, selection, thematic categorization, and critical interpretation of findings from previous studies. The results of the review indicate that the transformation of digital PR involves not only changes in communication media but also a shift in the working paradigm of PR practitioners, from message controllers to strategic relationship managers who engage with the public. Based on the synthesis of the literature, this article proposes a digital PR communication strategy model consisting of three main pillars: authentic engagement, crisis preparedness, and digital literacy. These three pillars are viewed as interconnected elements in building an organizational reputation that is adaptive, credible, and sustainable in the digital environment. This model provides a conceptual contribution to the development of digital Public Relations scholarship while also offering practical implications for organizations in designing communication strategies that are more responsive to changes in public behavior.

Abstract

Literature addressing partner-seeking among hypermobile professionals, particularly cabin crew, remains scarce despite the fundamental transformation of romantic norms driven by the digitalization of social life in urban Indonesia. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of life-partner search transformation among Citilink Indonesia flight attendants through digital dating media and to reveal the subjective meanings they construct throughout the process. A qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological design under an interpretivism paradigm was employed. Seven active informants aged 23–34 were interviewed in-depth via online platforms from February to April 2025. Analysis was conducted on 214 significant statements reduced to 47 meaning formulations until data saturation was achieved. Four master themes emerged: structural adaptation to professional hypermobility, construction of professional identity as dual-valued symbolic capital, accelerated hyperpersonal intimacy, and stereotype-based relational vulnerability. Digital dating applications functioned as relational infrastructure replacing inaccessible conventional social spaces. Cabin crew use of digital dating applications constitutes an adaptive response to structural constraints, extending Walther's hyperpersonal theory into a specific professional context, with practical implications for airline human resource management.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia affecting the quality of human resources. Although the Family Assistance Team (TPK) has actively implemented assistance programs in Dungkek District, stunting cases continue to fluctuate. This study examined the effect of TPK implementation on attitudes and stunting prevention behaviors among families with under five children at risk of stunting. This quantitative cross-sectional study included 148 families with under-five children at risk of stunting selected by proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4. TPK implementation had a positive and significant effect on stunting prevention behavior (β = 0.139; t = 2.171; p = 0.030) and stunting prevention attitude (β = 0.629; t = 12.944; p < 0.001). Attitude also positively affected stunting prevention behavior (β = 0.720; t = 10.603; p < 0.001) and significantly mediated the relationship between TPK implementation and behavior (β = 0.453; t = 8.374; p < 0.001). TPK implementation improved family attitudes, which subsequently promoted better stunting prevention behaviors. The indirect effect through attitude exceeded the direct effect, indicating that attitude is a key mediating variable. Strengthening TPK through health education, nutrition counseling, growth monitoring, and continuous family assistance is expected to promote sustainable stunting prevention behaviors and accelerate stunting reduction in Dungkek District.

Abstract

The development of innovative learning media is essential for improving students' numeracy literacy, particularly in learning three-dimensional geometry, which is often perceived as abstract by elementary school students. This study aimed to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media for three-dimensional geometry to enhance the numeracy literacy skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Pejambon 1. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, documentation, and numeracy literacy tests. The developed media was designed as an Android-based application that visualizes interactive three-dimensional objects using Augmented Reality technology. The findings revealed that the developed media met the validity criteria based on expert evaluations and received positive responses from both teachers and students regarding its practicality. Classroom implementation demonstrated that the media enhanced students' engagement, facilitated their understanding of three-dimensional geometry concepts, and improved their numeracy literacy through contextual learning activities. Therefore, the AR-based learning media is considered a feasible, practical, and innovative instructional tool for mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of elementary school principal leadership on the professional development of young teachers in Karawang Regency. The study is motivated by the large number of elementary schools and young teachers in Karawang Regency, which requires effective leadership strategies from school principals so that the regeneration of pedagogical and professional competence can run optimally. This study employed a quantitative associative approach involving 278 elementary school principals from 30 sub-districts as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree, 4 = strongly agree) consisting of 12 indicators of the School Principal Leadership Strategy variable (X) and 12 indicators of the Young Teacher Professional Development variable (Y). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with an iterative mode-A algorithm and bootstrapping for hypothesis testing. The results show that all indicators were valid and reliable (AVE X = 0.512; AVE Y = 0.511; Composite Reliability > 0.90), and that principal leadership had a positive and highly significant effect on the professional development of young teachers (β = 0.946; t = 135.41; p < 0.001), explaining 89.4% of its variance (R² = 0.894). These findings confirm that principal leadership strategies—particularly mentoring, delegation, and recognition—are the primary determinants of young teachers' professional development at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal reasoning of judges in granting an acquittal in a corruption case, focusing on the proof of state financial loss and culpability in Makassar District Court Decision Number 106/Pid.Sus-TPK/2023/PN.Mks. Using a normative-juridical method with statutory and case approaches, the study examines relevant legislation, legal doctrine, and judicial reasoning. The findings show that the judges assessed state financial loss based on the quality, validity, and probative value of evidence presented by the prosecutor. State loss must constitute an actual, definite amount and have a causal relationship with the defendant’s actions. Audit reports and expert testimony do not automatically prove state loss without consistent supporting facts. Regarding culpability, the judges applied the principles of geen straf zonder schuld, presumption of innocence, and in dubio pro reo. The acquittal was also influenced by juridical and non-juridical considerations, including substantive justice, protection of defendant’s rights, distinction between administrative errors and criminal offenses, legal utility, and judicial independence. The study contributes to improving evidentiary standards and professionalism in corruption law enforcement.

Abstract

This study examines how Industrial Field Experience shapes students' Job Readiness, positioning Self-Efficacy as the variable linking the two. Using a quantitative, causal-associative design, the research drew on 100 students from the 2022 cohort of the D4 Hospitality Management Study Program at Universitas Negeri Padang, each of whom had completed two rounds of industrial placement; the entire eligible population was included as the sample through saturated sampling. A 1-5 Likert questionnaire served as the data-collection instrument, with responses processed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 3.0. All three constructs, Industrial Field Experience, Self-Efficacy, and Job Readiness, fell into the very-good category. Hypothesis testing revealed a significant positive path from Industrial Field Experience to Self-Efficacy (β = 0.781; p = 0.000) and from Self-Efficacy to Job Readiness (β = 0.659; p = 0.000), whereas the direct path from Industrial Field Experience to Job Readiness was not significant (β = 0.224; p = 0.079). Mediation analysis confirmed that Self-Efficacy fully mediates the link between Industrial Field Experience and Job Readiness (β = 0.515; p = 0.000). These results suggest that an internship program's success in preparing students for work should not be judged by placement duration alone, but also by how far the experience cultivates students' self-belief.

Abstract

Background: Medication adherence is essential for hypertension control and is shaped by patient-, family-, therapy-, condition-, and health-system-related factors. This study examined factors associated with antihypertensive medication adherence among patients in an urban setting using the WHO Five Dimensions of Adherence framework. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted from April to May 2026 in four primary health centers across two subdistricts of Denpasar City, Indonesia. A total of 144 hypertensive patients aged 18-59 years were selected through multistage random sampling. Adherence was measured using the eight-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and multiple logistic regression. Results: Ninety-four participants (65.3%) were adherent, whereas 50 (34.7%) were non-adherent. In bivariate analyses, adherence was associated with family support, medication availability, quality of healthcare-provider communication, blood-pressure control status, and attitude toward treatment (p<0.05). In the adjusted model, a positive attitude toward treatment showed the strongest association (AOR=5.682; 95%CI: 2.325-13.883), followed by good provider communication (AOR=3.816; 95%CI: 1.493-9.752), good family support (AOR=3.705; 95%CI: 1.445-9.495), and continuous medication availability (AOR=3.569; 95%CI: 1.462-8.714). The model explained 41.1% of adherence variability and achieved 79.2% classification accuracy. Conclusion: Antihypertensive medication adherence in an urban population is associated with patient, family, and health-system factors. Multicomponent interventions should combine attitude-oriented counseling, patient-centered communication, family engagement, and uninterrupted medication supply.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has encouraged schools to adopt information technology to improve administrative efficiency. However, implementing digital-based management applications in elementary schools still faces challenges related to technology utilization, user readiness, and process optimization. This study aims to analyze the effects of mobile-based and web-based management applications on school administrative efficiency in public elementary schools in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto design was employed, involving 90 teachers selected through proportional random sampling from a population of 117 teachers across 14 public elementary schools. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that both mobile-based and web-based management applications have a positive and significant effect on school administrative efficiency, and their simultaneous use also significantly influences administrative efficiency. These findings indicate that digital management applications enhance administrative effectiveness through faster information access, systematic data management, and more efficient administrative processes. This study implies that elementary schools need to strengthen digital transformation strategies by optimizing technology utilization and improving users' digital competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the vibration characteristics and operational stability of a control-system-based lawn mower through vibration measurements at several points on the machine structure. The tests were conducted using a vibration meter under two operating conditions: the machine powered on without blade rotation and the machine operating with the cutting blade rotating. Measurements were designed at ten structural points to identify vibration distribution and dominant vibration locations. The initial results showed that vibration at the rear frame near the battery box remained relatively unchanged between the two operating conditions. In contrast, a substantial increase in vibration was observed at the front frame near the blade shaft cover after the cutting blade was activated. This finding indicates that the cutting system is the primary source of dynamic excitation and that vibration is concentrated in structural areas located close to the shaft and blade. The different responses between the front and rear sections also indicate vibration transmission and attenuation along the machine frame. Overall, the operational stability of the machine is strongly influenced by the dynamic condition of the cutting system, particularly blade balance, shaft alignment, bearing condition, mounting stiffness, and structural joint integrity. These findings provide a technical basis for improving structural design, vibration control, operational stability, and machine reliability.
