Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of perceived transaction cost, dissatisfaction, perceived ease of use, perceived value, and inertia on users' switching intention to shift from OVO to QRIS as a payment method in Grab ride-hailing services. Grounded in the Push–Pull–Mooring (PPM) framework, the study adopts a quantitative approach by administering an online questionnaire to 200 Generation Z and young Millennial respondents aged 18–35 years in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) who had experience using OVO and were familiar with the QRIS payment feature on the Grab application. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The measurement model confirmed that all constructs achieved the required validity and reliability criteria. The structural model indicated that dissatisfaction, perceived ease of use, and perceived value had significant positive effects on switching intention, whereas perceived transaction cost and inertia were not found to have significant effects. These findings suggest that users' intention to switch to QRIS is primarily driven by dissatisfaction with the existing payment method and by the perceived convenience and value offered by QRIS. The study provides practical insights for Grab and digital payment providers in formulating strategies to accelerate the adoption of interoperable digital payment systems.

Abstract

The final project titled "Open Weave With a Exotic Dramatic Style" involves the creation of fashion pieces that embody the exotic dramatic style concept and utilize an open weave decorative technique. The project presents three categories of garments: ready-to-wear, ready-to-wear deluxe, and haute couture. These are crafted from high-quality material such as semi-wool, bridal fabric, and tulle combined with traditional batik and lurik woven fabric. The creative process involved several stages: exploration, field observation, literature review, visual design (moodboard and sketches), and final execution. Regarding visual elements and design principles, the design incorporates linear elements (horizontal for the weft and vertical for the warp). An ethnic nuance is emphasized by using lurik fabric for the warp structure of the weave and batik as the primary garment material. To maintain the strength, stability, and consistent spacing of the open weave pattern, a locking technique using hand-stitched blind hems (sum) was applied. Decorative detail specifically sequin embroidery and accessorie were added to enhance the aesthetic, creating a look that is luxurious, dramatic, and expressive. This work aims to foster pride in cultural identity, broaden perspectives within the fashion world, and inspire the younger generation to develop fashion rooted in local culture. The resulting pieces are titled "Ethereal Interlace" (ready-to-wear), "Lattice of Elegance" (ready-to-wear deluxe), and "The Woven Enchantment" (haute couture).

Abstract

The dance work "Siksa Raga" is the artist's interpretation and imagination which is translated into a new dance work about the bodily reactions of parakang victims of black magic. One of the bodily reactions to parakang black magic is convulsions. To visualize the idea in this work, the creator uses stiff, vibrating body movements, jerks in the body and imbalance in the dancer's muscles, brain and body. The methods used are data collection and field observation, movement exploration, improvisation, formation and evaluation. This work was created in three parts showing the shape of the seizure. The theme used in this work chooses the theme of body space with an abstract type. This work is danced by seven female dancers and is displayed in the Boestanul Arifin Adam Auditorium building.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a financial literacy program conducted with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Jembayan Dalam Village to enhance students' knowledge and financial decision-making skills. The focus is to understand the impact of financial literacy education on budgeting, saving, and money management in a rural context. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with students and teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of participation logs. The results show a significant improvement in students' financial literacy, particularly in budget planning and saving habits, through interactive learning. Teachers reported that students became more confident in managing finances, with the program being relevant to their daily lives. Student engagement was high, and they began applying financial concepts at home, indicating knowledge transfer to families. This study underscores the importance of financial literacy tailored to the needs of rural communities with limited access to financial resources. The findings contribute to the development of similar programs and suggest the need for further research to assess long-term impacts and the role of digital technology in program delivery.

Abstract

The Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed ​​Rail (Whoosh) project is a National Strategic Project that represents an effort to modernize Indonesia's national transportation system. This study aims to evaluate the alignment of the Whoosh development policy with the direction of national development as outlined in the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) and the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), and to identify policy dynamics and sustainability challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical research type. The data used are secondary data obtained through literature studies, including regulatory documents, development planning documents, scientific journals, official reports, and media coverage. The analysis was conducted using David Easton's Political System Model, which includes input, process (conversion), output, feedback, and policy environment stages. The results show that the Whoosh project is substantially in line with the transportation modernization and national connectivity improvement agenda in the RPJMN. However, the project's contribution to equitable development as mandated in the RPJPN is still not optimal, marked by the concentration of benefits around the station area and the existence of serious challenges in the aspects of financing and operational sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen policy governance, integrate transportation modes, and adjust financing strategies so that the Whoosh project can provide more inclusive and sustainable benefits for national development.

Abstract

Queuing theory is a quantitative approach widely used to analyze and optimize service systems. This study aims to systematically examine the application of queuing theory in various service sectors based on previous research. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining a number of relevant scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis process is carried out through the stages of identification, selection, and synthesis of literature, with a focus on the types of queuing models and their areas of application. The results of the study indicate that the Single Channel–Single Phase (M/M/1) and Multi Channel–Single Phase (M/M/s) models are the most dominant models used in the banking, healthcare, retail, transportation, and public service sectors. The application of queuing theory has been proven to reduce waiting times, increase operational efficiency, and improve service quality. This study is expected to serve as a reference for service managers and future researchers in designing more optimal service systems.

Abstract

The tempeh-making business is a small business that is crucial to the rural economy. However, this business faces various challenges, both economic and environmental. This study aims to understand how the tempeh business can continue to operate in Tersono Village, Batang Regency. This study examines the challenges faced, the strategies used, and the factors influencing the business's continued operation. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews with business owners, direct field observations, and document collection. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that the main challenges facing the tempeh business in Tersono Village are fluctuating soybean prices, which increase production costs, competition between businesses, limited labor availability, and the impact of water quality and weather on the fermentation process. To survive, businesses maintain product quality by selecting quality ingredients and adapting production methods to weather conditions. The factors most influencing the sustainability of the tempeh business are soybean prices, the skills and experience of the business owners, customer satisfaction, and environmental conditions. The sustainability of the tempeh business in Tersono Village is a socio-economic phenomenon that demonstrates the ability of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt and survive in the face of business and environmental dynamics.

Abstract

Keberagaman agama adalah ciri khas utama masyarakat Indonesia, yang membuat sikap toleran menjadi sangat penting dalam interaksi sosial sehari-hari. Pancasila, terutama sila pertama tentang Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, berperan krusial sebagai dasar moral untuk saling menghormati di antara pemeluk agama yang berbeda. Jurnal ini ingin menyelidiki bagaimana nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa dapat membantu membangun dan menguatkan toleransi beragama di Indonesia zaman sekarang. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah studi literatur dengan metode kualitatif analitis, dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel penelitian dan dokumen terkait yang terbit dalam lima tahun belakangan. Cara menganalisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk menemukan tema, konsep, dan hasil utama tentang penerapan nilai ketuhanan dalam konteks toleransi antaragama. Dari kajian ini, ternyata nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa bertindak sebagai landasan etis yang menjamin kebebasan beragama dan (Dimas Sa'dul Holqi, 2025)intoleran, klaim bahwa agama sendiri yang paling benar, dan pertikaian yang berasal dari perbedaan agama yang masih menghalangi penerapannya. Karena itu, perlu ada upaya kuat untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan praktik nilai-nilai Pancasila secara berkelanjutan sebagai strategi penting agar persatuan dan kerukunan antarpemeluk agama di Indonesia tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Spotify merupakan platform layanan streaming musik dan audio digital yang menyediakan akses ke jutaan konten audio dan dituntut untuk memiliki kualitas perangkat lunak yang tinggi guna menunjang pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas perangkat lunak Spotify melalui pendekatan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) dengan menggunakan standar internasional ISO/IEC 9126, yang mencakup enam karakteristik utama yaitu functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, dan portability. Metode pengujian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan fungsional seperti black-box testing untuk functionality, WAPT untuk reliability, System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk usability, serta GTMetrix untuk mengukur efficiency pada aspek kinerja aplikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Spotify memiliki tingkat kualitas yang tinggi pada sebagian besar karakteristik yang diuji, dengan performa yang stabil, antarmuka mudah digunakan, serta kompatibilitas yang baik pada berbagai perangkat. Meskipun demikian, sejumlah tantangan seperti kebutuhan pemeliharaan berkelanjutan dan kompleksitas sistem berskala besar masih menjadi perhatian dalam proses pengembangan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penerapan SQA berbasis ISO/IEC 9126 dinilai efektif dalam membantu evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak Spotify secara sistematis serta dapat menjadi acuan untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan digital sejenis.

Abstract

The Work from Anywhere & Anytime (WFAA) framework frequently offers a deceptive sense of autonomy for Generation Z affiliate marketers, who essentially face complex psychological constraints. This study investigates how the lack of tangible spatial and temporal boundaries facilitates self-exploitation in response to dynamic digital algorithms. Utilizing the Control Theory framework through a qualitative case study, the research reveals that absolute professional autonomy paradoxically acts as a catalyst for prolonged productivity anxiety. The findings identify two primary individual defense pillars: behavioral engineering via physical digital disconnection and cognitive restructuring to recalibrate the perception of rest urgency. This study concludes that psychological well-being literacy maintains an urgency equivalent to digital proficiency in securing the long-term professional existence of affiliate marketers. Within this paradigm, digital platforms have evolved beyond mere income-generating instruments into hybrid ecosystems: a productivity arena that functions simultaneously as a medium for emotional catharsis for its actors.
