Abstract

This study aims to find out how the opportunities and challenges faced by Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province as a sustainable tourism destination and how to implement the concept of sustainable tourism and how the role of stakeholders in carrying out development in Kebun Tinggi Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province.This research is a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques were obtained in the form of observation, documentation and interviews, then data processing and analysis were carried out to obtain an overview of the variables involved in the study.The results of the study explain that the opportunities possessed by Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village are that the area still has a lot of tourism potential that can be developed further and the biggest challenges are the lack of infrastructure and the absence of telephone or internet networks. The feasibility of the Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province as a sustainable destination can be seen from the cultural preservation activities in the community that are still maintained and the presence of these tours has proven to have an impact on increasing living standards in the community and with the existence of tourist destinations in the tourist area, although many forest areas are still intact. asri has been converted, but is still carried out within reasonable limits. Each stakeholder involved in the development of the Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village has carried out its role in accordance with the functions of each stakeholder.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pemerintahan perkembangan teknologi sudah mulai terlihat wujudnya sejak dikeluarkannya Inpres (Instruksi Presiden) Nomor 3 Tahun 2003. Dimana dulu pelayanan publik masih bersifat konvensional menggunakan kertas dan dokumen fisik, perlahan sudah mulai bergeser pada pelayanan online dengan menggunakan fasilitas teknologi internet melalui website, e-form, dan aplikasi. Lokasi penelitian Di Kantor Desa Trayang, Kecamatan Ngronggot, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitataif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pemerintahan Desa Trayang sudah berani mengambil keputusan untuk mengadopsi inovasi pelayanan kependudukan berupa website, langkah ini diambil sebagai respon pemerintah desa terhadap tantangan digitalisasi yang dikehendaki oleh masyarakat sebagai wujud pelaksanaan pelayanan kependudukan yang mudah, cepat, gratis dan tidak diskriminatif. Namun, walaupun demikian untuk mengadopsi atau menerima sebuah inovasi, pemerintah Desa Trayang harus memperhatikan aspek kesesuaian terkait dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki yakni Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), fasilitas/penunjang, dan Anggaran. Sehingga dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian untuk menganalisis apakah adopsi inovasi pelayanan yang diambil oleh pemerintah Desa Trayang mampu menjadi gebrakan menuju digitalisasi atau justru keputusan yang diambil menjadi beban tambahan yang harus dipikul oleh pemerintah desa.

Abstract

Violence is a criminal act that threatens humanity and injures vital human rights. Moreover, the child is the main target. This kind of violence needs to be followed up as well as possible so that the same violence does not occur. Therefore, this paper is intended to contribute to the construction of thought from the point of view of fiqh jinayat and human rights. This study uses a normative qualitative method with a fiqh jinayat approach and human rights as a research perspective. The results of this study include: a) chemical castration in fiqh jinayat is classified as a sanction that is not based on syarak rules. This is because castration itself is not strictly legalized by the Shari'a. Therefore, chemical castration cannot be applied, so that it can be applied to the realm of adultery which results in whipping or stoning, homosexuality which results in death, or the trial which consequents punishment; b) chemical castration is very contrary to human rights, both based on the constitutional version of humanity and Islam. This injures human rights, because chemical castration does not actually have a positive effect on the perpetrator, but has a negative effect with quite fatal consequences. Therefore, IDI is reluctant to be the executor of this action, because it violates the medical code of ethics.

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of combining the company's external factors in the form of interest rates and internal company factors as well as included in the financial statements, namely Earning Per Share (EPS) and Book Value Per Share (BVPS) which are used as free variables on the stock price of cigarette companies listed in the IHSG which are bound variables. This study was tested using a regression analysis of panel data from 4 cigarette companies listed in the IHSG during 2015-2019, namely PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. From the results of this study, it shows that the presence of evidence that interest rates have a significant effect on the stock price of cigarette companies, in addition, interest rates negatively affect the stock price of cigarette companies. While EPS and BVPS have a positive and significant effect on the stock price of cigarette companies.

Abstract

Abstract: The discussion of linguistic features and its relations to gender has been taken into various scientific studies as it further portrayed how men and women implement their language. This study especially aimed to determine the linguistic variations and the differences between men and women language represented through the characters in The Last of Us 2 video game. This study applied qualitative research method to present the data. Moreover, the guiding theory of women and men language by Coates (2013) was used in this study. The result of this study consisted of several points. The first result showed that the linguistic variations in terms of conversational strategies used by the male and female characters in the game are minimal responses, hedges, tag questions, questions, commands and directives, swearing and taboo language, and compliments. Meanwhile, the second result discovered the differences from the use of conversational strategies between women and men. The differences laid on the purposes and impressions aimed separately as women tend to soften their utterances while men tend to come off stronger. Therefore, men and women do not differ in terms of the conversational strategies, but the purposes and impressions of both parties contrast significantly.

Abstract

This study is entitled “Translation Shift of English Noun Phrases into Indonesian in the Movie of Enola Holmes”. It was formulated to studying regarding shift of English noun phrases into Indonesian. The data were taken from a movie entitled “Enola Holmes”. As the data involving two languages, the data were taken from two sources in which involving the movie English spoken text and the Indonesian subtitles. It was collected through observation by using note-taking technique concerning shift and translation equivalence undergone by the English noun phrases into Indonesian. The data were then analysed using comparison technique through descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this study was proposed by Catford regarding translation of shifts. In the process of translation, it was discovered that the result concerning shift have appeared several times within the study in the process of translation of English noun phrases into Indonesian. From the result found in the data analysis, it was discovered that there is changes in terms of structural form between the SL and TL.

Abstract

 The title of this paper is The External Conflicts Faced by Simon in Love, Simon Movie Script. This study is aimed at analyzing external conflicts faced by Simon as the main character. The data of this study were taken from Love, Simon movie script. In collecting the data of this study, the documentation method and note-taking technique were applied. The data were analyzed by applying descriptive qualitative method. Then in presenting the result of the data analysis, the informal method was applied. Theory of conflict (Kenney, 1966, p. 19) were used to analyze the data. The result of this study shows that the external conflicts faced by Simon occurred between man vs. man and man vs. society. Simon had external conflicts with other characters included Martin, Abby, Nick, Nora, Leah and Blue. Furthermore, the external conflict between Simon and the society happened between Simon and students at school.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the analysis is to find out the meaning of the verbal and visual signs (signifiers) used in the advertisement and the messages it contained. In the analysis, the main theory that is used is the theory of Semiotic by Ferdinand de Saussure. This theory is applied for the main step of the analysis, to figure out the signifieds of these signifiers. The supporting theories are the theory of verbal and the non-verbal aspect in advertisement which proposed by Gillian Dyer which is applied for the first step in the analysis - to find out the appropriate verbal and visual signs in the advertisement which are then being withdrawn into the main analysis. The finding of this study is that this advertisement uses the verbal aspects which had been categorized into: brand name, slogan and jingle, key words, uses of imperative, intentional omission, formula, and absence of language. The non-verbal signs used are categorized into: age, gender, national and racial, body, prop, and setting. The verbal and visual signs are correlated to form the meanings and real messages of the advertisement. The prominent meaning of the advertisement is that Samsung Galaxy is the best smartphone ever.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang merupakan tiang untuk membentuk karakter bagi generasi muda. Salah satu pendidikan yang dinilai sangat penting bagi mahasiswa/generasi muda adalah pendidikan anti korupsi. Hampir setiap perguruan tinggi sudah memberikan pendidikan anti korupsi sebagai mata kuliah wajib bagi setiap mahasiswanya. Untuk upaya pencegahan anti korupsi ini yaitu dengan membangun budaya anti korupsi di masyarakat merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi. Dan mahasiswa sebagai salah satu elemen masyarakat yang merupakan agen perubahan dan penggerak untuk anti korupsi di masyarakat. Untuk dapat berperan aktif mahasiswa perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan yang cukup tentang seluk beluk korupsi dan pemberantasannya. Pendidikan anti korupsi ditujukan agar mahasiswa dapat mengetahui dengan jelas permasalahan korupsi yang sedang terjadi dan usaha untuk mencegahnya.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang penyebab dan dampak terjadinya pelecehan seksual terhadap anak serta akibat hukumnya. Latar belakang pengambilan judul ini melihat kondisi mayarakat Padang Panjang yang dikenal dengan masyarakat yang religius, namun masih banyaknya terjadinya kasus pelecehan seksual terhadap anak. Terlihat dalam putusan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Padang Panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya pelecehan seksual yang terjadi di Padang Panjang dan akibat hukum yang diterima pelaku dilihat dari sudut pandang hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak No. 23 Tahun 2002. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dihimpun dengan melakukan wawancara dan kajian literatur buku-buku kitab fikih dan hukum positif yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Setelah data terkumpul lalu diolah dengan menggunakan metode comparatife. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya pelecehan seksual terhadap anak tersebut disebabkan factor internal dan eksternal keluraga. Hukuman yang diterima pelaku dalam hukukm islam di cambuk 100 kali dan dirajam sampai mati sedangkan dalam hukum positif Indonesia pelaku di kenai hukuman dan melanggar pasal Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP dan pasal 65 ayat (1) jo pasal 81 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak..
