Abstract

Banjir bandang yang melanda Pulau Sumatra pada akhir tahun 2025 menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat dan memicu beragam respons publik di media sosial, khususnya YouTube. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap penanganan banjir bandang di Pulau Sumatra menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data penelitian terdiri dari 3.458 komentar berbahasa Indonesia yang diekstraksi dari 25 video YouTube terkait banjir bandang Sumatra periode Januari–Maret 2024. Tahapan penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data melalui web scraping, pra-pemrosesan teks meliputi case folding, tokenisasi, stopword removal, dan stemming, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian bobot fitur menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Data yang telah diberi bobot selanjutnya diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma SVM dengan kernel linear ke dalam tiga kategori sentimen: positif, negatif, dan netral. Evaluasi kinerja model dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix yang menghasilkan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma SVM mampu mengklasifikasikan sentimen dengan akurasi 85,42%. Distribusi sentimen menunjukkan dominasi sentimen negatif (2,200 komentar), diikuti sentimen netral (1,700 komentar), dan sentimen positif (600 komentar), yang mencerminkan tingkat ketidakpuasan masyarakat terhadap kecepatan dan efektivitas penanganan bencana. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem penanggulangan bencana dan sebagai referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang analisis sentimen berbasis media sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based holding administration system at Sabana Group to address administrative problems that are still handled manually and semi-manually. The existing administrative process has the potential to cause data duplication, document loss, slow data retrieval, and low efficiency and accuracy in information management. The system development method used in this study is the prototype method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system design utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the implementation is carried out using a website-based platform with PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP as the local server. System testing is conducted using blackbox testing to ensure that system functionalities meet user requirements. The results indicate that the web-based holding administration system improves the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative processes, reduces recording errors and duplicate data, accelerates historical data retrieval, and supports integrated and real-time administrative monitoring. This system is expected to serve as a structured, accurate, and sustainable administrative management solution for Sabana Group.

Abstract

Perdagangan kopi internasional menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, sehingga daya saing ekspor menjadi faktor penting bagi negara pengekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan daya saing ekspor kopi Indonesia, Brasil, dan Belanda di pasar internasional. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), dan Export Product Dynamics (EPD) dengan data sekunder periode 2020–2024 yang bersumber dari UN Comtrade dan International Trade Centre. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia dan Brasil memiliki keunggulan komparatif dalam ekspor kopi yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai RCA dan RSCA yang lebih besar dari satu dan bernilai positif, meskipun tingkat keunggulan Brasil masih lebih tinggi. Sementara itu, Belanda berperan sebagai negara perdagangan dan distribusi kopi yang strategis meskipun bukan negara produsen. Analisis EPD menunjukkan bahwa ekspor kopi Indonesia dan Brasil berada pada posisi rising star, yang mencerminkan pertumbuhan pangsa pasar ekspor dan daya tarik pasar yang positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kopi Indonesia memiliki prospek pengembangan yang baik di pasar global, namun masih memerlukan penguatan kualitas produk, efisiensi produksi, dan strategi perdagangan untuk meningkatkan daya saing secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The teacher’s code of ethics serves as a moral and professional guideline that directs teachers’ attitudes and behavior in carrying out their educational duties. The implementation of the teacher’s code of ethics in elementary schools plays a crucial role, as teachers act as primary role models in shaping students’ character from an early age. This study aims to examine the implementation of the teacher’s code of ethics in schools and the development of sustainable professional ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data sources were obtained from relevant books and scientific journal articles related to the teacher’s code of ethics and professional ethics. Data were collected through literature searching, selecting, and recording key information, and analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of the teacher’s code of ethics in elementary schools contributes to improving teacher professionalism, creating a safe and conducive learning environment, and fostering positive student character development. Continuous development of teachers’ professional ethics is essential through training, self-reflection, teacher working groups, supervision, and strengthening a culture of role modeling to ensure ethical values are consistently internalized in educational practice.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times, marked by technological advances, social changes, and global demands, presents specific challenges for the profession of elementary school teachers. Teachers are not only required to master pedagogical and professional competencies, but also to uphold professional ethics in carrying out their duties as educators. This article aims to examine in depth the ethics and profession of elementary school teachers in the context of contemporary developments through a literature review of relevant books and scientific journals. The method employed is a literature study by analyzing nine sources that discuss the teaching profession, teachers’ codes of ethics, personal ethics, and the challenges faced by teachers in the modern era. The results of the review indicate that professional ethics serve as a fundamental foundation in shaping teachers’ professional attitudes, maintaining the dignity of the teaching profession, and building healthy relationships between teachers, students, and the community. Amid ongoing developments, elementary school teachers are required to adapt to change without abandoning the ethical values established in the teachers’ code of ethics. Therefore, strengthening ethics and professionalism among elementary school teachers is an essential requirement in addressing the challenges of education in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers’ ethical attitudes in shaping discipline and character among elementary school students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies involving teachers, students, principals, and parents. The findings reveal that teachers’ ethical behavior significantly influences students’ discipline through moral modeling, empathetic relationships, and fair classroom management. Teachers serve as moral figures whose integrity, responsibility, and fairness are reflected in every classroom decision and interaction. Integrating ethical values into the learning process fosters a positive classroom climate built on respect and cooperation, encouraging self-discipline and moral awareness among students. Thus, teachers’ ethical conduct not only reinforces formal discipline but also nurtures students’ character development grounded in integrity and empathy.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the ethical dilemmas faced by teachers in educational decision-making and the factors that influence them. As moral role models, teachers are often confronted with complex situations where fundamental values conflict, such as justice versus mercy or individual versus community interests. The method used in this research is a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative analysis of various written sources, including books, journals, and official documents related to teacher professional ethics. The results indicate that ethical decision-making is influenced by internal factors (physical condition, emotional state, personality, and experience) as well as external factors (position, situation, and the influence of the school environment). This study also highlights the significant impact of stress on the quality of a teacher's decisions, which can hinder cognitive abilities, creativity, and job satisfaction. As a solution, the article outlines nine steps for ethical decision-making, ranging from identifying conflicting values to final reflection. The conclusion emphasizes that developing teacher competence in handling ethical dilemmas and providing institutional support for stress management are crucial for creating an educational environment with integrity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers moral values in the teaching profession, particularly in their roles as educators, mentors, role models, and motivators for elementary school students. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining various scholarly sources from journals, books, and previous studies. The findings indicate that moral values are essential in shaping both teachers and students character. Teachers play a central role in instilling moral values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, discipline, and fairness through exemplary behavior and consistent practices in the learning process. Professional ethics including integrity, justice, professionalism, and accountability help create a dignified educational environment. Thus, teachers moral values not only influence students character development but also enhance the integrity and dignity of the teaching profession in the modern era.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of sound repetition in Indonesian TikTok speech through a phonological–pragmatic framework. In contrast to morphological reduplication and syntactic repetition, the repetition observed in TikTok oral discourse operates primarily at the level of sound and prosody, serving as a strategy to emphasize meaning and intensify emotional expression. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this research analyzes spoken data drawn from Indonesian TikTok videos featuring spontaneous verbal interaction. Selected utterances were transcribed and examined by identifying recurring sound sequences and interpreting their pragmatic functions within specific discourse contexts. The findings indicate that sound repetition predominantly occurs in vowel-based and consonant-based patterns, accompanied by rhythmic timing, accelerated tempo, and consistent pitch contours. Pragmatically, these repetitions function to amplify emotional stance, foreground salient discourse moments, and enhance humorous effects. This study contributes to phonological and pragmatic scholarship by highlighting the significance of sound-based emphasis strategies in digital spoken communication.

Abstract

Kecemasan ujian dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif pada peserta ujian seleksi nasional berdasarkan tes (SNBT), sehingga diperlukan regulasi emosi untuk mengurangi kecemasan yang muncul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap kecemasan ujian pada peserta ujian SNBT. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 128 responden, yaitu peserta ujian yang baru pertama kali mengikuti ujian SNBT. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala ExamSS dari Sung dan Chao untuk mengukur kecemasan ujian dan skala ERQ yang telah dikonversi kedalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Radde dkk untuk mengukur regulasi emosi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,021 (p ≥ 0,05) dan nilai R square sebesar 0,042, artinya terdapat pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap kecemasan ujian pada peserta ujian seleksi nasional berdasarkan tes (SNBT). Regulasi emosi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 4,2% terhadap kecemasan ujian.
