Abstract

The Qur'an, as a book of revelation that is a guide to life for Muslims, contains various messages and teachings that are relevant to various aspects of life, including education. Education from the perspective of the Qur'an is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge, but also includes the formation of character and morals. Education from the perspective of the Qur'an covers various aspects, including science, morals and spirituality. The Qur'an always encourages its readers to always seek knowledge and improve their abilities, this is reflected in the first revelation regarding the command "iqra" (read). The Qur'an's message about education includes not only academic knowledge, but also holistic self-development, which includes intellectual, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Therefore, the Qur'an provides a solid foundation for an education system that can form individuals who are not only intelligent, but also have noble character and social awareness. The Al-Qur'an teaches several messages that can be applied in the world of education. Among the educational messages mentioned in the Al-Qur'an and which are the focus in this article include; Tarbiyah, Iqra', Ta'lim, Mauidhah Hasanah, Tausiyyah, Al-Uswantun Hasanah.

Abstract

Philosophy of science is a branch of philosophy that studies the fundamental principles and methods underlying scientific knowledge. In the context of the rapid development of scientific knowledge, the philosophy of science plays a crucial role in providing a solid foundation to understand how knowledge is acquired, tested, and validated in an objective and rational manner. This article aims to examine the contribution of the philosophy of science in driving the development of scientific knowledge, focusing on its epistemological, ontological, methodological, ethical aspects, and the role of innovation in scientific research. The methodology used in this article is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis of relevant literature on the philosophy of science and its contribution to scientific knowledge. The philosophy of science not only helps in shaping scientific paradigms that guide researchers in formulating theories and conducting research, but also ensures that research is carried out while considering its social and moral implications. Therefore, the philosophy of science plays an essential role in ensuring that scientific knowledge develops in a systematic, responsible, and socially relevant manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of educational philosophy on the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka among teachers and students at the elementary education level. Educational philosophy, which encompasses principles of constructivism, humanism, and progressivism, is expected to underpin the application of a flexible and student-centered curriculum. Using a literature review approach, the study finds that a deep understanding of educational philosophy enables teachers to design learning processes tailored to students' needs and characteristics, creating a more inclusive and participatory learning environment. Conversely, the main challenges in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka lie in many teachers' lack of understanding of educational philosophy principles and the limited training provided. Therefore, the study emphasizes the importance of continuous professional development for teachers and stronger policy support from the government to ensure the successful implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Thus, the proper integration of educational philosophy can enhance learning quality and support students' character and skill development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana struktur social di masyarakat pedesaan mempengaruhi akses terhadap pendidikan. Melalui analisis literatur yang komprehensif, studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor struktural seperti stratifikasibsosial, kondisi ekonomi, dan norma budaya yang membentuk kesempatan pendidikan di daerah pedesaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketimpangan sosial-ekonomi, terbatasnya infrastruktur pendidikan, dan persepsi masyarakat tentang nilai pendidikan secara signifikan mempengaruhi akses dan partisipasi dalam pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa struktur sosial yang ada sering kali melanggengkan siklus keterbatasan akses pendidikan antar generasi di masyarakat pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang holistik dalam mengatasi hambatan structural untuk meningkatkan akses pendidikan di daerah pedesaan

Abstract

The process of cultural transformation that occurred during the internet era represents a major change in the way individuals and society interact with culture and technology. Utilizing various digital platforms such as social media, websites and phone apps, access to cultural information has become easier. To gain a better understanding of the impact of digitalization on culture, this article analyzes the relevant literature. In the modern era, not only has preserving and expressing culture become possible, but it also presents challenges such as cultural commodification and erosion of local identity. Digitization allows documentation of endangered traditions and a space for artists to speak to audiences spread across the globe. However, issues such as the digital divide and privacy issues in global social interactions may have to be considered. In the digital era, cultural transformation reflects major changes in the way individuals and societies interact with technology. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide insight into how cultural transformation occurs in a digital context and how this transformation shapes modern society and technology with today's technological advances.

Abstract

The dynamics of society and culture have an influence on the development of education systems in the world. Changes in social structures, cultural values, and technological advances can influence aspects of education, from the curriculum, learning methods, to the goals of education itself. This article aims to analyze the impact of changing societal and cultural dynamics on education, with a focus on how these factors shape perspectives on education, the relevance of the curriculum, and the development of students' skills and character. Apart from that, this article also discusses the challenges faced by the education system in responding to changes in culture and society, such as the need for multicultural education, adaptation to technological advances, and increasing awareness of diversity. With an analytical approach, this article provides insight into the importance of integrating social and cultural dynamics in designing an education system that is more responsive, inclusive and relevant to the needs of the times. It is hoped that the findings in this analysis can contribute to the development of education policy.

Abstract

This article examines the relationship between education and transformation in the context of sociological views on societal dynamics. Education, as one of the social mediators, has an important role in shaping the social structure and norms that exist in society. Through a sociological approach, this article explains how education not only functions to transmit knowledge, but also to change the mindset, attitude and behavior of individuals in the face of social changes that continue to develop. This discussion includes relevant sociological theories, such as functionalism theories, conflicts, and symbolic interactionism, to understand how education can be a tool to reduce social inequality and facilitate social mobility. In addition, this article also discusses the opposition and opportunities faced by the education system in the face of social transformation influenced by globalization, technology, and cultural change. Overall, education plays a central role in the process of transforming society that is more inclusive and adaptive to the social dynamics that occur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul interaktif entity relationship diagram (ERD) untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa mata pelajaran Basis Data Semester I, Program Studi D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelirian Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE. Desain uji coba produk terdiri dari uji coba tahap awal, uji coba lapangan utama dan uji coba lapangan operasional dengan melaksanakan pra-eksperimental. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket analisis kebutuhan, skala kelayakan e-modul oleh ahli materi dan media, skala kemandirian belajar dan skala respon mahasiswa yang kemudian dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, pada aspek materi memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan skor 3,88; aspek media kategori sangat layak dengan skor 3,61; sedangkan kelayakan produk e-modul pada aspek respon pengguna menunjukkan produk e-modul tergolong dalam kategori sangat layak. Nilai akhir kemandirian belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,45 dan tergolong kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisa tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul interaktif sangat layak dan cukup efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar Basis Data.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the relationship between philosophy, philosophy of science, and scientific knowledge to provide a deeper understanding of how these three concepts interact and influence the development of scientific knowledge. Philosophy serves as the foundational thought guiding our understanding of the world and knowledge, while the philosophy of science explores the methodologies and basic principles underlying scientific knowledge. Scientific knowledge, on the other hand, provides empirical evidence that can test and confirm philosophical theories. This discussion refers to the thoughts of several renowned philosophers such as Karl Popper, Thomas Kuhn, and Paul Feyerabend, who made significant contributions to the development of scientific methods and theories. The findings of this research show that the relationship between philosophy, philosophy of science, and scientific knowledge is crucial in creating a more holistic understanding of the world and in the development of stronger and more applicable scientific theories. Keywords: philosophy; philosophy of science; scientific knowledge; scientific method; epistemology; scientific paradigm ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara filsafat, filsafat ilmu, dan ilmu pengetahuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana ketiga konsep ini saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat berperan sebagai dasar pemikiran yang mengarahkan cara kita memahami dunia dan pengetahuan, sementara filsafat ilmu mengeksplorasi metodologi dan landasan dasar yang mendasari ilmu pengetahuan. Ilmu pengetahuan, di sisi lain, menyediakan bukti empiris yang dapat menguji dan mengkonfirmasi teori-teori filosofis. Pembahasan ini mengacu pada pemikiran beberapa filsuf terkenal seperti Karl Popper, Thomas Kuhn, dan Paul Feyerabend yang memberikan kontribusi besar dalam perkembangan metode ilmiah dan teori ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara filsafat, filsafat ilmu, dan ilmu pengetahuan sangat penting dalam menciptakan pemahaman yang lebih holistik tentang dunia serta pengembangan teori-teori ilmiah yang lebih kuat dan aplikatif. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat memberikan berbagai inovasi digital yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Salah satu contoh inovasi digital adalah AI (kecerdasan buatan). Kecepatan perkembangan teknologi informasi menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait karakter siswa, terutama berkaitan dengan berkurangnya interaksi secara langsung dan penghayatan terhadap nilai-nilai agama jika terlalu bergantung pada teknologi. Pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya sebatas penguasaan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mengenai pembentukan karakter dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa di zaman teknologi AI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya menyampaikan ajaran agama, tetapi juga membimbing siswa untuk berfikir kritis, memiliki rasa empati dan kesadaran moral, serta bertindak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam dunia digital. Strategi yang digunakan dalam implementasi Pendidikan agama Islam era AI meliputi; 1. penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dalam pendidikan agama Islam 2. pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks digital. 3. memberikan contoh dan membangun kebiasaan baik. 4. kerja sama antara orang tua dan sekolah.
