Abstract

The creation of this fashion collection was inspired by the artist's fascination with the butterfly bow a decorative element that offers aesthetic value and enhances the garment's design character. Beyond mere ornamentation, the bow shapes the silhouette, directs visual focus, and lends a feminine, artistic quality to the attire. The work embodies an "exotic dramatic" style, projecting a look that is theatrical, bold, unique, and exotic through the manipulation of silhouettes, details, colors, and materials. Butterfly bow motifs are incorporated into the neckline, bodice, and sleeves of the garments. An exotic flair is achieved by combining Songket Pandai Sikek a traditional woven textile with tulle lace, bridal fabric, organza, and velvet. A color palette of black, maroon, and gold reinforces the "exotic dramatic" aesthetic. Additionally, sequin embellishments serve as decorative elements that further elevate the garment's artistic and aesthetic appeal. The creative process encompassed idea exploration, design planning, material selection, fabrication, and final finishing. The project resulted in three visually striking and innovative ensembles that successfully integrate traditional elements into modern fashion design.

Abstract

designers in creating clothing that has a strong aesthetic value and character. One of the fashion styles that remains in demand today is the Feminine romantic style. This style displays a soft, graceful impression, through silhouettes, decorative, and soft color choices. The work entitled "Feminine romantic style inspired by the celosia cristata flower" the creation of this clothing has the aim of designing and realizing feminine clothing inspired by the wavy celosia cristata flower. The method of creating this work uses three stages, the first is exploration, namely the process of finding ideas in creating clothing, the second is designing, namely the stage of making sketches and designs, and the third is realization, namely the process of creating works that begin with pattern making, sewing, and ending with finishing. The color selection is a derivative of the pink color of the celosia cristata flower. The materials used are yamaha silk, kawasaki silk, maxmara, tile sugar candy, organza, satin bridal, and Songket Silungkang. The sewing realization process uses ruffle techniques and sequin embroidery techniques. This work is realized in three levels of ready to wear clothing, ready to wear deluxe, and haute couture. This outfit can be worn at fashion shows. It is hoped that this work will inspire innovation in future creations

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh agile ability dan interpersonal skill terhadap efektivitas karyawan pada PT X. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada belum optimalnya efektivitas kerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil penilaian kinerja internal perusahaan serta temuan pra-riset yang menunjukkan rendahnya agile ability dan interpersonal skill karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 210 karyawan, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agile ability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas karyawan. Selain itu, interpersonal skill juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the coping strategies employed by final-year students of the Communication Studies Program at Sumbawa University of Technology in dealing with the pressures encountered during the thesis-writing process. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research participants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of final-year students who were currently completing or had completed their undergraduate thesis. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The trustworthiness of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that students experienced various forms of pressure during the thesis-writing process, including difficulties in determining a research topic, obstacles during the supervision process, time management issues, and pressure from both their surroundings and themselves. To cope with these challenges, students employed two types of coping strategies based on Lazarus and Folkman's theory (1984): Problem-Focused Coping and Emotion-Focused Coping. Problem-Focused Coping was applied by seeking practical solutions to the problems encountered, while Emotion-Focused Coping was used to regulate emotions and reduce psychological stress. The findings reveal that Emotion-Focused Coping was the most dominant strategy, as it was perceived to be more effective in helping students maintain emotional stability and reduce stress during the thesis completion process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dukungan organisasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kanwil DJP X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 230 ASN di Kanwil DJP X, dengan sampel sebanyak 144 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Relationship between Self Esteem Level and Consumptive Lifestyle of High School Teenagers in Dormitory X Hurun Inn Pondok Pesantren Darul 'Ulum Peterongan, Jombang Regency". The purpose  this study was to understand how the level of self-esteem of adolescents relates to their consumptive lifestyle. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach, involving 58 teenagers living in a dormitory. Respondents were randomly selected using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that almost half of the respondents had a high consumptive lifestyle, while a small proportion had a low and moderate consumptive lifestyle. Hypothesis testing conducted using the Spearman rho method showed a value of P = 0.04, which means there is a significant relationship between low self-esteem and a high consumptive lifestyle among adolescents. From these results, it can be concluded that it is important to conduct interventions that can improve adolescents' self-esteem, taking into account the consumptive lifestyle they lead. This study is expected to provide insights for the development of better programs for adolescents in the pesantren environment.

Abstract

Team effectiveness is widely regarded as a key determinant of organizational success, including in student organizations whose programs are largely carried out through collective teamwork. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of team building on the effectiveness of work teams among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung who are active in student organizations. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative design. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to students who had participated in team-building activities and were directly involved in organizational teamwork. The collected data were tested for validity and reliability, followed by classical assumption tests, before being analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between the two variables. The results show that team building falls into the good category (TCR 81.2%), as does work team effectiveness (TCR 80.8%). Team building was found to have a positive and significant effect on work team effectiveness (t = 9.823; sig. = 0.000), accounting for 77.5% of its variance (R Square = 0.775). These findings confirm that better implementation of team building corresponds to higher work team effectiveness, and are expected to provide practical input for student organization leaders in designing more focused team-development programs.

Abstract

Recreational trekking is a nature-based physical activity with significant potential to support the development of sport tourism. Proklamator Waterfall in Lembah Anai, Tanah Datar Regency, possesses natural characteristics that are suitable for recreational trekking; however, its management has not yet been optimized. This study aimed to analyze the development potential of recreational trekking at Proklamator Waterfall using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) framework. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. The participants consisted of one site manager, two local community members, and three visitors selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the destination's main strengths include its well-preserved natural environment, attractive trekking routes, and strong community support. The identified weaknesses are limited financial resources and inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructure. Opportunities arise from the growing interest in nature-based tourism, the expansion of digital media promotion, and community participation, while threats include extreme weather conditions, landslides, slippery trails, and falling trees. Based on the SWOT analysis, the development of recreational trekking at Proklamator Waterfall should focus on improving facilities, strengthening digital promotion, empowering local communities, and enhancing safety management to establish a sustainable sport tourism destination.

Abstract

The work entitled "Application of Marawa Colors in Contemporary Fashion" is inspired by the colors of the Marawa, a traditional cultural symbol of the Minangkabau community. The contemporary garments feature asymmetric silhouettes designed with a simple yet elegant appearance. The arrangement of the Marawa colors is visually represented through the composition of fringes made from yarn, creating a distinctive decorative element. The designs incorporate layered contemporary garments combined with Silungkang woven songket fabric. The color palette follows the traditional Marawa colors black, red, and yellow using cotton drill, premium cotton, Ima cotton, and Silungkang songket as the primary materials. The creative process began with collecting references related to the design concept, followed by concept development, field observation, and the formulation of the creative idea. This collection was developed based on the Trend Forecasting 2026/2027 theme "Fringe", which emphasizes garments featuring fringe details. The use of materials such as strands of yarn, cords, tassels, and similar decorative elements characterizes this trend. In this collection, fringe is interpreted through the application of fringes and tassel embellishments combined with dangling beads, and further enriched with sashiko embroidery and bead embroidery techniques

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi digital, beban kerja, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja 90 karyawan BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai R-square sebesar 0,972, mengindikasikan bahwa variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen sebesar 97,2%. Uji hipotesis melalui bootstrapping membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, beban kerja (sebagai stimulasi positif), dan dukungan organisasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut terbukti krusial dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan di lingkungan BPJS Kesehatan.
