International Conference on Islamic Studies (ICoIS) is a journal that published biannuaally every June and December by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan The scope and focus of this journal is covers language issues researched in the branches of applied linguistics, such as sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis, pragmatics, stylistics, corpus linguistics, translation and others. In the area of literature, it covers literary history, literary theory, literary criticism and others, which may include written texts, movies and other media. And this journal also contains many varians of Isamic Studies, among others: Islamic thought, and other Islamic Studies.

Abstract

The world is entering the era of society 5.0. some skills such as innovation, creativity, and collaboration are needed to be a solution to every problem of this era. Strengthening character is an important thing to prepare for the "Golden Generation of Indonesia 2045". Generation Z as the main actor in managing Indonesia's upcoming 2045 demographic bonus, needs to be prepared to strengthen the character of BAKU from now on. The character of BAKU which stands for "Good (Ikhlas, Honest, and Tawadhu), and Strong (Brave, Discipline, and Tough) is indispensable in the formation of a _super smart society 5.0_ for the Indonesian people. This study aims to obtain information related to the urgency and forms of character strengthening BAKU for generation Z. The method used is a qualitative method, with samples or populations taken from SMK Daarut Tauhiid with various vocational competencies and in line with era 5.0, including the fields of Accounting and Institutional Finance (female students) as well as Computer and Network Engineering, Broadcasting and Film (male students). The sample taken is 40 questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that the urgency and form of strengthening the character of BAKU in the era of society 5.0 in generation Z are important to be optimized in all Indonesian educational institutions with the 3P concept, namely Education, Habituation, and Supervision This research is interesting to be developed so that can support the preparation of "Indonesian Golden Generation 2045".

Abstract

In Islamic shari'ah there are two forms of marriage, namely polygamy and monogamy, of which polygamy is the marriage of a man to several women, commonly called "one husband multy wife", and monogamy is an ideal marriage that all women and men want man. Talking about the problem of polygamy, the thing that gets the most attention and debate is the issue of justice in polygamy, Hamka and Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy are two figures who have different ideas about fairness in polygamy, even though they depart from the same passage namely the Qur'an . In this study, researchers used qualitative research with the type of research used was library research. The data collection method is based on primary and secondary data, and the data analysis is deductive and inductive, while the data processing uses the comparative method. The method the writer uses to describe and analyze the thinking of Hamka and Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy which includes the concept of fairness in polygamy. From the research conducted, it can be concluded first, that the concept of fairness in polygamy according to Hamka for someone who wants to practice polygamy must be in a state of healthy mind arising from faith and piety. If you are polygamous, a man must be fair, both physically and mentally, but in matters of feelings and affection someone will not be able to be fair. Whereas Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy bapatapat, polygamy is permissible when in an emergency, that is, if you believe you will do justice, even if someone cannot do justice in feelings and affections that are inner, then that is forgiven. Second, there are factors in equality and differences in the interpretations of the two figures. Among the equations is in the field of methods of interpretation, presentation of interpretations, forms of interpretation and legal basis in polygamy. While the differences between the two figures differ in terms of usage in terms of interpretation, breadth of explanation, background of interpretation and interpretation in QS. Al-Nisa '[4]: 129.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha untuk menggali nilai-nilai kualitas layanan yang terkandung di dalam Al-Qur’an al-karim dan hadits nabawi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan kepustakaan dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah teks ayat al-Qur’an dan hadits nabawi, serta sumber pendukung dari jurnal yang berkaitan tentang tema pembahasan. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa ada nilai-nilai yang menunjukkan pada kualitas layanan bagi umat Islam dalam kegiatan mereka yang berhubungan dengan sesama muslin atau orang lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa nilai kualitas layanan dilihat dari segi dimensinya yang terkandung dalam al-Qur’an dan Hadits Nabawi adalah zaen, ihsan, mubadarah, ikram dan ihtimam.

Abstract

Entering the society era 5.0, competition in various institutions, especially educational institutions, is increasing. The need for education is increasing, especially in higher education, also the increasing population of Indonesia, causing the emergence of many new private universities one of which is STAI Darussalam Kunir. As a new private university, STAI Darussalam Kunir needs to formulate a marketing strategy to increase the number of students by applying the 7 P concept. This study aims to find out marketing strategies, conducted by STAI Darussalam Kunir to increase the number of students. The subjects of this study are the Head of STAI Darussalam Kunir, the admission committee for new students, and the Heads of Study Programs, while the object is the marketing strategy of STAI Darussalam Kunir. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out by STAI Darussalam Kunir is to apply the concept of the 7 P as follows : Product (Various Service Products offered by STAI Darussalam Kunir ), Price (The price of services offered by STAI Darussalam is relatively cheaper than other campuses), Place (The strategic location of STAI Darussalam Kunir is close to residential housing), Promotion (Using Traditional Promotion), People (having lecturers and employees who have academic qualifications), Phisycal Evidence (having Infrastructure that supports learning activities) and Process (The process of services offered is to accommodate the process of teaching and learning activities and that can meet the needs of students). Abstract

In the mids of the trend of current materialism that "colonizes" every sector of human life, it is urgent to rediscuss metaphysical thoughts today, especially in the context of a higher level of education. University as the last stage in the system of modern education is now in the trend. A correct understanding of metaphysics, then, needs to be prioritized as the foundation of the life of all elements of university so that the orientation is not merely physical. By referring to the classical literature, Islamic philosophy and theological tradition based on the Holy Qur'an, metaphysics and its urgent to university will be elaborated on in this paper.

Abstract

إن واقع اللغة العربية في اليوم المعاصر هذا، هو انعكاس للوضع الذي وصل إليه حال الأمة الإسلامية ، وهو صورة للواقعة التي توجد عليها وكما قيل كما تكونوا يولى عليكم ، ولذلك كان الاهتمام بمعالجة مشكلات اللغة العربية أولى الاهتمام من طرف العلماء والمنظرين ، وبحث قضاياها للخروج بها من الدائرة التي تتراجع فيها أهميتها لدى فئات واسعة من أبنائها ، جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الاهتمام بقضايا البناء الحضاري للعالم الإسلامي . ويهدف بحثنا المتواضع هذا إلى الكشف عن بعض المشاكل التي واجهت اللغة العربية على مر العصور ولاسيما في العصر الحديث ومحاولة معرفة الأسلوب الجيد لحفظ اللغة ، وتكمن أهمية البحث في أنه يلقي الضوء على المشاكل التي تواجه اللغة العربية ، والطريق الكفيلة في مواجهة هذه التحديات والعقبات.

Abstract

Outcomes Based Education (OBE) curriculum is a curriculum concept that emphasizes the sustainability of the learning process in an innovative, interactive, and effective manner. The purpose of this article is to develop an outcome-based learning curriculum guideline. This study uses qualitative methods and follows the flow of research procedures, starting with the preliminary study stage, development stage, and evaluation stage. This study's data source is the academic community, including lecturers and students. Data collection in the preliminary study was carried out with several instruments, such as observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Curriculum experts carried out expert validation in this study. The results of this study indicate that the OBE curriculum applied in this results-based learning activity has been effective in increasing the output product in the form of the work of lecturers and students so that it is very suitable to be set as an academic policy as well as a guide in organizing lectures.

Abstract

The development of science and technology leads students to learn independently by utilizing technology. 21st century learning is carried out by adapting to the learning styles of millennial generation children who use audio-visual formats more, rely on technology and like learning with teachers who position themselves as friends. However, based on the results of observations, the learning carried out at SMK Bina Budi still uses the lecture method. However, the lecture method still has many advantages, which is mentioned by Tarmudji that by using the lecture method educators can summarize learning material so that it is easy for students to understand and educators can more easily master class conditions, students are also trained to use their sense of hearing well, trained to be able to conclude material quickly and precisely. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation of two variables, the sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, correlation test and significant t test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the students' responses to the lecture method had a significant relationship to the students' cognitive learning outcomes. This shows that the use of the lecture method is still relevant for use in the learning process. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation of two variables, the sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, correlation test and significant t test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the students' responses to the lecture method had a significant relationship to the students' cognitive learning outcomes. Abstract

The relationship between teachers and students is felt to be less harmonious and even cold, especially when in the learning process the teacher uses an unpleasant method. The storytelling method is one way to increase interaction between teachers and students because its use is very easy and flexible, then interesting with delivery according to the theme. In addition, it can preserve a culture that is almost extinct. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in teacher and student interaction through storytelling models or methods in Purwakarta Regency. The method that the researcher uses is a qualitative ethnographic method. Using Interactive data analysis. Data obtained through observations, observations, interviews, and documentation. From this research, it is known that the increase in interaction between teachers and students can be better established so that every learning carried out will be easier, warmer and more enjoyable, especially using interactive storytelling methods.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the times which greatly affect the morals, behavior, ethics and morals of the student party caused by the ease of accessing the internet so that phenomena, news, and events can be obtained easily. In this case, schools play an important role in balancing the development of the times through moral education. This research is based on Roykan's theory which states that the book of Akhlak lil banin is suitable to be implemented with the development of adolescent children. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field research methodology. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. While testing the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique and the triangulation technique. The results of the study show that: 1) Teachers of the book of Akhlak lil banin have met the qualifications of teacher competence even though they are not yet fully optimal. 2) The essence of the book Akhlak lil banin volume one contains the morals that a child must have, volume two contains the obligations of a child and volume three contains the etiquette that a child must do. 3) The book of lil banin morality is very influential and acts as a behavioral controller gradually from class VII to class IX.
