Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis niat turnover karyawan di Hotel X di Cilacap dan Hotel Y di Purwokerto, di mana data internal dari tahun 2022 hingga 2025 menunjukkan tingkat turnover yang fluktuatif namun mengkhawatirkan, mengindikasikan masalah struktural berulang dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 191 karyawan melalui sampling total, data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier, beban kerja, dan kompensasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi baik kepuasan kerja maupun niat turnover, sementara kepuasan kerja juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi niat turnover dan berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen tersebut dengan niat turnover. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan yang efektif terhadap pengembangan karier, beban kerja, dan kompensasi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan mengurangi niat turnover di sektor perhotelan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan di era digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan perspektif Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur (literature review), sehingga tidak melibatkan subjek penelitian secara langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah pada basis data Google Scholar dan Garuda dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2015–2024. Artikel yang dipilih merupakan penelitian empiris dan kajian teoritis yang relevan dengan topik pelatihan digital dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan utama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pengembangan berbasis digital efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui peningkatan kompetensi, motivasi, dan keberhasilan transfer pelatihan ke perilaku kerja. Efektivitas pelatihan digital cenderung lebih optimal apabila didukung oleh desain pembelajaran yang relevan, kualitas sistem pembelajaran yang baik, serta dukungan organisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan digital merupakan strategi penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di era digital dan perlu diintegrasikan dengan sistem pengembangan karier dan manajemen kinerja.

Abstract

Low inpatient utilization, reflected in suboptimal Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), remains a challenge for many hospitals. Strengthening brand equity is increasingly recognized as a strategic approach to enhance patient loyalty and improve service utilization. This study aimed to examine the effect of brand equity on patient loyalty, with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable, among inpatients at RSI Siti Aisyah Madiun. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design involving 100 inpatient respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measuring brand equity, patient satisfaction, and patient loyalty. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test for mediation analysis. The results showed that brand equity had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty (p < 0.05). Patient satisfaction also significantly influenced patient loyalty (p = 0.05). Mediation analysis revealed that patient satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between brand equity and patient loyalty. Brand equity plays a crucial role in strengthening patient loyalty, both directly and indirectly through patient satisfaction. Hospital management should prioritize brand-building strategies supported by consistent service quality to enhance patient satisfaction, foster loyalty, and potentially improve inpatient utilization and BOR.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze how habitus and arena influence Mahmoud Darwish as a poet in the process of creating poetry, as well as to describe the influence of habitus and arena in the social construction of Mahmoud Darwish. This study uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative method with Pierre Bourdieu's sociology of literature approach. Data was obtained through sources in the process of tracing Mahmoud Darwish's biography and background relevant to the context of his work creation in order to maintain the relevance of the analysis to the research objectives. The next stage involved a thorough reading of three poems by Mahmoud Darwish entitled فكِّرْ بغيركَ, بطاقة هوية, and قصيدة حالة حصار obtained from the Al-Diwan website. To facilitate understanding of the meaning of each line, this study used validation by comparing several credible online sources. The research data, in the form of Mahmoud Darwish's poems and writings, were analyzed based on the concepts of habitus and arena to reveal the social construction in his work. The results of the study show that ten data points were found that represent habitus, arena, and the influence of both in shaping the social construction of Mahmoud Darwish as a poet.

Abstract

  This study aims to examine the relationship between peer social support and academic stress among senior high school students. The research employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. Participants consisted of 242 eleventh-grade students, both male and female, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using two adapted instruments: the Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) consisting of 16 items to measure academic stress and the Student Academic Support Scale (SSSS) consisting of 14 items to measure peer social support. Descriptive results indicated that peer social support scores ranged from 15 to 70 (SD = 10.91), while academic stress scores ranged from 22 to 80 (SD = 10.29). Normality testing using the Shapiro–Wilk test showed that both variables were normally distributed (p > 0.05), allowing the use of Pearson correlation analysis. The results revealed a significant positive relationship between peer social support and academic stress (r = 0.155, p = 0.016). Although the correlation strength was categorized as weak, the findings indicate that higher peer social support was associated with higher levels of academic stress among students. These findings suggest that peer support may function not only as emotional and academic assistance, but also as a factor that increases students’ awareness of academic expectations and performance demands. Therefore, efforts to manage academic stress should not only enhance peer support but also strengthen students’ coping strategies and emotional regulation to maintain academic well-being.

Abstract

Meskipun sempat menghadapi tantangan di masa pandemi, industri kecantikan di Indonesia terus berkembang pesat di era globalisasi ini. Salah satu brand yang paling populer adalah handbody lotion Scarlett Whitening, brand handbody yang sukses memanfaatkan platform e-commerce sebagai saluran penjualan utamanya. Sebuah penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pengaruh brand awareness, price fairness, dan product quality terhadap customer satisfaction. Dengan melibatkan 101 responden dan menggunakan metode analisis SPSS, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa product quality yang baik terbukti memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan produk handbody lotion Scarlett Whitening, sedangkan brand awareness dan price fairness tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem reward, jenjang karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat berpindah kerja (turnover intention) pada tenaga kerja di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kantor Cabang (KC) Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, yang disebarkan kepada 81 responden yang merupakan karyawan BRI KC Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem reward berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, jenjang karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian manajemen terhadap sistem reward, pengembangan jenjang karir, serta peningkatan kepuasan kerja guna mengurangi niat berpindah kerja dan meningkatkan retensi karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate an emotion regulation measurement instrument for emerging adults based on Gross's (1998) process model of emotion regulation, which encompasses five strategies: situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. The need for this instrument arises from the limitations of existing tools such as the ERQ and DERS, which were developed within Western cultural contexts and therefore fail to adequately capture the emotional dynamics of Indonesian individuals, whose emotion regulation is strongly shaped by social norms and local cultural values. A total of 218 emerging adults aged 18–40 years participated in this study. The instrument was developed through content validity assessment using Aiken's V index, reliability estimation using Cronbach's Alpha and McDonald's omega coefficients, and construct validity testing via Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Results showed that all 24 items obtained Aiken's V values above 0.80, confirming strong content validity. Cronbach's Alpha of 0.878 and omega of 0.882 demonstrated high internal consistency. The final CFA model after modification yielded acceptable fit indices: χ²/df = 1.340, CFI = 0.955, RMSEA = 0.040, and SRMR = 0.064. Overall, this instrument is proven valid and reliable, and is more comprehensive than Western-based tools as it measures emotion regulation across the full spectrum from anticipatory strategies to response modulation, making it a culturally relevant assessment tool and a scientific basis for designing psychological interventions for emerging adults in Indonesia.

Abstract

Proses Penangguhan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) di Indonesia merupakan mekanisme hukum yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan sengketa utang antara debitur dan kreditur. Namun, seringkali terdapat ambiguitas mengenai hak suara kreditur preferensial dalam rapat untuk menyetujui atau menolak usulan perdamaian. Ketidakpastian ini dapat berdampak pada keadilan dan perlindungan hak kreditur preferensial, khususnya dalam hal prioritas pembayaran utang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi hukum kreditur preferensial dalam rapat pemungutan suara dan dampak ketidakjelasan hak suara terhadap keadilan dan perlindungan hak mereka. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi solusi regulasi untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan keadilan dalam proses PKPU. Studi ini          menggunakan     pendekatan                   yuridis-normatif dengan menganalisis putusan        pengadilan        No.            450/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.                   Pengumpulan        data                   dilakukan  melalui peninjauan dokumen hukum, termasuk undang-undang terkait seperti Undang-Undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan PKPU, dan literatur terkait. Interpretasi hukum sistematis diterapkan untuk meneliti aspek legalitas, proporsionalitas, dan keadilan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pemungutan suara. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kreditur preferensial memiliki posisi hukum yang kuat karena prioritas mereka dalam pembayaran        utang.             Namun,                dalam     praktiknya,   ambiguitas   dalam mekanisme pemungutan suara dapat mengurangi perlindungan hukum mereka. Dalam kasus PT. Dian Rakyat, mayoritas kreditur konkuren yang memilih mendukung usulan perdamaian menimbulkan risiko ketidakadilan bagi kreditur preferensial. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi ketentuan peraturan yang lebih rinci tentang hak suara kreditur preferensial dan penerapan mekanisme pemungutan suara yang adil untuk memastikan perlindungan hak semua pihak.

Abstract

This study explores the role of digital business strategies in navigating technological disruption by 2026. The rapid advancement of technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT presents both challenges and opportunities for businesses to adapt. The objective is to analyze how companies can implement effective digital strategies to stay competitive in an evolving digital landscape. Utilizing a library research methodology, the study collects data from books, journals, and case studies on digital transformation, disruption, and strategic adaptation. Findings reveal that businesses embracing digital transformation and fostering organizational agility are more successful in leveraging emerging technologies. However, companies face significant barriers such as financial constraints, skills gaps, and resistance to change. The study concludes that adopting a holistic approach to digital strategies, aligning technology with business goals, and investing in continuous innovation are key to overcoming disruption and achieving long-term success.
