Abstract

Abtract Grammar plays a very important role in Arabic. It will help learners understand Arabic well and make others understand what we say. One of the Arab rules is Al-Ibdal. Many learners find it difficult to recognize the changing words because they do not know the origin of the changing letters. It is not only found in the Quran but also in Balaghah, Sharaf and other Arabic sciences. This research discusses Al-Ibdal, its language and terminology definitions, its letters, its benefits, its rules, and its divisions. This research is a Library Research, and data sources were derived from different books and journals. Then an understanding and analysis of these sources were carried out. The result is that Al-Ibdal is to create a character in place of a character while retaining the rest of the word characters. It has nine characters. One of the benefits of Al-Ibdal is that it avoids the wrong literature in understanding literary texts. It has many rules in general divided into ibdal sharfi or ibdal mutharrad and ibdal lughawi or ibdal ghairu mutharrad. Keywords : Ibdal, Arabic, Sharaf, Isytiqaq

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the research is to analyse the poem Fī ‘Ainaiki ‘Unwānī by Fārūq Juwaidah using structural-semiotic analysis study. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive method with content analysis approach. The result of this research shows that the meaning in this poem is still spread and implied at the heuristic level. However, this poem indicates an idea of the feeling expressed from the two sides of woman and man lovers at the hermeneutic level. On one side, a woman feels concerned about his affection and doubts it. On another side, a man is promising an eternal love for her to answer her worries. Furthermore, structural analysis shows that this poem contains a lot of tasybīh that strengthens the lines with the theme of affection written by Fārūq Juwaidah in this poem. Keywords: Fārūq Juwaidah, Fī ‘Ainaiki ‘Unwānī, Structural-Semiotics.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal Habib Hasan Baharun's experiments in developing speaking skills from the perspective of linguistic theory and educational psychology. This study uses qualitative approach with historical methods. The data of this study were obtained from interviews, observation and documentation, and were validated using data triangulation techniques. This research resulted in the findings of his experiments in developing speaking skills from the perspective of linguistic theory and educational psychology. In educational psychology theory, two theoretical schools, behaviorism theory and cognitive theory, are in accordance with his experiments. The theories of behaviorism are connectionism theory, classical conditioning theory, and the law of contiguity while the cognitive theories are generative theory, which is every human being has the ability to learn language which was originally obtained from birth. Thus in the language environment he gives full freedom to his students to carry out language activities. In linguistic theory, two streams of theory, structural theory and transformative generative theory, are in accordance with his experiments. The structural theories state "The origin of language is speech, and Language skills are acquired from habits supported by practice and reinforcement." while the transformational generative theories state "language skills are a process of creativity". Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the difference between Fusha and Amiyah languages in Omar Benhidi's syiir Zajal by using contrastive analysis on two aspects of language, namely phonological and morphological aspects. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The primary sources of data used in the study are three poetries of Omar Benhidi's on his YouTube channel entitled as-Shahaab, as-Siiruur and Baaridul Kattaf. The data collection techniques were listening technique, proficient involvement, and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique adopted the Miles & Huberman model which consists of reduction, display, and conclusion. The results of this research are: 1) From the morphonological aspect, the word comparison from Darijah Maghribiyah to Fusha include the differences in 21 words. Those are in the form of combining Dhamir Mutakallim Wahdah with Dhomir Mutakallim Ma’al Ghair, then summarizing Shigat Isim Maushul, Naht, replacing Dhamir Ha with Wawu letter, adding of Kaf letters at the beginning of Fi'il Mudhari', and Isim Mudzakkar which applies on Muannats. 2) From the phonological aspect, the results cover the differences in 30 words; namely in the form of a sound change, shortened sound, and the Ibdal. Abstract

Abstract This paper displays some modern linguistic approaches in teaching balaghah. Not only outlines the basic assumptions that underlie the use of these approaches in the study of balaghah, but also direct examples taken from the verses of the Qur’an. This study is considered very important to learn because will be discussed in this paper it can help Balaghah teachers in providing Balaghah materials with appropriate approaches. The approaches will help learners, so that learners gain a proper understanding of Balaghah theory and its application. This paper is the result of a literature review sourced from various national and international scientific books and articles. Data analysis is done by sorting the information and data found, classifying the data, finding relationships and examples directly from the Qur'an, verifying and concluding and analyzing. The results revealed several approaches in the teaching of Balaghah, namely the syntactic approach (Balaghah as a continuation of Nahwu), semantics (Dilalah as the main component in Balaghah), stylistics (Balaghah as Arabic stylistics), pragmatics (pay attention to communication between speaker and speaker), and semiotics. (digging the meaning of a sign through aspects of communication). Keywords: Balaghah, Teaching, Al-Quran, Language, Arabic

Abstract

Abstract This paper explores the steps for learning Arabic reading skills based on e-Learning using SIKULI and the advantages and disadvantages of e-Learning. The approach is a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. The results showed that there were three steps taken by lecturers in implementing e-Learning-based Arabic reading skills using SIKULI, namely: (1) pre-learning, (2) implementation of learning, and (3) evaluation of learning. Researchers also found several advantages of implementing e-Learning-based Arabic reading skills using SIKULI, namely: (1) assisting the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) through monitoring and evaluation, (2) practical and flexible, (3) providing supporting features and menus. However, besides having various advantages, as an e-Learning that has just been built and used, SIKULI is also not free from multiple shortcomings, namely: (1) frequently interrupted system, (2) no notifications, (3) poor internet network. Nevertheless, The results of this sytudy are hoped to provide insight and alternative solutions for lecturers in carrying out online learning of Arabic reading skills during the Covid-19 pandemic.
