Abstract

The GenRe program in Banda Aceh has been running since 2015, but in its implementation only 7 out of 47 SMA / SMK in Banda Aceh City have actively participated in the GenRe program. This information was obtained from the researchers' initial interviews with the PIK R / M extension team in Banda Aceh, stating that there were many obstacles in implementing the GenRe program in Banda Aceh, such as the lack of youth participation in attending counseling, limited human resources (HR). This study used a descriptive quantitative approach involving 377 students spread across 14 SMA / MA / SMK in Banda Aceh City. The results showed that of 377 students in Banda Aceh 46.9% did not know the GenRe program, 79.8% had not attended the GenRe program with the PIK R / M container and 58% had good knowledge about reproductive health

Abstract

This study is a true experiment with a posttest-only control group design. 30 pregnant Rattus norvegicus aged 2-3 months were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the control group (K), the mackerel oil treatment group (P1), and the omega-3 supplements group (P2). The experimental animals were acclimatized and superovulated. The treatment was given at day 1-17 of pregnancy. 3 newborn Rattus norvegicus with the criteria of the largest, medium, and lightest body weight were taken from each parent to be made preparations on the 18th day. Examination of preparations carried out by immunohistochemistry. The mean ± SD of the apoptosis index in the cerebrum were 4.93 ± 0.87 (K), 2.53 ± 0.45 (P1), and 3.72 ± 0.54 (P2). The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant effect on the apoptotic index in the cerebrum of newborn Rattus norvegicus between groups with p-value <0.05.

Abstract

Sarcopenia is a condition of muscle degeneration, occurs due to multifactorial aging process and have impact toward increase mortality . The purpose was to analyze correlation Socio-demographic , Nutrition, Risk of fall toward sarcopenia among community Dwelling Elderly in the Pekanbaru. Cross sectional study was conducted among 275 elderly selected by cluster sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-square test analyses. There was a positive correlation between gender ( 0,023), marital status ( 0,019), Education level ( 0,033), nutrition status ( 0,014),Risk of fall ( 0,008) toward Sarcopenia. Suggestions for research, it is necessary to have further research related factors of Sarcopenia. For nurses, it is better provide health education regarding factors that may be changed in elderly, should collaboration to stakeholder such as general practitioners, nutritionist, physiotherapist, family, making policy.

Abstract

Observational research using a restrospective design from a hospital perspective. Samples of all claim files and medical records of breast cancer chemotherapy patients with codes C-4-13-I, C-4-13-II, and C-4-13-III in 2017. Analysis of the suitability of the cost of therapy with INA-CBG's rates with one sample t-test and factors that influence the cost of therapy with multivariate analysis. The results showed there were 113 treatment episodes of 72 patients, of which women aged <45 years were most affected. Difference between the real cost of hospitalized breast cancer and INA-CBG's rates in class 3 treatment C-4-13-I severity level Rp. -62,187,362, C-4-13-II of Rp. 6,159,896, C-4-13-III Rp. 64,042,570. Based on all severity values P <0.05, means the average cost of treating breast cancer with all different severity levels based on INA-CBG’s 2016 rates.

Abstract

This research design was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were adult males at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Samples were taken by total sampling method with a total of 33 samples. Data obtained through direct measurement of abdominal circumference, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. The data analysis used was the Pearson test correlative analysis to determine the correlation between abdominal circumference and blood pressure and blood sugar levels. The results showed a significant positive relationship between systolic blood pressure and abdominal circumference (r = 0.523; p = 0.002), while diastolic blood pressure had a negative and insignificant relationship (r = -0.038; p = 0.832). There was a positive and insignificant relationship between stomach circumference and blood sugar levels (r = 0.224; p = 0.211).

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a literature review on maintaining physical fitness through cardiovascular exercise. This study used a literature review method with a focus on cardiovascular exercise to maintain health from previous studies. A selection of literature comes from national or international journals on safe google scholar, science direct, and research gate with the publication period 2010-2021 and keyword searches for cardiovascular exercise / cardiovascular endurance or cardiovascular training to improve physical fitness. The journal review technique uses a synthesis matrix by creating a table consisting of columns of reference sources, samples, methods, interventions, and findings. The results in this study were adapted as many as 13 reviewed articles. The conclusion in this study is that there are many kinds of cardiovascular exercise. Which various types of cardiovascular exercise can actually maintain and even improve physical fitness

Abstract

This research uses literature review method with technical literature using a synthesis matrix. The synthesis matrix is a review technique using a table consisting of columns of reference sources, samples, methods, interventions, and findings. The literature referred to comes from previous research journals published from 2011-2021. Previous research journals were selected based on the focus of learning the circuit method in maintaining physical fitness, so that the keyword search for the journal was based on learning the circuit method or teaching circuit method. The referred journal pages come from google schoolar, science direct and researchgate. The results of this study indicate that there are 7 national journals and 1 international journal that have been reviewed based on reference sources, types of samples, research methods, given interventions to the findings about learning the circuit method in maintaining physical fitness.

Abstract

The extraction of yodium leaf by maceration method used ethanol 70% solvent, followed by fractionation with n-hexana, ethyl acetate and water solvents. The antibacterial activity test performed by the diffusion method and dilusion method. Diffution method by consentration ethanol extracts and fraction are used 50%, 25% and 12,5%. Dilution method by consentration ethyl acetate fraction are used 50%, 25%, 12,5%, 6,25%, 3,125%, 1,5625%, 0,78125%, dan 0,390625%. The chemical contens of the most active fraction were tested by TLC. The results showed that the ethanol extract of yodium leaf (J. multifida), of n-hexana, ethyl acetate and water fraction had antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853. Ethyl acetate fraction was the most active fraction with an average of inhibition diameter at concentrations of 50% was 14,7 mm, concentration of 25% was 14,4 mm and concentration 12,5% was 11,7 mm. Minimum kill concentration ethyl acetate fraction against P.aeruginosa ATCC 27853 of 12,5%
