Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Fikih, khususnya dalam materi Shalat Jumat di MI Baitur Rohman Asemrowo Surabaya. Quantum Teaching adalah pendekatan yang mengoptimalkan proses belajar melalui pengalaman yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan bermakna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Quantum Teaching secara signifikan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan materi Shalat Jumat. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam diskusi, mampu mengembangkan pemahaman melalui simulasi praktik, serta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Selain itu, suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan Quantum Teaching dapat dijadikan sebagai metode alternatif dalam pengajaran Fikih, terutama dalam materi yang bersifat praktik. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar guru lebih banyak menggunakan metode interaktif dan inovatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the PHIBAR (Papan Hitung Bilangan Ratusan) media in improving students' ability to perform addition of three-digit numbers and to analyze the improvement in their skills after using this media. The research was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN Dukuh Kupang 1 Surabaya, involving 28 students as research subjects. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of one meeting. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests. The results indicated that the use of PHIBAR media significantly improved students' ability to perform addition of three-digit numbers. The percentage of students achieving mastery increased from 39.29% in the pre-cycle to 64.29% in the first cycle and reached 89.29% in the second cycle. Additionally, the class average score improved from 68.21 to 86.43. The PHIBAR media proved to be effective in visualizing abstract concepts into concrete representations, helping students understand place value and carrying processes in accordance with their cognitive development stages.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the researcher's desire to re-examine the theory of the storytelling method expressed by Poerwadarminta and Amin. In Poerwadarminta's theory, it is stated that the storytelling method can arouse the enthusiasm of students' learning in learning the morals of morals. It is hoped that by using this storytelling method, students can have a noble, ethical personality, and have good role models. While Samsul Munir Amin revealed that there are several praiseworthy characteristics of morals towards oneself, but in this study only discusses 3 characteristics, namely trustworthiness, forgiveness, and patience. The result of this study 1. There is no significant effect between the method of telling story the results of statistical calculations using the simultaneous test that fcount 0.595 < ftabel 3.287 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. Meanwhile, by using a partial test that tcount -0.772 < 1.753 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. So from these calculations it states that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that there is no significant influence between the method of telling stories in the Koran on the trustworthy nature of 4th grade students in moral teaching. 2. There is no significant effect between the method of telling stories in the Koran on the forgiving nature of students with the results of statistical calculations using the simultaneous test that fhitung 3.712> ftabel 3.287 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. Meanwhile, by using a partial test that tcount 1.927> 1.753 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. So from these calculations it states that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that there is no significant influence between the method of telling stories in the Koran on the forgiving nature of 4th grade students in moral teaching. 3. There is no significant effect between the method of telling stories in the Koran on the patient nature of students with the results of statistical calculations using the simultaneous test that fhitung 4.206> ftabel 3.287 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. Meanwhile, using the partial test that the tcount is 2.051> 1.753 with a sign level of 0.451> 0.05. So from these calculations it states that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that there is no significant influence between the method of telling stories in the Koran on the patient nature of 4th grade students in the learning of moral creed

Abstract

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students can be influenced by teacher creativity in choosing learning models and creating an interesting learning atmosphere. However, in fact the level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students is still relatively low. Therefore, a learning model is needed that can help improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students, one of which is the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research Quasi Experiment Design. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at MIN 3 Tulungagung, totaling 81 students. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The samples selected as research subjects were students of class IV-B as a control class totaling 27 people and class IV-C as an experimental class totaling 27 people. Data collection techniques were used using tests and observations. Data analysis techniques used are 1) prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests) and 2) hypothesis tests (t-test and MANOVA test). The results of this study indicate that 1) there is an effect of the application of the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model on critical thinking skills as evidenced by the results of the t-test of critical thinking skills obtained a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 <0.05, then H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted; 2) there is an effect of the application of the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model on problem-solving skills as evidenced by the results of the t-test of problem-solving skills obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) of (<0.001) <0.05, then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted; and 3) there is an effect of the application of the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model on critical thinking and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the results of the MANOVA test of critical thinking and problem-solving skills obtained a significance value of (<0.001) <0.05, then H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate Cover Song media. The results showed the need for interactive media and help understanding Pancasila education material for grade III SD / MI. Selection of children's songs that students already know, making lyrics that are easy to understand, different video concepts, and devices as well as Canva and CapCut applications to support the development of Cover Song media. The gadget is used as a sound recording device, Canva and CapCut applications for video editing. Validation by material experts obtained a percentage of 100% including very valid criteria. The results of validation by learning video experts obtained a percentage of 96.48% including very valid criteria. The results of the trial to the teacher obtained a percentage of 100% (very good), the small group obtained a percentage of 92.85% (very good), the results of the large group trial 97.71% (very good), and the results of the field trial 97.80% (very good). Based on the results of validation and research trials, the media developed is feasible to be used as learning media. The results of the trial show that there is no need for revision, Cover Song media get very good validation results and trials with very good response results, so it can be concluded that Cover Song media can be used as learning media to answer existing needs in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of activeness of students in participating in the learning process due to monotonous learning, therefore students' creative thinking skills are not honed. The increase in creative thinking is greatly influenced by creative and innovative learning methods. In this case, creative thinking can be enhanced with a diorama project. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of the use of diorama projects on the creative thinking ability of grade V students in science learning. 2) To find out how much the use of diorama projects affects the creative thinking ability of grade V students in science learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research. This research was carried out at MIN 14 Blitar with a class B sample as an experimental group using a diorama project and class C as a control group using conventional learning. Data was collected through pre-test and post-test creative thinking and questionnaire after implementing the diorama project. The results of this study are, 1) There is a significant influence of the use of diorama projects on the creative thinking ability of class V students in science learning with a sig value. 0.002 because there is a strong relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. 2) The magnitude of the influence was obtained as 0.468 because there are other variables that can theoretically affect creative thinking but are not measured in this study such as learning motivation and students' interests.

Abstract

Students in learning mathematics often only focus on memorizing formulas. This causes students' critical thinking skills to not develop optimally. The ability to think critically is very important for the lives of students because with it students will be able to solve the problems they face by taking or making effective decisions. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the implementation of audio-visual media in mathematics to improve critical thinking in class 4 MI Podorejo Tulungagung? (2) Describe the inhibiting and supporting factors in the use of audio-visual media to improve critical thinking for class 4 MI Podorejo Tulungagung? (3) Describe the impact of using audio-visual media on increasing critical thinking in class 4 MI Podorejo Tulungagung. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research location is in MI Podorejo Tulungagung. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation methods. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's data analysis with data condensation steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of audio-visual media using learning animation videos starts from the teacher preparing the equipment, conditioning the class, and students analyzing the video content, besides that the teacher also uses various methods such as question and answer, demonstrations, lectures. Factors that support the use of audio-visual media are adequate facilities and infrastructure, enthusiastic students, and high teacher professionalism. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for using audio-visual media in increasing critical thinking is that students lack self-confidence even though they have the right answers. The impact of using audio-visual media is that students have motivation and to learn so that critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes increase.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum yang efektif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di sekolah dasar dan PAUD. Pendekatan kurikulum yang holistik, yang mencakup pengembangan karakter, keterampilan sosial, dan emosional, diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas membantu siswa menganalisis informasi dan mencari solusi kreatif. Pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi yang efektif memerlukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian berkelanjutan, agar proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait manajemen kurikulum, pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan, serta pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi. Metode ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang topik ini dengan menganalisis buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Selain itu, pengembangan profesional guru menjadi kunci dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang efektif. Guru yang terus meningkatkan kompetensinya dapat mengadaptasi metode pengajaran yang inovatif dan memanfaatkan teknologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang holistik, mengintegrasikan aspek akademis dan non-akademis, menghasilkan siswa yang lebih siap menghadapi masa depan. Kurikulum yang mencakup literasi, numerasi, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas berdampak positif pada perkembangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum sekolah dasar dan PAUD perlu diperbarui secara berkala agar relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, perkembangan teknologi, dan tuntutan dunia kerja, sehingga siswa memperoleh keterampilan yang komprehensif untuk kehidupan mereka di luar sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teachers in the application of P2RA to improve students' civilized character at Nabatul Ulum Islamic Elementary School, Siman, Kepung, Kediri. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that (1) planning for strengthening civilized character is carried out through work meetings to determine objectives, learning tools that are in accordance with student characteristics and designing relevant activities and cognitive, affective, psychomotor assessments, (2) implementation of character focuses on civilized values. Teachers develop student character through communication, positive activities, and provide feedback and rewards. (3) Evaluation is carried out with tests, quizzes, and individual or group assignments. Teachers observe and reflect on students' experiences in learning. Self-assessment, peer assessment, and parent evaluation have been carried out to measure changes in student character in everyday life. Optimizing learning objectives and strengthening character through end-of-semester meetings.

Abstract

Learning methods play a vital role in education by helping teachers deliver material effectively. In today’s context, creative learning methods are essential to make lessons more engaging and meaningful. This study focuses on implementing the scramble-type cooperative learning method, integrated with the traditional game "gederek," to improve students’ creative thinking skills in Arabic language classes at MIN 11 Blitar. The study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and impact of this learning method. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research was driven by the issue of monotonous teaching methods, which often lead to student disengagement. To address this, one Arabic teacher applied the scramble method, involving games and group discussions, where students answered Arabic vocabulary questions in a fun and interactive manner. The implementation aligned with the lesson plan and led to positive outcomes. Students were more active, creative, and engaged in collaborative learning, showing an ability to generate original ideas. In conclusion, the scramble-type cooperative learning method proved highly effective at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level. It not only enhanced students’ creative thinking skills but also created a more dynamic and enjoyable learning environment. The method successfully met the indicators of creative thinking.
