Abstract

Praktik pinjam-meminjam merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat, baik dalam skala kecil maupun besar. Namun, dalam Islam, praktik ini sering dikaitkan dengan persoalan riba tambahan atau bunga atas pinjaman yang dianggap merugikan dan dilarang. Di Indonesia, praktik riba masih marak terjadi, termasuk melalui pinjaman online yang pada April 2023 mencapai lebih dari Rp 51 triliun. Meski mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam, banyak yang tetap melakukan praktik ini karena rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, kondisi ekonomi yang mendesak, serta kurangnya pemahaman mengenai riba. Riba tidak hanya terbatas pada bunga pinjaman bank, tetapi juga bentuk lain seperti riba fadhl dan riba nasi’ah yang melibatkan tambahan dalam jual beli atau penundaan pembayaran. Studi menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pelaku usaha mikro terhadap keuangan syariah masih tergolong dasar, sehingga belum mampu sepenuhnya menghindari riba. Untuk itu, penting dikembangkan sistem keuangan syariah yang lebih inklusif dan adil melalui akad-akad seperti mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif praktik riba dalam pinjam-meminjam serta solusinya menurut syariat Islam. Tujuannya agar masyarakat memahami dan menerapkan prinsip ekonomi Islam yang adil dan bebas dari unsur riba.

Abstract

Puasa adalah salah satu praktik utama dalam agama Islam yang memiliki posisi penting. Tidak hanya sebagai ritual yang harus dilaksanakan, namun juga sebagai cara untuk pengembangan spiritual, moral, dan kesehatan seseorang. Sayangnya, dalam pelaksanaannya sering kali dilihat hanya sebagai tindakan menahan lapar dan haus, tanpa pemahaman tentang makna dan tujuan yang lebih dalam. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep dan tujuan puasa dalam Islam berdasarkan Al-Qur'an, Hadis, serta interpretasi dari para ulama, seraya menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan dan manfaat kesehatan yang terdapat di dalamnya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan, yakni dengan mempelajari sumber-sumber utama seperti Al-Qur'an dan Hadis, serta sumber pendukung berupa kitab tafsir, karya ilmiah, dan buku dari para ulama yang berkaitan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran berperan besar dalam pembentukan karakter dan pengendalian diri. Hal ini diwujudkan dalam nilai-nilai seperti kesabaran, kejujuran, disiplin, dan rasa kepedulian terhadap sesama. Selain itu, puasa juga membawa keuntungan untuk kesehatan tubuh, misalnya dalam mengatur metabolisme, meningkatkan fungsi pencernaan, dan mendukung keseimbangan baik fisik maupun mental. Di era modern ini, yang dibarengi dengan gaya hidup yang berlebihan, tekanan mental, dan krisis etika, nilai-nilai ibadah puasa tetap penting dan bisa diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, puasa seharusnya dipahami dan dijalankan secara menyeluruh agar dapat memberikan efek positif yang berkelanjutan bagi individu serta masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in financial behavior between scholarship recipient students and non-scholarship recipient students in the Management Study Program at Teuku Umar University. This research employed a quantitative approach with a comparative design. The population consisted of 509 students from the 2021 to 2024 cohorts, while the sample comprised 84 respondents, consisting of 42 scholarship recipients and 42 non-scholarship recipients. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney Test. The results indicate a significant difference in financial behavior between scholarship recipients and non-scholarship recipients, with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.004 < 0.05. These findings suggest that scholarship status influences students’ financial behavior. Specifically, scholarship recipients tend to be more organized and disciplined in managing their finances compared to non-scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengalaman Mahasiswa Dalam Menyusun Gaya Berpakaian Sehari Hari  Di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Interaksionisme Simbolik dan Pendekatan Fenomenologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya berpakaian mahasiswa di Kota Bandung bukan sekadar persoalan estetika, melainkan fenomena sosial yang sarat makna. Mahasiswa menyusun gaya berpakaian melalui proses reflektif yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi sosial, media sosial, nilai budaya, serta lingkungan kampus. Gaya berpakaian menjadi medium penting dalam pembentukan identitas diri dan cara mahasiswa memposisikan diri dalam ruang sosial akademik.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has shifted the paradigm of media consumption from conventional platforms to dynamic audiovisual-based digital media. This study aims to analyze and describe in depth the production process of creative promotional video content for the Osari Podcast within the University of Bina Darma environment. The methodology employed is descriptive qualitative with an Action Research approach through an Independent Project practice. Data were collected through participatory observation, field documentation, and practical implementation during the production stages. The results indicate that the effectiveness of promotional content significantly depends on the harmonious integration between a structured pre-production stage, technical mastery during the production stage, and editing innovation in the post-production stage. The application of visual elements such as motion graphics, precise cinematography techniques, and "hook-based" storytelling proved effective in significantly increasing brand awareness and audience engagement for the Osari Podcast on social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram. This study concludes that a well-executed creative video production serves as a crucial visual communication tool for institutional branding in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) methods to improve pilling machine performance at PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo. Through this systematic approach, the long and cross cutter components were identified as having the highest priority, with a value of 243, a failure frequency of 24 times, and a total downtime of 580 minutes. These components are categorized as having power outages, are critical, and represent the primary failure mode, thus requiring special attention in their maintenance strategy. Based on the analysis, a preventive maintenance strategy was established for the high-priority components, while other components were subject to condition-based maintenance. The application of this method has proven to produce a more optimal and efficient maintenance strategy, while supporting the overall resolution and performance of the pilling machine.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Quality, Delivery Duration, Perceived Shipment Fee, and Reviews and Ratings on the Intention to Purchase Fashion Products on TikTok Shop among Management students at Teuku Umar University. The research is motivated by the growing phenomenon of TikTok Shop as a social commerce platform that integrates entertainment with shopping activities. A quantitative research method with a survey approach was employed. The population consisted of all active Management students at Teuku Umar University, totaling 628 students. A sample of 86 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests to examine the research hypotheses, utilizing the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The partial t-test results indicated that the variables Perceived Quality (X1) and Reviews and Ratings (X4) had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, with significance values of 0.025 and 0.000, respectively. This suggests that good product quality perception and positive consumer reviews and ratings can enhance the intention to purchase fashion products on TikTok Shop. Meanwhile, the variables Delivery Duration (X2) and Perceived Shipment Fee (X3) did not show a significant effect. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test results revealed that all four independent variables collectively had a significant effect on Purchase Intention, with an F-value of 21.291. The Adjusted R² value of 0.488 indicates that 48.8% of the variation in Purchase Intention can be explained by the four independent variables, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The study concludes that Perceived Quality and Reviews and Ratings are the dominant factors shaping students’ purchase intentions toward fashion products on TikTok Shop. Therefore, sellers are advised to maintain product quality and encourage customers to provide positive reviews and ratings to enhance trust and purchase intention on the platform. Additionally, attention should be given to Delivery Duration and Perceived Shipment Fee to improve the overall shopping experience for consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teamwork, team engagement, and job distress on employee productivity in the automotive industry in West Aceh, as well as examine the mediating role of job distress. The research employed a quantitative explanatory approach, involving 70 automotive sales respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on productivity, with a T-statistic value of 22.847 and a P-value of 0.000, indicating that teamwork is the most dominant factor in enhancing productivity. In contrast, team engagement does not significantly affect productivity, as reflected by a T-statistic of 1.862 and a P-value of 0.066. Regarding job distress, both teamwork (T-statistic 3.058, P-value 0.003) and team engagement (T-statistic 6.704, P-value 0.000) were found to have a positive and significant effect, meaning that higher teamwork dynamics and team involvement tend to increase psychological pressure among employees. Furthermore, job distress has a negative and significant effect on productivity, with a T-statistic of 1.997 and a P-value of 0.049, indicating that higher distress leads to lower productivity. The mediation analysis reveals that job distress does not mediate the relationship between teamwork and productivity (T-statistic 1.394, P-value 0.166), but significantly mediates the relationship between team engagement and productivity (T-statistic 2.003, P-value 0.048). Overall, the findings highlight the importance of strengthening teamwork to boost productivity, while also emphasizing the need to manage job distress to prevent psychological pressure from hindering employee performance in the automotive sales sector of West Aceh.

Abstract

Work-related stress among teachers has become a critical issue in the educational sector due to its direct impact on health, productivity, and the overall quality of the learning process. This study aims to analyze the stress levels of elementary school teachers in a plus-based SD school in Jombang and to identify their implications for health and work productivity using nursing theoretical perspectives. A quantitative descriptive design was employed, involving 76 teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 10 items assessing stress symptoms and contributing factors. The findings revealed that 26 teachers (34.21%) experienced mild stress, 42 teachers (55.26%) experienced moderate stress, and 8 teachers (10.53%) experienced severe stress. The predominance of moderate stress indicates considerable work pressure associated with teaching demands, administrative workload, and additional responsibilities within the school. Based on nursing theories, particularly Roy’s Adaptation Model and Lazarus and Folkman’s Transactional Model, moderate to severe stress contributes to physiological and psychological maladaptation, including sleep disturbances, fatigue, reduced motivation, and early signs of burnout. Stress also significantly decreases teacher productivity, as seen in diminished teaching effectiveness, increased administrative errors, and reduced creativity. These findings highlight the urgent need for stress management strategies within schools to promote teacher health and enhance professional performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significant effect of the application of word puzzle media on the beginning reading ability of students in class I of MIN 12 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach to the experimental method with a Quasi-Experimental type. The quantitative research method using experiments has the aim of examining the effect of a particular treatment on the symptoms of a particular group compared to other groups.The design used in this study is the experimental and control class groups. The population and sample in this study are class IA students as the experimental class totaling 28 students using word puzzle media and class IB as the control class totaling 28 students using conventional learning media. The research instruments are tests and non-tests. In the pre-test in the experimental class, the mean (average value) was 58.39 while the post-test got a mean (average value) of 77.96 which was given learning treatment using puzzle media. Then in the control class, the pre-test mean (average value) was 52.61 and the post-test mean (average value) was 70.29 using conventional learning media.In the research data, it was analyzed using normality tests and homogeneity tests to determine whether the sample data was normally and homogeneously distri buted, then a hypothesis test (t-test) was conducted to determine the influence of word puzzle media on the initial reading abilities of students in grade I using the SPSS version 26 application. The hypothesis test conducted on the experimental and control classes yielded a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.037 ≤ 0.05, thus rejecting Ho and accepting Ha. It can be concluded that the use of word puzzle media is more effective in teaching students to read and has an influence.
