This research aims to evaluate the impact of the use of communication technology, especially smartphones, on social interactions in the work environment. Data was collected through a survey filled out by 150 employees from Pt Teodore Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya. The results of the analysis show that smartphone use has the potential to influence social interactions, especially in the context of face-to-face communication. Women tend to be more involved in social interactions via smartphones compared to men. These findings emphasize the importance of controlling smartphone use wisely in social interaction situations. Effective face-to-face communication remains the key to building harmonious relationships in the work environment.

This research explores and analyzes various aspects related to public speaking and speech production errors in real life contexts. Through a literature review, this research explains the types of speech production errors, their causes, and strategies to anticipate these errors. This research also links speech production errors with public speaking, highlighting the importance of psycholinguistic understanding in this regard. The research results show that anticipating speech production errors is the key to improving public speaking skills. Anticipation strategies include preparing the topic well, maintaining composure, focusing, and using familiar vocabulary. Speech production errors can disrupt the flow of a presentation, so a deep understanding of these aspects is very important in public speaking.

In an era of ever-evolving streaming revolution, the broadcasting industry is facing major transformation to adapt and survive. Broadcasters need to adopt new strategies in business models and monetization, such as combining subscriptions, individual purchases, data-driven advertising, as well as partnerships with large streaming platforms through a hybrid approach. Investing in producing unique and engaging original content is also critical to differentiate yourself from competitors and cater to diverse audience preferences by exploring new genres and formats. In terms of technological infrastructure, increasing network capacity, servers and hardware are needed to support high-quality streaming, as well as paying attention to security and redundancy to ensure continuity of operations. Moreover, data measurement and analytics are key by developing new, relevant metrics to measure content performance, understand consumer behavior and preferences, and optimize monetization strategies. Leveraging data also allows for better personalization of content according to viewers' individual interests. By adopting a comprehensive approach in all these aspects, broadcasters can adapt effectively and achieve long-term success in an increasingly competitive streaming era.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology and big data analytics have changed the landscape of the modern broadcast industry by providing a deeper understanding of audiences, increasing content personalization and strengthening engagement with viewers. In this study, we investigate the impact of the use of this technology in the broadcasting industry, with a focus on the analysis of demographic data, the use of recommendation algorithms, personalized interactions through AI technology, and optimization of broadcast time. Analysis of demographic data allows broadcasters to understand their audiences better, while the use of recommendation algorithms provides the opportunity to serve more personalized content to audiences, increasing engagement and interaction. The use of AI technology in audience interactions, such as chatbots and virtual assistants, also provides viewers with a more personalized experience, while optimizing broadcast time allows broadcasters to reach a wider audience and increase broadcast effectiveness. Although AI technology and big data analysis bring significant benefits, ethical challenges related to data privacy and security remain a major concern. By considering these challenges, broadcasters can leverage this technology effectively to improve content quality, increase engagement with audiences, and remain relevant in an ever-changing broadcast environment.

This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with a spiral model to improve the ability to write essay texts through the use of short film media in class XII of Parungponteng Vocational School. Teachers have shown improvement in lesson planning and implementation using short film media. Evaluation of learning outcomes shows a significant increase, with classical completion reaching 100%. Students' abilities in text structure, linguistic rules and writing (mechanics) also increase. Improvement and reflection on the learning process plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Education is an important part of human development. Various educational theories have emerged over time, each with its unique approach to the learning process. In this abstract, we summarize several major educational theories including behaviorism, nativism, cognitivism, functionalism, constructivism, humanism, and cybernetics. Each theory has a different view of how humans learn and how teachers can facilitate learning. We also note some of the advantages of each theory and how they have influenced educational practice. Combining these approaches can help achieve effective and sustainable learning.

The industrial era 4.0 has brought significant changes in people's lives, with the rapid development of technology and information, as well as the important role of social media such as Instagram in digitalization changes. Freedom of expression on these platforms is becoming increasingly important, but also increasingly complex. Freedom of expression is a basic right of every individual which is included in Human Rights (HAM). However, this concept is not absolute and is always accompanied by certain responsibilities and obligations. Laws and statutory regulations stipulate that freedom of expression must be exercised by complying with ethical norms, laws, and other individual rights and freedoms. Freedom of expression also plays an important role in the world of the internet and social media. The internet has become a platform that allows individuals to express themselves without physical limitations, with almost limitless potential. Social media such as Instagram allows users to share creative content, in the form of photos, videos and text. However, users must use this freedom wisely and responsibly. They have complete control over their uploads, with a privacy settings feature that allows them to control who can access their content. Social media should not regulate individual ethics and behavior, but rather give individuals the right and obligation to use the platform wisely. Thus, freedom of expression on social media such as Instagram requires awareness of individual responsibility in carrying it out. By obeying the rules, norms and rights of other people, this freedom can be exercised well without harming anyone and still strengthening the social norms that apply in society.

Language changes and developments, both nationally and internationally, are inevitable due to cultural acculturation and interactions between speakers of different languages. These changes can be internal, affecting the grammar system, or external, influenced by contact with other languages. Internal changes, which occur gradually, involve alterations in phonological systems, phrase order, and case and gender functions. External changes, resulting from interactions driven by economic, political, educational, and technological interests, can occur rapidly, often starting with lexical enrichment and extending to other language elements. This study examines the historical development and changes in two languages from the same family, German and English, to illustrate internal changes. Additionally, it explores the impact of external changes in multilingual societies, emphasizing the role of sociolinguistics in understanding the relationship between language and society. The methodology involves a qualitative approach, literature review, participant observation, and interviews to gather and analyze data descriptively. The study finds that internal language changes are driven by speaker behavior and innovation within communities, while external changes result from language contact and social interactions. These interactions lead to the introduction of loanwords, new morphological elements, phonemes, and speech variations. Examples from Indonesian, German, and English demonstrate how languages evolve due to these influences, creating new dialects and hybrid languages. The research highlights the importance of sociolinguistics in describing social status, improving social mobility through language use, and investigating dialect phenomena. The findings emphasize that language is a dynamic entity, constantly adapting to social, cultural, and technological changes, reflecting the diverse and evolving nature of human communication.
