Abstract

Dinamika ketenagakerjaan di era kemajuan teknologi menjadi tantangan besar bagi tenaga kerja khususnya di Indonesia, termasuk mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang akan memasuki dunia kerja. Terlebih lagi laporan angka PHK yang cukup tinggi dalam konteks Indonesia dan kemajuan teknologi yang diperkirakan dapat menggeser peran manusia. Hal ini memberikan sinyal akan kebutuhan suatu modal psikologis, bukan lagi hanya soal teknis, melainkan kemampuan yang adaptif. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career decision self-efficacy CDSE dengan career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan pengalaman organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Adapun partsipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir dengan pengalaman organisasi. Jumlah responden sebanyak 114 mahasiswa, adapun pengambilan sampelnya sendiri menggunakan teknik convenience. Penggalian data dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan skala CDSE-SF dan CA-SF yang telah diadaptasi oleh penelitian sebelumnya. Teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan bersifat positif (r = 0,604; p=,001/<,05) antar kedua variabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara career decision self-efficacy dengan career adaptability pada mahasiswa akhir dengan pengalaman organisasi, selain itu temuan ini memperkuat studi-studi terdahulu, sekaligus secara teoritis yang menjelaskan bahwa CDSE merupakan kerangka internal dalam membentuk adaptabilitas karier individu. Abstract The dynamics of employment in the era of technological advancement pose a significant challenge for the workforce, particularly in Indonesia, including final-year students who are about to enter the workforce. Moreover, reports of relatively high layoffs in the Indonesian context and technological advancements that are expected to displace human roles further emphasize this issue. This signals the need for psychological capital, not just technical skills, but adaptive abilities. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy (CDSE) and career adaptability among final-year students with organizational experience. This study employs a correlational quantitative research method. The research participants are final-year students with organizational experience. The total number of participants is 114 students, and the sampling was conducted using a convenience sampling technique. Data collection was conducted online using the CDSE-SF and CA-SF scales, which had been adapted in previous research. The analysis technique used the Pearson Product Moment correlation, and the results showed a significant and positive relationship (r = 0.604; p = 0.001/<0.05) between the two variables. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career adaptability in final-year students with organizational experience. Additionally, these findings reinforce previous studies and theoretically explain that CDSE serves as an internal framework in shaping an individual's career adaptability.

Abstract

Fenomena tujah sebagai bentuk kekerasan interpersonal di Sumatera Selatan tidak hanya berdampak pada korban, tetapi juga menimbulkan konsekuensi psikologis jangka panjang bagi pelakunya setelah menjalani proses hukum dan kembali ke masyarakat. Salah satu dampak yang rentan dialami adalah social anxiety, terutama dalam konteks reintegrasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika social anxiety pada mantan pelaku tujah serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dengan desain single case. Partisipan terdiri dari mantan pelaku tujah yang telah menyelesaikan masa hukuman. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tema utama meliputi ketakutan terhadap penilaian negatif, stigma sosial, kesulitan membangun kembali relasi sosial, serta strategi koping yang digunakan subjek dalam menghadapi social anxiety. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kriminalitas dan respons sosial pasca-pemidanaan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap munculnya social anxiety. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan intervensi psikologis dan program pendampingan bagi mantan pelaku kekerasan dalam proses reintegrasi sosial. Abstract The phenomenon of tujah as a form of interpersonal violence in South Sumatra not only affects victims but also has long-term psychological consequences for perpetrators after completing their legal sentences and returning to society. One psychological impact that is particularly vulnerable is social anxiety, especially during social reintegration. This study aims to explore the dynamics of social anxiety among former tujah perpetrators and the contributing factors. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Participants were former tujah perpetrators who had completed their sentences. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings revealed key themes including fear of negative evaluation, social stigma, difficulties in rebuilding social relationships, and coping strategies used to manage social anxiety. These findings indicate that criminal experiences and post-incarceration social responses significantly contribute to social anxiety. This study provides insights for developing psychological interventions and support programs for former perpetrators during social reintegration.

Abstract

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir berada pada fase kritis pengambilan keputusan karier sehingga membutuhkan keyakinan diri yang cukup serta dukungan sosial yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 130 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang diperoleh melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial dan Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE) versi adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rho karena data tidak berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Shapiro-Wilk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan CDMSE, dengan nilai ρ = 0,696 dan p < 0,001. Analisis lanjutan menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan paling kuat (ρ = 0,667), diikuti figur signifikan (ρ = 0,627), dan teman sebaya (ρ = 0,544), kemudian seluruhnya signifikan (p < 0,001). Dengan demikian, semakintinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula efikasi diri mereka dalam mengambil keputusan karier. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya peran keluarga, teman sebaya, dan figur signifikan dalam mendukung proses kesiapan karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Abstract Final-year university students are in a critical phase of career decision-making that requires adequate career decision-making self-efficacy as well as sufficient social support. This study aimed to examine the relationship between social support and CDMSE among final-year students in Surabaya City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The participants consisted of 130 final-year university students, selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The instruments used were the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) to measure social support and the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE) adapted into Indonesian. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rho correlation test because the data were not normally distributed based on the Shapiro–Wilk normality test. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between social support and CDMSE, with a correlation coefficient of ρ = 0.696 and p < 0.001. Further analysis showed that family support had the strongest correlation with CDMSE (ρ = 0.667), followed by support from significant others (ρ = 0.627), and peer support (ρ = 0.544), all of which were statistically significant (p < 0.001). These findings suggest that higher levels of perceived social support are associated with higher career decision-making self-efficacy among final-year students. Overall, this study highlights the important role of family, peers, and significant others in supporting students’ career readiness and decision-making processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic self-efficacy on student engagement in the Psychology Undergraduate Program at Surabaya State University. This study used a non-experimental quantitative approach with 174 students from the class of 2022 as subjects. Data collection was conducted online using two Likert scale instruments: the College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale and the Student Engagement Scale. Data analysis using linear regression showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.934; p < 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.872 indicates that academic self-efficacy contributes 87.2% effectively to student engagement. This means that the higher students' confidence in their academic abilities, the higher their engagement in the lecture process. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a basis for educational institutions in designing learning strategies that support increased student academic engagement

Abstract

Skizofrenia paranoid merupakan salah satu gangguan psikotik berat yang ditandai oleh dominasi halusinasi dan waham yang dapat mengganggu fungsi psikologis dan sosial individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika psikologis pasien dengan skizofrenia paranoid melalui perspektif teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus terhadap seorang pasien perempuan dewasa yang menjalani perawatan rawat inap di rumah sakit jiwa. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara (autoanamnesa dan alloanamnesa), observasi, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gangguan yang dialami pasien dipengaruhi oleh konflik intrapsikis yang berkepanjangan, konflik keluarga, serta pengalaman kehilangan figur otoritas. Kondisi tersebut memicu penggunaan mekanisme pertahanan ego yang tidak adaptif, seperti proyeksi dan distorsi realitas yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk halusinasi auditorik serta waham kejar dan kebesaran. Berdasarkan kerangka psikoanalisis, ketidakmampuan ego dalam mengelola dorongan id dan tuntutan superego menyebabkan melemahnya fungsi realitas, sehingga gejala psikotik semakin menonjol. Implikasi penulisan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman dinamika psikologis pasien sebagai dasar pemberian intervensi psikologis yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan, selain penanganan farmakologis. Abstract Paranoid schizophrenia is a severe psychotic disorder characterized by the predominance of hallucinations and delusions that significantly impair an individual’s psychological and social functioning. This study aims to analyze the psychological dynamics of a patient with paranoid schizophrenia through the perspective of Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed involving an adult female patient undergoing inpatient treatment in a psychiatric hospital. Data were collected through interviews (autoanamnesis and alloanamnesis), behavioral observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the patient’s condition is influenced by prolonged intrapsychic conflicts, family conflicts, and experiences of losing an authority figure. These factors trigger the use of maladaptive ego defense mechanisms, such as projection and distortion of reality, which manifest in the form of auditory hallucinations as well as persecutory and grandiose delusions. From a psychoanalytic perspective, the ego’s inability to manage the impulses of the id and the demands of the superego leads to a weakening of reality testing, thereby intensifying psychotic symptoms. The implications of this paper emphasize the importance of understanding patients’ psychological dynamics as a basis for providing comprehensive and continuous psychological interventions alongside pharmacological treatment.

Abstract

Skizofrenia hebefrenik merupakan gangguan jiwa kronis yang sering kali muncul pada usia remaja dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikososial dan aspek biologis. Gejala klinis muncul berupa disorganisasi berpikir dan perilaku yang sering berakar dari dinamika dan relasi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran psikologis mengenai subjek dengan skizofrenia hebefrenik melalui teori kelekatan dan psikologi individual. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus yang dilakukan terhadap salah satu pasien berinisial IP (16 tahun) di Rumah Sakit X Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi harian, wawancara (autoanamnesis dan alloanamnesis), serta psikotes proyektif. Temuan menunjukkan subjek mengalami halusinasi auditori dan disorganisasi afek yang signifikan. Dinamika keluarga mengungkap adanya ketimpangan kasih sayang dan pola asuh overprotektif yang memicu disorganized attachment. Subjek juga mengalami kompleks inferioritas akibat perasaan “turun takhta” setelah kelahiran adiknya. Simtom hebefrenik pada subjek merupakan manifestasi dari mekanisme pertahanan diri terhadap luka kelekatan masa kecil dan ketidakmampuan menghadapi tuntutan sosial. Abstract Hebephrenic schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that frequently emerges during adolescence and is strongly influenced by psychosocial factors and biological aspects. Clinical symptoms appear in the form of disorganized thinking and behavior that are often rooted in family dynamics and relationships. This study aims to provide a psychological description of a subject with hebephrenic schizophrenia through the lenses of attachment theory and individual psychology. A qualitative case study conducted on a patient with the initials IP (16 years old) at X Surabaya Hospital. Data were collected through daily observations, interviews including both auto-anamnesis and allo-anamnesis, and the administration of projective psychological tests. The findings show that the subject experiences auditory hallucinations and significant disorganization of affect. Family dynamics reveal an imbalance of affection and overprotective parenting patterns that triggered a disorganized attachment style. Furthermore, the subject experiences an inferiority complex due to the feeling of being dethroned after the birth of a younger sibling. The hebephrenic symptoms in the subject are a manifestation of a self-defense mechanism against childhood attachment wounds and the inability to face social demands.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang secara aktif tergabung dalam organisasi sering kali mengalami penurunan ketekunan dan kehilangan minat akibat tugas organisasi yang mereka rasa berat. Adanya Grit mampu membuat mereka bertahan menyelesaikan tugas dan mencapai tujuan organisasi dan akademik.  Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh Self-Control terhadap Grit pada Mahasiswa Aktif Organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling dan pengumpulan  data  menggunakan  kuesioner  berupa Google  Form dengan instrumen Brief Self-Control Scale untuk mengukur Self-Control dan instrumen Grit Scale untuk mengukur Grit. Populasi penelitian ini adalam Mahasiswa Aktif Organisasi yang berkuliah di Universitas Negeri Surabaya dan dipatkan sebanyak 207 responden yang tergabung dalam Organisasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear setelah asumsi terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Grit pada mahasiswa aktif organisasi (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengatur dan mengelola diri akan meningkatkan ketekukan dan membantu dalam mempertahankan minat mereka. Tingkat Grit yang tinggi akan membantu mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan organisasi dan akademik mereka. Abstract Students who are actively involved in organizations often experience a decline in perseverance and a loss of interest due to the demanding nature of organizational responsibilities. Grit enables students to persist in completing tasks and achieving both organizational and academic goals. This study aims to examine the effect of Self-Control on Grit among students who are actively involved in organizations. A quantitative approach was employed using accidental sampling, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The Brief Self-Control Scale was used to measure Self-Control, while the Grit Scale was used to assess Grit. The population of this study consisted of students actively involved in organizations at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, with a total of 207 respondents participating in the study. Data were analyzed using linear regression after the statistical assumptions were met. The results indicate that Self-Control has a significant effect on Grit among students actively involved in organizations (p < 0.05), suggesting that students’ ability to regulate and manage themselves enhances perseverance and helps maintain consistency of interest. A high level of Grit assists students in coping with both organizational and academic challenges.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya media sosial, meningkatkan paparan remaja terhadap risiko di ruang digital, termasuk kekerasan seksual digital. Tingginya intensitas interaksi daring membuat remaja sebagai pengguna aktif berada pada posisi rentan terhadap berbagai bentuk kekerasan seksual digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami persepsi remaja terhadap kekerasan seksual digital, meliputi pemahaman, makna, bentuk-bentuk yang dikenal, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Partisipan adalah remaja pertengahan berusia 15–18 tahun yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh partisipan memandang kekerasan seksual digital sebagai tindakan yang melanggar batas pribadi dan berdampak negatif secara psikologis dan sosial. Remaja mampu mengenali berbagai bentuk kekerasan seksual digital meskipun belum memahami istilah akademik. Persepsi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial, pola asuh orang tua, edukasi atau sosialisasi, paparan tidak langsung, serta media sosial sebagai sumber informasi, yang membentuk persepsi remaja melalui proses sosial dan paparan informasi digital. Abstract The rapid development of information technology, particularly social media, has increased adolescents’ exposure to risks in the digital space, including digital sexual violence. The high intensity of online interactions places adolescents, as active social media users, in a vulnerable position to various forms of digital sexual violence. This study aims to understand adolescents’ perceptions of digital sexual violence, including their understanding, perceived meanings, recognized forms, and factors influencing these perceptions. The study employed a qualitative approach using a phenomenological method. Participants were middle adolescents aged 15–18 years who actively use social media. Data were analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The findings show that all participants perceive digital sexual violence as a violation of personal boundaries with negative psychological and social impacts. Adolescents are able to recognize various forms of digital sexual violence despite limited understanding of academic terminology. These perceptions are influenced by the social environment, parenting styles, education or socialization, indirect exposure, and social media as a source of information, indicating that adolescents’ perceptions are shaped through social processes and exposure to digital information.

Abstract

The high intensity of online interactions places adolescents, as active social media users, in a vulnerable position to various forms of digital sexual violence. This study aims to understand adolescents’ perceptions of digital sexual violence, including their understanding, perceived meanings, recognized forms, and factors influencing these perceptions. The study employed a qualitative approach using a phenomenological method. Participants were middle adolescents aged 15–18 years who actively use social media. Data were analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The findings show that all participants perceive digital sexual violence as a violation of personal boundaries with negative psychological and social impacts. Adolescents are able to recognize various forms of digital sexual violence despite limited understanding of academic terminology. These perceptions are influenced by the social environment, parenting styles, education or socialization, indirect exposure, and social media as a source of information, indicating that adolescents’ perceptions are shaped through social processes and exposure to digital information.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, keterlambatan berbicara pada anak usia dini menunjukkan prevalensi berada pada kisaran 5–8% per 100 anak. Masalah inilah yang akan memengaruhi aspek komunikasi, sosial, emosional bahkan masa depan anak jika tidak segera ditangani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika psikologis anak dengan gangguan keterlambatan berbicara dengan pendekatan teori belajar sosial Albert Bandura. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah anak perempuan berusia 3 tahun 3 bulan yang didiagnosis keterlambatan berbicara. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara (alloanamnesa), observasi perilaku, dan dokumentasi rekam medis.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa  gangguan  keterlambatan berbicara dengan pendekatan teori belajar sosial muncul akibat partisipan kurang mendapatkan model yang baik untuk komunikasi dua arah dengannya. Orang tua membiarkan partisipan bermain sendiri, minimnya komunikasi dan interaksi sosial, bahkan  hanya punya 1 teman bermain yang belum berbicara juga. Implikasi penelitian  ini menunjukkan  pentingnya  memiliki model yang baik agar partisipan dapat meniru sehingga dapat mencegah gangguan keterlambatan berbicara pada anak usia dini. Abstract In Indonesia, speech delay in early childhood shows a prevalence of around 5–8% each 100 children. This problem will affect communication, social, emotional, and even the child's future if not immediately addressed. This study aims to understand the psychological dynamics of children with speech delay disorders using Albert Bandura's social learning theory approach. The method used is a qualitative case study. The study participants were girls aged 3 years and 3 months diagnosed with speech delay. Data were obtained through interviews (alloanamnesis), behavioral observations, and medical record documentation. The results of the study indicate that speech delay disorders, using the social learning theory approach, arise due to the participants' lack of good models for two-way communication with them. Parents let the participants play alone, with minimal communication and social interaction, and even only have one playmate who has not yet spoken. The implications of this study show the importance of having good models for participants to imitate and thus prevent speech delay disorders in early childhood.
