Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of raw materials, labor and investment (business capital) on the production of walnut snacks in Mateketen Village, West Makian District, South Halmahera Regency, along with the conditions of return to scale of walnut snack production in the study village. Also, analyze the effect of selling prices, sales volume and production costs on entrepreneurs' income, as well as the level of sensitivity (elasticity) of changes in the income of walnut snack MSME entrepreneurs in Mateketen Village to changes in selling prices, sales volume and production costs. Secondary data and primary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively; geometric growth and econometric model analysis. using the double logarithm model or constant elasticity model. Based on the results of the double logarithm model regression analysis, simultaneously (collectively) the independent variables of raw materials, labor and investment have a significant effect on the production of walnut snacks in Mateketen Village, West Makian District, while individually, only the independent variables of raw materials and investment have a significant effect on the production of walnut snacks. Nevertheless, the production of walnut snacks in the village is in a condition of increasing returns to scale. Furthermore, based on the results of constant elasticity analysis, collectively and individually, the independent variables of selling price, sales volume and production cost have a significant effect on the production of walnut snacks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di FINATRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi yang diterima karyawan berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi kerja mereka. Sebaliknya, peningkatan stres kerja berkorelasi negatif dengan motivasi, di mana semakin tinggi stres kerja, semakin rendah motivasi karyawan. Selain itu, kompensasi yang baik juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara stres kerja yang tinggi dapat mengurangi potensi kinerja. Motivasi terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan; dengan motivasi yang baik, kinerja karyawan juga meningkat. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi, dan stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi, menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen kompensasi dan stres di lingkungan kerja untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the different types of deixis using Yule's theory (1996), as well as to determine the function of each deixis found in the main character in the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie script.The researcher chose this film as the subject of study because it became one of the most popular film in the Harry Potter series and it contains many deictic words. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative method in this study. Reading and note-taking techniques were used to collect the data. The research data is taken from the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie script (2003). The results of this study show that there are three types of deixis used by Yule's theory (1996), such as person deixis, spatial deixis, and temporal, which are used in the “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie script”. The function of person-deixis is to point to things and people as possessions, objects, or subjects. The function of spatial deixis is to point out the locations of people, places, and things in an utterance. The function of temporal deixis is to point out the time in an utterance. Furthermore, the researcher found that there are 836 deixis, which consist of 709 deixis of person deixis, 92 deixis of person deixis, and 35 temporal deixis.

Abstract

Islamic fiqh always discusses the topics of economics and economic concepts. To help Muslims in discussing a theme of the economic law of Islam, it is necessary to learn the rules of fiqh to gain ease in knowing the laws of the contemporary economy that has no sharih nash (certain reference) in the Qur’an and hadith. In addition, the rules of fiqh also help us to master the branch problems (furu’iyah) that are more various and incalculable, in only a short time an easy way, which is through a solid and succinct expression in the form of rules of fiqh, either fiqh rules related to contract (transaction), mal (property assets), banking, and arbitration

Abstract

This research examines the thoughts of Sheikh Abdul Qodir Al Jailani's order as contained in the book Al Mukhtasor fi Ulumiddin. This book is an important work that describes the principles of Sufism and Islamic religious teachings from the perspective of Sheikh Abdul Qodir. Through in-depth analysis of the text, this research aims to identify the main concepts in his thinking, including the relationship between sharia and nature, as well as the role of the tarekat in achieving closeness to God. The research results show that Sheikh Abdul Qodir's thoughts are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic thought as a whole.

Abstract

Pendaftaran jaminan fidusia kini dilakukan secara elektronik sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Namun, pendaftaran secara elektronik ini masih memiliki permasalahan seperti gangguan jaringan, kesalahan sistem, dan rentan terhadap serangan cyber. Integrasi smart contract dengan pendaftaran jaminan fidusia secara elektronik ini dapat menjadi solusi dari kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Smart contract yang merupakan program computer yang menjalankan dan meneggakan perjanjian secara otomatis, dapat mempercepat dan mengamankan proses pendaftaran melalui penggunaan sistem blockchain. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka smart contract akan meningkatkan pendaftaran jaminan fidusia lebih meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Namun, pengaturan dan pengawasan yang belum diregulasikan secara khusus, Indonesia yang masih rentan terkena serangan cyber, dan ketidakpahaman para pihak akan hal tersebut menjadikan diperlukannya perhatian dan penanganan serius agar integrasi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan optimal. Pendekatan yang hati-hati dan terencana, termasuk pengembangan regulasi yang sesuai, edukasi bagi pihak terkait dan peningkatan keamanan yang ada. Akan menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi risiko yang timbul dan memanfaatkan potensi teknologi smart contract.

Abstract

Redox reactions are a type of chemical material that contains many concepts and rules that are recognized as difficult to comprehend and comprehend and often give rise to misconceptions in students. This research aims to find out the misconceptions that occur among students in understanding redox reaction material and find out the source of the causes of students' misconceptions. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The subjects of this research were class XII MIPA students at SMAN 1 Limboto with a total sample of 181 people. Identification of misconceptions is carried out using a five-tier multiple-choice test instrument. Student answers from the test are then analyzed and categorized based on the student's level of conception. The research results show that the average percentage of students' conceptions on redox reaction material is 28.6% understanding the concept, 48.2% misconceptions, and 23.2% not understanding the concept. Apart from that, the highest cause of misconceptions comes from personal thoughts at 91.1%.

Abstract

Setiap insan yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berbudi pekerti yang luhur, memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, berkepribadian yang baik, mandiri serta tanggung jawab kemasyarakatan dan kebangsaan merupakan bentuk dari tujuan pendidikan nasional yang menjadi tanggungjawab kita semua. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru agama dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kendala pendidikan agama islam di Man 1 Lahat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative research) teknik pengumpul data melalui Observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Jenis penelitian lapangan (Field research).hasil yang diperoleh Observasi yang dilakukan pada 14 guru PAI di sekolah MAN 1 Kabupaten Lahat diperoleh semua guru telah memberikan pendidikan agama islam pada siswa yang diajarkannya dan observasi yang dilakukan pada 33 siswa pada kelas XI 9 di sekolah MAN 1 Kabupaten Lahat diperoleh 76% telah melakukan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam pada kesehariannya di sekolah.

Abstract

Studi ini bermanfaat dalam menganalisa implementasi strategi yang direncanakan dalam upaya peningkatan efektivitas manajemen di MAN 1 Solok Plus Keterampilan. Strategi yang direncanakan serta diimplementasikan secara efektif dianggap sebagai faktor penting untuk menggapai sasaran organisasi, terutama didalam lingkup lembaga pendidikan. Model yang dimanfaatkan dalam studi ini merupakan metode deskriptif dan juga pendekatan kualitatif, dimana informasi diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil daripada studi ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya penerapan perencanaan strategi yang baik mampu meningkatkan koordinasi antar staf, meningkatkan penggunaan sumber daya secara efisien, serta memperkuat komitmen dalam menggapai sasaran yang sudah diimpikan. Kendala-kendala yang dijalani meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi perubahan di kalangan staf. Namun, dengan strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan pelibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, kendala tersebut dapat diatasi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan strategi perencanaan yang terstruktur dan partisipatif dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen di MAN 1 Solok.

Abstract

Speaking is one of the English skills needed to obtain better achievement, and communication skills are needed when collaborating with one another. This research aims to know the implementation of simple Project-Based Learning (PJBL) syntaxes in improving comprehension elements in teaching. Speaking is the expected skill that is always promoted at school and university. This research is qualitative. The data collection used close-ended interviews. Data analysis was carried out by describing the results of the observation. However, the sample of this research took class VIII students of SMA 1 Sembalun as research participants. Importantly, the research showed that PJBL helped students comprehend the narrative text directly in front of the class. It is such a bonus that research PJBL also improves student vocabulary based on students’ answers. Many projects can be used in PJBL to improve students’ Comprehension, and Project-Based Learning (PJBL) can be used to help students improve their speaking.
