Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the coordination in the implementation of the school zoning system between the Education Office and the Makassar City Civil Registry Office. This research uses a case study type of qualitative research. The research data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the coordination research in the application of the zoning system between the Education Office and the Makassar City Civil Registry Office show that from the aspect of (1) The unit of action from the Education Office trying to improve population data is also carried out by the civil registry office where the registration process no longer requires the public to legalize population administration in civil registry office and delegated to the village government. (2) Communication also makes updates to the application system where to find out the zoning of prospective students who will register, it is enough to enter their NIK or population data in the requested column and automatically the location or zone can be directly directed through the application. (3) Division of Work The education office has issued guidelines and technical guidelines for the implementation of PDDB in accordance with the direction of the ministry of education, while the civil registry service has updated population data which is synchronized with the PPDB application. (4) The discipline of the apparatus involved in the PPDB work unit is required to fill in the facts of integrity relating to the readiness of the committee in implementing the PPDB.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the Sikarannuang Website is in the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The results of this research can be seen from the Relative Adventage Aspect (plus value), which shows that the Sikarannuang Website has more value compared to before and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. From the Compatibility aspect, it shows that the Sikarannuang Website is in accordance with what the community needs, namely improving public services. In terms of complexity, it shows that the Sikarannuang Website is usually constrained by networks and people who don't understand the use of cellphones. In terms of Observability, it shows that the Sikarannuang Website is easy to understand because it has a simple and easy-to-understand display. In terms of Triability (can be tried), it shows that the Sikarannuang Website is proven to be tried

Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the population administration service system at the population and civil registration service in North Kolaka Regency. Using the research method is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive type.  The informants in this study were 5 people. The process of searching and compiling data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: 1). Effectiveness, the implementation of Si LAKU O2T in terms of service quality in dukcapil has been effective for several services, but there will be a decrease in the number of services in 2023. 2).  Efficiency, the implementation of Si LAKU O2T has not been effective and efficient overall, and dukcapil provides services offline and online.  3).  The adequacy and completeness of the available facilities is not yet available, but the data availability is available and accurate because it is recorded in the SIAK application.  4).  Equality, all people get the same service and feel satisfied 5).  Responsiveness, Si LAKU O2T has a good response to data changes.  6).  Accuracy, information regarding Si LAKU O2T is accurate and well conveyed to thepublic.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the effect of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling technique used saturated sampling in which all member of the opulation was used as samples. Research data were questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS. The results of this study showed that the influence of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency was very significant. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. So in other words the independent variable of the headmaster’s leadership was able to explein the magnitude of the dependent variable of teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the management of zakat in the National Amil Zakat Agency of Mamuju Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) planning time targets, assumptions, time frames and program directions, as outlined in the Budget Work Plan (RKA), 2) organizing by screening from sub-district to sub-district and mosques, 3) movement by applying operational principles, and having working relationship with UPZ, 4) control, is a supervisory activity from the audited party with the aim of supervising the work programs and processes carried out by BAZNAS to achieve zakat objectives, and to avoid deviations in zakat management.Keywords: Management, zakat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Website Service Quality with the Webqual 4.0 Method on User Satisfaction at the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research, with descriptive type. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires with the number of respondents as many as 50 people who are determined by the sampling technique refers to the table Krejcie and Morgan. Respondent data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the website service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction, namely the Usability indicator (X1.1) of 36.4% is low, and Information Quality (X1.2) of 48.6% is moderate, and Service Interaction Quality (X1.3) of 31.4% is low. Then simultaneously the influence of website service quality using Webqual 4.0 at the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province on user satisfaction is 48.1% or categorized as moderate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership has on employee work effectiveness at the Biringala Village Office, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative, while the number of samples used in this study is 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data validation technique was obtained through validation tests and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Biringala village office, Barombong sub-district, Gowa district. Based on the output of the summary model, it can be seen that the magnitude of the regression value (R) or influence is 0.460 and is positive. While the value of R Square is 0.212. So it can be concluded that the variable X (Leadership Style) has an influence of 21.2% on the Y variable (Employee Work Effectiveness) and the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other factors. Which means that the leadership style at the Biringala Village office is quite good in increasing the effectiveness of the employee's work, while there is an influence from other factors besides the leadership style of 78.8% which can affect the effectiveness of the employee's work at the Biringala village office.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of making digital identity cards based on the digital population identity (IKD) application at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Service. This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the use of the IKD application has been effective because from the beginning of the implementation of the IKD Application, namely at the end of 2021, the number of people using Digital KTPs was 420 people, then in the middle of 2023 IKD users increased, namely 15,000 people who used IKD, then at the end of 2023 there was a significant increase, namely 50,000 people who used IKD application-based Identity Cards. The IKD application can make things easier for people because people no longer need to queue to make a Digital KTP because the application can be downloaded directly on the Playstore on Android or iPhone cellphones.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the results of technical training held by BKPSDM Takalar Regency. This study used quantitative and descriptive quantitative research type. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics which were processed using the SPSS application. The population was 60 civil servants and the sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The results of this study showed that systematic and planned eduaction and training indicators, continuous development, creation of learning organizations, training related to performance and management developmentand career planning were in a very good category. Also the technical training was needed for employees to support their careers and increase employee competence in the local government of Takalar Regency. Keywords: HR Development, Technical Training

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh  budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan STNK di Kantor   Samsat   Kabupaten   Soppeng.   Metode   penelitian   yang digunakan   dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian mixed methods   dengan tipe penelitian  fenomenologi  dan  survei.  Hipotesis  yang  dikemukakan  adalah  budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas. Data  diperoleh  dari  60 Responden  yang  terdiri dari 11 orang   pegawai   dan 49 orang   masyarakat. Teknik   analisis   data    yang   digunakan adalah  metode  analisis  regresi linear  sederhana  dengan  Y = 41,464 + 436 X  dengan bantuan   Pearson product moment (r) melalui   program SPSS Versi 22.0   pada   taraf signifikan α= 0,05. Hasil penelitian   menunjukkan   bahwa   ada     pengaruh   positif signifikan  antara budaya organisasi  terhadap  kualitas   pelayanan  Surat  Tanda  Nomor Kendaraan   di Kantor   Samsat   Kabupaten Soppeng dengan koefisien regresi 0,436 sebesar   dalam   interpretasi koefisien regresi pada kategori   sedang   sehingga   dapat dikatakan  bahwa  ada  pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas  pelayanan  STNK di Kantor  Samsat Kabupaten  Soppeng.
