Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of sharia financing in upgrade OPOP program. This conceptual study used secondary data and descriptive analysis on sharia microfinance. It reviews 11 papers related to OPOP program in Google scholar, detected by Published or Perish (PoP) software. The exiting model shows that efficiency of sharia financing link OPOP program could be create pesantren empowerment, such as increase santri’s creativity, create product and open the labor market. The integration of sharia microfinance and pesantren will provide economic, social, and religion benefits. The several existing integrated model of sharia financing development to improve OPOP are cash waqf financing link OPOP, OVOP link OPOP, Sharia microfinance LKMS link OPOP and Islamic university link OPOP. The rule will provide economic, social, religion and ecological benefit, especially in reducing poverty. The recommendation encourages the other research to explore the role of sharia mudlorobah and ijaroh financing development exclude in upgrade OPOP Program.

Abstract

Children's motor skills are basic skills that must be developed early, especially fine motor skills. Fine motor skills are essential skills that must be mastered because they will support other developments. Fine motor skills development for early childhood should be taught through engaging in additional exercises. One is providing Lego media to stimulate fine motor skills development. Children must be attracted to fun media in their instructive cycle Hence, this research objective was to determine how developing fine motor skills using Lego media improves fine motor skills. This research used a quantitative experimental approach. The research population consisted of all students of RA Nurul Fata, totaling 36 children. The data collection techniques included interviews, observation, documentation, and checklists. The research results using the t-test on SPSS showed a significant effect on fine motor skills development after being given Lego media to children aged 4-6 at RA Nurul Fata.

Abstract

In essence, parenting is the interaction of parents and children, parents encourage children by changing behavior, knowledge, and values ​​that are considered most appropriate for children. The learning process is an active process because knowledge is formed from learning objects. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of parenting styles, children's learning processes and to analyze whether there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and children's learning processes in KB Az-Zahra. This study uses a quantitative descriptive correlation approach, which is a research method that looks at the form of the relationship between variables. The sample in this study amounted to 28. The types of data taken were grouped into two categories, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using respondent questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the research from the data that have been analyzed can be concluded that the average parenting pattern of 58.40% is categorized as quite good, while the results of the average learning process are 75.27% categorized as good. The relationship between parenting patterns and the learning process of this child has a correlation value of 0.618 with a correlation percentage of 38.2% and is categorized as a relationship between parenting styles and the learning process. So that parenting patterns have a real relationship to the learning process of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

ظهرت البراغماتية أو التداولية كمنهج لدراسة اللغة ضمن اللسانيات الحديثة، منبثقة عن أصول فلسفية عرفت بالفلسفة التحليلية في الفكر الغربي، وعندما قام العلماء العرب بترجمة هذا الانتاج الفكري، اختلفوا في ترجمة هذا المصطلح باختلاف توجهاتهم وثقافاتهم وأصولهم المعرفية، مما ترتب عليه تعدد المصطلحات الدالة على مفهوم البراغماتية.. ويحاول هذا البحث دراسة هذه المصطلحات وترجماتها في الدرس العربي، ومدى تقاربها مع مفاهيمها في الدرس الغربي.

Abstract

لمّا كان " الإنسان في الكون مخلوق مثله، وجزء منه وتركيبه من طبيعته، وحياته من وجوده" ( عبد العزيز المجدوب : أفعال العباد في القرآن الكريم: ، دار سحنون، ط 1، 1492ه- 2008م، 61)، فهو، إذن، ثمرة الكون اللّطيفة وفهرسته المصغّرة، فكان لزاما عليه الانسجام مع السّنن الكونيّة التي أودعها الله في ملكه، والعمل بمقتضاها، حتّى يحقّق مراد الله من خلقه، فيكون عبدا خالصا لله يأتمر بأوامره وينتهي عن نواهيه، وهذا لا يكون إلّا بإحياء روح القرآن الكريم وحسن تنزيله على الواقع ،ممّا يفرض علينا تطوير آليّات ومناهج البحث لفهم مراد الله من كلامه مسايرة لمستجدّات العصر واستجابة لمتطلّباته الفكريّة والحضاريّة، فتبيّن ان اعتماد المنهج السّنني لتحليل الوقائع والأحداث كفيل بإعادة صلة الوصل بين الكتاب المسطور والكون المنظور وحلّا لأغلب لإشكالات الواقع المعاصر تحقيقا لمبدأ التّعايش السّلمي.إن الحديث عن السّنن الإلهية حديث قديم وجديد ومتجدّد، ذلك بإنّ عالم الشّهادة محكوم بشبكة من العلاقات البينيّة الخاضعة للسّنن الكونيّة التي ثبّتها الله في هذا الوجود وثبّت الوجود بها، وتعدّ سنّة التّكامل من بين أهمّ السّنن الإلهيّة المرتبطةٌ بفعل الإنسان وأثره في الحياة، والتي بالنظر في مقتضياتها وحسن تفعيلها نعيد بناء الأمّة الإسلاميّة على أسس ودعائم متينة، لذا سنتناول بالدّرس والتّحليل سورة العصر، بوصفها مثالا قرآنيّا تطبيقيّا على ضرورة فقه سنّة التكامل وأنّ في إعادة تفعيل هذه السّنّة إحياء لروح الدّين وتحقيق لنهضة هذه الأمّة الإسلاميّة وتقوية علاقاتها البينيّة.

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية أحكام المحاماة في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون, ومفهوم المحاماة في الفقه والقانون, وتوضيح الإسم الشرعي للمحاماة في الفقه الإسلامي, وأن المحاماة مشروعة في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون. والذين حرموا المحاماة من الفقهاء؛ إنما هو بسبب مناصرة بعض المحامين للقضايا غير العادلة, وكذلك تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية, أركان المحاماة وآدابها, وبيان شرعية أجرة المحامي في الشريعة, وأن المحاماة تنتهي إذا تم عزل المحامي أو توفي الموكل, كذلك تم توضيح أهم الفروق بين المحاماة والوكالة.

Abstract

بيان الأثار المترتبة على عدة الوفاة فى الفقه الإسلامى حتى لا تقع النساء المسلمات فى مخالفات شرعية وبدع بعيدة تماما عن الشرع حماية لهن من الوقوع فى الحرام. والزواج ركن أساسي من أركان بناء المجتمعات البشرية لهذا يَضع لقواعد تنظيمية ثابتة أوجبها الله في الشريعة التي جاء بها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وقد حرصت هذه الشريعة السمحة على قيام هذه المؤسسة الإجتماعية على أسس ثابتة ، تنتج عنها إلتزامات وإذاكان الزواج هو أساس تكوين أسرة متماسكة بإعتباره عقد رضائي بين الرجل والمرأة من أهدافه تكوين أسرة أساسها المودة والرحمة والتعاون وإحصان الزوجين. لكن قد يطرأ على تلك الحياة الشقاق المنبعث من تنافر القلوب بعد توافقها أو إنكشاف ما قد يَفي عند الإقتران. مما يبدد الثقة أو إصابة أحدهما بمرض تستحيل معه المعاشرة، مما يجعل الحياة جحيم وعذاب لا يحتمل، فإن استحكم النزاع بين الزوجين واتسعت شقةالخلاف. وجب فض ذلك الميثاق وكان على المرأة عدة تعتد بها سواء من طلاق او موت زوج او خلع او فقد للزوج والعدة تعتبر من أهم الأثار التي تجب على المرأة بعد مفارقة زوجها من طلاق أو موت لأنها متصلة إتصالا زمنياً وثيقاً بهذه الفرقة ولعل وفاة الأزواج وما يترتب عليه من آثار متعددة متعلقة بحياة المتوفى عنها زوجها تعتبر من الأمور المهمة التي تجعلهاكثير من النساء من هناكانت أهمية تلك الدراسة لأستعراض بعض الأحكام المترتبة على إحداد المعتدة من عدة وفاة.

Abstract

Motor development is a process of maturity that a person has since birth as a form of skill to move his body that involves both gross and fine motor skills to achieve a goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the engklek game on the development of children aged 4-5 years through the smart engklek game. The method used is a quantitative approach to Quasi Experiment Design. Based on the results of calculations through independent t-test, the experimental class t-test value = 8.509 and with df = 58. The t-table value at t is 0.05 = 2.704 with a significant value (P) = 0.000 > = 0.05. With Thus the value of t count > t table which means HO is rejected and H1 is accepted. While the calculation of the control class is obtained by the value of t-test = 8,509 with df = 58 the price of t table at t 0.05 = 2.704 with significant (P) = 0.001 > = 0.05 seen that the value of t count > t table means Ho rejected and H1 accepted. Thus, the smart engklek game provides a significant influence on children's motor development.

Abstract

Teachers as educators must try to create motivation in children by growing and developing children's interest in learning a field of study to be taught. Based on observations made by researchers in early childhood in the 5-6 year age group, students of RA Ilyasa Nurul Qomar often experience problems in their learning. Most students find it difficult to pay attention to the teacher during learning, and students of RA Ilyasa Nurul Qomar tend to prefer active learning that can move all the five sensory functions of students. Author will conduct research related to increasing students learning motivation through ice breaking. This ice breaking activities carried out by this ice breaking are varied, so that students will feel happy while learning. Based on the calculation of the paired sample t test and the independent sample test, the value of sig (2 tailed) = 0.00 ≤ 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the calculations and the basis for making decisions from the two hypothesis tests, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of ice breaking on the learning motivation of children aged 5-6 years at RA Ilyasa Nurul Qomar.

Abstract

: This paper discusses the roots of Al-Hajj and its direct influence on the human development, it appears that all the nations that approved the ritual of Hajj were for the purpose of developing and renewing the capabilities of the individual in certain places and times with the aim of unburden him of the monotony of place and time, and accustom him to dealing with different individuals as well as adapting to an environmental climate and different cultures, including the development of several physical and spiritual aspects that cannot be taught otherwise.This paper follows the comparative-analytical historical approach, moreover, the analysis of historical events alone with regard to the ritual of Hajj among Muslims and its relationship to human development without referring to Hajj in other religions makes the research incomplete, and thus its extension throughout history, and since the first Those who performed Hajj were the angels, Prophet Adam, lastly other nations, it was necessary limit to the comparison between the Hajj among Muslims and the Jews, due to the convergence of time between them, as well as the similarities. According to the literature review, the paper concluded that Hajj develops several physical and spiritual aspects that cannot be taught otherwise, improves planning and goal, encourages completing a specific work in a predetermined, improves the ability to achieve a positive result, urges cooperation and teaches patience, develops the individual's physical and intellectual abilities, unburdens from the monotony of place and time.
