This study discusses the abuse of minors and the legal implications and protections afforded to victims. Child maltreatment is an act of violence involving minors under the age prescribed by law, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. The Child Protection Law regulates cases of child abuse and provides a strong legal basis for protecting children's rights. The criminal implications of child maltreatment include various legal consequences imposed on perpetrators, such as imprisonment and fines. The main purpose of these criminal implications is to ensure justice for victims, prevent the repetition of similar crimes, and give an unequivocal message that child maltreatment is unacceptable. Protection of victims of child abuse covers a wide range of aspects, including victims' rights to feel safe, privacy, physical and psychological recovery, uninterrupted education, justice in due process, fair compensation, and effective protection from authorities. Parents also have an important role in providing protection to children who are victims. Cooperation from various parties, including the state, government, community, and family, as well as the implementation of strong laws, are expected to prevent cases of abuse of minors, ensure the protection and recovery of victims, and realize justice.

This study examines the effect of nicotine, the main compound in cigarettes, on brain activity and function using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI). Nicotine influences the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin, which affect various aspects of life, including learning, memory, alertness, and emotional balance. Dependence on nicotine can cause withdrawal symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders. Neurological research shows differences in brain activity in smokers and non-smokers, especially in the ventral (rostral anterior cingulate cortex, insula, opercular, and occipital gyrus) and dorsal (dorsal medial/lateral prefrontal cortex and dorsal anterior cingulate cortex) areas. Brain disorders are also associated with psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression and compulsive behavior. Apart from that, nicotine use can also affect the dopamine and serotonin systems, resulting in sleep disorders and emotional disorders in cigarette addicts.

Continuing against the phenomenon of contract marriages and formulating policies that support tourism sustainability. This monitoring may involve collaboration with various parties, including authorities, public figures, and local tourists. The implementation of policies that support the sustainability of tourism at the Bogor Summit has some implications. First, tourism sustainability can enhance the image of a destination as a safe and quality place. It can attract travelers who are looking for a positive travel experience and reduce the negative impact of the contract marriage phenomenon. Moreover, policies supporting public education about contractual marriage risks can help mitigate this practice. Increased public awareness can prevent contractual marriages and promote values that are consistent with applicable social and legal norms. Tourism development focusing on cultural and natural wealth can also provide attractive alternatives for tourists. By attracting tourists to natural and cultural attractions, local governments can reduce reliance on contractual marriage practices as a major attraction. Overall, the implementation of policies that focus on tourism sustainability can have a long-term positive impact. It can not only boost the local economy through sustainable tourism but also strengthen the social and cultural integrity of the Bogor Puncak community. Bogor Puncak, as a popular tourist destination, faces serious challenges related to the phenomenon of contract marriages. Although these practices provide temporary economic contributions, their negative impact on the social, moral, and image aspects of tourism cannot be ignored. The authorities need to take effective action to address the negative impact. The study provides an in-depth overview of the phenomenon of contract marriage in Bogor Puncak, considering a wide range of perspectives, ranging from tourism, and legal, to social aspects. The study's results identify the positive and negative impact of contractual marriage, its prevalence, trends, and legal perspective in Indonesia. The proposed policy recommendations and implications aim to address the negative impact of contract marriages and support the sustainability of tourism in Bogor Summit. Public education, clear regulations, and sustainable tourism development are key steps that the authorities can take. By implementing a policy focused on tourism sustainability, it is expected that Bogor Puncak will retain its image as an attractive and quality destination, as well as provide sustainable economic benefits to local communities.

Cooperatives as membership-based economic entities have experienced an evolution from the traditional model (TC) to the new generation model (NGC). TC is known for its social orientation and simple structure, but often experiences limited capital and difficulty adapting to modern business dynamics. Responding to these weaknesses, NGC comes with a business model that is more open to external capital, professional management, and full supply chain penetration. Even though it provides significant added value, NGC is faced with challenges in maintaining the social values of cooperation and relationships between members. This article analyzes the comparison between TC and NGC, highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each model, and formulates the future development direction of cooperatives that integrates the positive elements of both models. The results of this research provide a basis for formulating recommendations for cooperative development in the future. It is recommended that cooperatives adopt a flexible business model, combining traditional and modern aspects. The importance of maintaining cooperative social values is in line with increasing efficiency and competitiveness. Efforts are needed to increase member literacy in terms of business management, and cooperatives need to build strategic partnerships with external parties to support growth and innovation. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can lead cooperatives towards a sustainable future and provide maximum benefits for their members.
