Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara pihak International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2005, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menghormati (to respect), melindungi (to protect), dan memenuhi (to fulfill) hak atas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menelaah implementasi kewajiban tersebut dari perspektif human rights law internasional dengan menggunakan fenomena KaburAjaDulu sebagai indikator kesenjangan antara norma hukum dan kenyataan dalam penciptaan pekerjaan layak (decent work). Metode yang diterapkan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang- undangan, konseptual, dan komparatif, mengacu pada UDHR 1948, ILO Convention No. 122, serta General Comment No. 18 CESCR, dengan perbandingan praktik di India, Jepang, dan Australia. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa Indonesia masih lebih menekankan pemenuhan kewajiban pada ranah normatif, sementara pelaksanaan kewajiban fulfill dalam menciptakan pekerjaan layak dan berkelanjutan belum optimal. Hal ini mendorong kecenderungan warga bekerja ke luar negeri. Sebaliknya, Jepang dan Australia menonjol dalam penguatan aspek protect dan fulfill melalui kebijakan pasar kerja dan perlindungan hukum yang lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, penguatan kebijakan ketenagakerjaan nasional yang berfokus pada kualitas pekerjaan dan selaras dengan standar international human rights law menjadi sangat penting.

Abstract

This research explores the phenomenon of consumer boycotts against multinational brands in Indonesia driven by socio-political issues. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a triangulation technique, this study examines the mechanism of brand image deconstruction and the shift in consumer loyalty. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, digital observation, and documentation. The results reveal four key findings: first, the deconstruction of brand equity as consumer priorities shift toward "Ethical Equity"; second, the failure of rigid global narratives to meet local empathetic expectations; third, the rise of consumer ethnocentrism providing momentum for local brands; and fourth, the necessity of a "Hyper-localization" strategy involving authentic social action for brand recovery. This study provides a strategic framework for multinational companies to navigate ethical crises in a sensitive market.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur mutakhir mengenai internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak melalui keteladanan guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Internalisasi nilai tidak hanya dipahami sebagai transfer pengetahuan normatif, tetapi sebagai proses transformasi yang melibatkan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku peserta didik secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research) terhadap artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan tahun 2019– 2025. Data dianalisis melalui analisis isi tematik dengan tahapan identifikasi, klasifikasi, komparasi, dan sintesis konseptual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme internalisasi nilai melalui keteladanan guru berlangsung secara bertahap melalui observasi, identifikasi, penerimaan nilai, refleksi terstruktur, dan habituasi. Efektivitas proses tersebut dipengaruhi oleh konsistensi keteladanan guru di ruang luring dan daring, budaya sekolah yang terprogram, serta integrasi literasi digital berbasis nilai. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada perumusan model integratif internalisasi nilai akhlak yang menggabungkan keteladanan lintas ruang, refleksi terstruktur, dan penguatan budaya sekolah dalam satu kerangka konseptual operasional. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran PAI yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the conditions of work engagement, job satisfaction, work motivation, and career development; the effect of work engagement on lecturers’ career development; the effect of job satisfaction on career development; the effect of work engagement on lecturers’ work motivation; the effect of job satisfaction on lecturers’ work motivation; the effect of work motivation on career development; the effect of work engagement on performance through lecturers’ work motivation; and the effect of job satisfaction on performance through lecturers’ work motivation. The objects of this study are work engagement and job satisfaction in relation to work motivation and their implications for lecturers’ career development. This research was conducted at Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh with a total of 132 lecturer respondents. The data analysis tools used in this study were descriptive tests to examine the descriptive statistical model based on mean values, and verification tests using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS program. The results of the study show that work engagement, job satisfaction, work motivation, and career development have been well implemented. Work engagement and job satisfaction have a significant influence on lecturers’ work motivation; work motivation has a significant effect on lecturers’ career development; work engagement and job satisfaction significantly affect career development; and work engagement and job satisfaction also influence career development through lecturers’ work motivation at Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh.

Abstract

The implementation of good governance has become increasingly significant in the era of digital transformation, particularly within local government public services. Digital-based public services are expected not only to enhance administrative efficiency but also to strengthen governance principles such as transparency, accountability, participation, effectiveness, efficiency, and rule of law. This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance principles in digital-based public services at the local government level, identify enabling and constraining factors, and examine their implications for service quality and institutional performance. The research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review design. Data were collected from peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, and official policy documents related to digital governance and public administration. Content analysis was applied through data reduction, thematic categorization, and interpretative synthesis. The findings indicate that digital transformation in local governments has significantly enhanced transparency, accountability, and service responsiveness. However, challenges such as digital inequality, system fragmentation, cybersecurity risks, and limited institutional capacity continue to constrain substantive governance reform. Sustainable improvement requires integrated digital architecture, leadership commitment, regulatory coherence, and inclusive digital policies.

Abstract

Urban infrastructure development in metropolitan cities such as Jakarta is increasingly characterized by high complexity arising from the integration of environmental sustainability demands, regulatory compliance, resource limitations, and pressures for cost and time efficiency. In this context, decision- making processes extend beyond purely technical considerations and reflect multidimensional interactions among actors, interests, and institutional frameworks that influence the implementation of sustainable construction practices. This study examines the decision-making mechanisms underlying the adoption of sustainable construction practices in urban infrastructure projects, with emphasis on the roles of key actors, decision rationalities, and trade-off dynamics throughout the project life cycle. A qualitative case study approach was employed, focusing on a single urban infrastructure project in Jakarta. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with six purposively selected key actors, namely the project manager, site engineer, sustainability officer, main contractor representative, planning or supervision consultant, and a government representative as the project owner, complemented by an analysis of project documents and relevant regulatory frameworks. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify decision-making patterns and inter- actor relationships. The findings indicate that decision-making in sustainable construction is shaped by continuous negotiation among regulatory pressures, economic considerations, technical readiness, and varying levels of actors’ commitment to sustainability agendas, which result in compromises between environmental performance and project efficiency. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical mapping of decision-making processes as dynamic, contextual, and actor-centered practices, contributing conceptually to sustainable construction studies and offering practical implications for improving governance quality in urban infrastructure projects.

Abstract

Tradisi dan adat istiadat merupakan warisan leluhur yang harus dijaga oleh generasi muda sebagai bentuk penghormatan dan pelestarian budaya. Salah satu contoh tradisi yang sarat makna adalah upacara Kobe Sutu dari masyarakat adat Lio. Upacara ini dilakukan saat kematian untuk membersihkan beban duka keluarga yang ditinggalkan, agar mereka dapat kembali menjalani kehidupan dengan tenang, dan jiwa orang yang meninggal dapat pergi ke alam baka dengan damai. Urgensi penelitian ini timbul dari kebutuhan untuk memahami lebih dalam peran dan signifikan budaya upacara Kobe Sutu ritual kematian di desa Reroroja, kecamatan Magepanda sering kali mencerminkan nilai-nilai, kepercayaan, dan norma-norma sosial yang dianut oleh masyarakat desa Reroroja. Memahami upacara Kobe Sutu (Empat Malam) pada ritual kematian adalah kunci untuk memahami kompleksitas budaya dan sosial di dalamnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskripti, sumber data primer yaitu: Tua Adat, Tokoh Masyrakat dan sumber data sekunder yaitu: buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan terahkir menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitihan menunjukan bahwa, tahapan dalam proses Kobe Sutu pada kematian di Desa Reroroja Kecamatan Magepanda memiliki beberapa tahapan pire mite, doa bersama, kula kame, lega mite, upacara ka wi, a, dan keta nga dan beberapa makna seperti makna spiritual, makna penggunaan kain hitam, makna keiklasan, makna penggorbanan, dan makna kesejukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between humble leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among police officers in the North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda Sumut). The results show that subordinates who perceive their leaders as having humble leadership, such as appreciation, empowerment, and the ability of superiors to value the contributions of members, tend to exhibit high levels of OCB. This means that the higher the perception of police officers regarding the humble leadership of their superiors, the higher the voluntary work behavior (OCB) exhibited by police officers. This study used a quantitative approach with analysis results showing a Pearson correlation value of 0.594 and significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between humble leadership and OCB. The coefficient of determination shows that humble leadership contributes 35.3% to the formation of OCB.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of production value and investment on labor absorption in the industrial sector in East Java Province during the period 2015-2024. The manufacturing industry sector is a major pillar for the economy in East Java which is expected to absorb a large number of workers to reduce unemployment. This study aims to analyze the influence of production value and investment on labor absorption in the industrial sector in East Java Province. The data used are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of East Java Province with a sample size taken from 32 regencies and cities. The analysis method uses a quantitative approach using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 2025. The results of the study, conducted through partial tests, indicate that production and investment values have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in East Java Province. Simultaneously, it was revealed that production and investment values together have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. The implications of this study indicate that increasing production and investment values play a significant role in job creation. Therefore, production and investment value policies need to be considered and maintained to prevent labor absorption. The limitations of this study are the limited variables and the sample data period

Abstract

This study will discuss how lesbian identity is represented and performed in the film Bodies Bodies Bodies (2022) in the form of characters Bee and Sophie. The textual analysis involves the analysis of the selected scenes where the researcher will examine how lesbian identity is produced in terms of visual signs, dialogue, emotional interaction and character behaviour. Based on the representation theories (Hall, 1997) and the concept of queer identity in cinema (Benshoff and Griffin, 2005), the analysis will be based on the production of meaning in the context of everyday interaction, bodily proximity, silence, vulnerability, and power dynamics. The results suggest that lesbian identity in the film is expressed as normalized and socially assimilated in an atmosphere of a modern youth, which is, at the same time, characterized by emotional insecurity, mistrust, and instability. Lesbian identity is enacted through emotional dependency, jealousy, reassurance, confrontation and power shifts and not through verbal declaration. The study adds to the discussion of the topic of queer representation in modern cinema by demonstrating how the performance of lesbian identity is produced and performed through minor visual and emotional practices in a mainstream film story.
