The role of counseling and guidance professionals in modern education has become increasingly vital, particularly in addressing the diverse psychological and emotional needs of students. Among the critical competencies required for effective counseling is the ability to administer and interpret psychological tests, which are essential tools for assessing various psychological domains such as intelligence, personality, and emotional functioning. This study explores the significance of enhancing the skills of counseling guidance students as psychological testers, focusing on theoretical foundations, practical applications, and the need for targeted training programs. The study employed a quantitative approach, assessing participants' skills through a series of tests conducted during a two-day training session. The training aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering students hands-on experience in administering and interpreting psychological tests. A total of 25 students participated in the training, and their performance was evaluated through written exams and practical tests. The results revealed that while most participants demonstrated a good understanding of the theoretical aspects, there were varying levels of proficiency in practical testing skills. The training proved effective in enhancing students' abilities, but it also highlighted the need for more structured and continuous practice to build confidence and competence. The findings suggest that targeted training programs are crucial for preparing counseling guidance students to meet the demands of their future professional roles. This study underscores the importance of investing in the professional development of counseling guidance students through comprehensive training programs. By equipping students with the necessary skills to administer and interpret psychological tests, these programs can improve the quality of counseling services and contribute to better psychological outcomes for individuals.

This paper explores collaborative research strategies for sustainable natural resource development in Maluku, derived from a focus group discussion (FGD) with experts. The FGD, which included interdisciplinary collaboration and the integration of international expertise, aimed to address complex environmental challenges while incorporating local customs and ecological practices. This study highlights the benefits of such an approach, including enhanced problem-solving through diverse perspectives and advanced research methodologies. However, it also addresses potential weaknesses, such as the risk of limited local ownership and challenges in implementing proposed models within existing resource constraints. The findings emphasize the need for balancing scientific and traditional practices and ensuring that strategies are culturally sensitive and feasible. The insights from this research offer valuable guidance for developing sustainable resource management practices that are both innovative and contextually appropriate for Maluku.

Modern education increasingly emphasizes the holistic development of students' potential, recognizing the diverse intelligences each individual possesses. Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligence (MI) theory posits that individuals have distinct intelligences that can be nurtured through tailored educational approaches. At SMA Negeri 3 Seram Bagian Barat, this concept has been adopted to foster students' interests and talents, creating a supportive learning environment that maximizes their potential. Despite the benefits, the implementation of MI-based activities faces challenges such as the lack of systematic programs and adequate facilities, which hinder comprehensive student development. This study employs a mixed-method approach to understand the application of MI concepts in educational settings. Key activities include intensive workshops for teachers, mentoring, program development, facility enhancements, and continuous evaluation and monitoring. The results indicate significant improvements in both academic and non-academic performance among students, increased teacher competence, and a more conducive learning environment. The success of the MI program is attributed to effective educational management practices that prioritize personalized learning, continuous professional development for teachers, strategic infrastructure investments, and robust evaluation mechanisms. These elements collectively contribute to an educational ecosystem that supports holistic student development and continuous improvement in educational practices. The findings underscore the importance of integrating innovative educational strategies with effective management practices to create dynamic and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of all students, ultimately leading to better educational outcomes.
