Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program at Naikoten State Elementary School using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This program is designed to create a safe, comfortable, enjoyable learning environment, and ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. The research uses an evaluative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawn, and recommendation preparation, while data validity is obtained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that in the context aspect, there is a match between the background, objectives, objectives, and curriculum so that the program is considered feasible to be implemented. In terms of input, schools have had most of the supporting resources, including adequate infrastructure and trained educators. In terms of the process, the implementation of the program is effective through anti-violence policies, the formation of an implementation team, and the active involvement of all school residents. In terms of outcomes, most of the program's objectives were achieved, especially in creating a conducive learning environment, strengthening school-parent collaboration, and shaping the character of students. However, aspects of a healthy school environment still need attention. Overall, this program has a positive impact and is recommended to be continued.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital financial technology in Indonesia has been significantly shaped by the introduction of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a unified platform for electronic transactions. While conventional QRIS has gained widespread adoption due to its efficiency, interoperability, and institutional support, the emergence of QRIS Syariah introduces a new dimension by aligning digital payments with Islamic principles. This study employs a normative legal research method, relying on secondary sources from journals, books, and official reports, to provide a qualitative and comparative analysis of QRIS Syariah and conventional QRIS usage in Indonesia. The findings reveal that both systems share common adoption drivers, including perceived usefulness, trust, and social influence. However, QRIS Syariah adoption is uniquely characterized by religiosity and moral trust, which serve as decisive factors for consumers seeking Sharia-compliant financial practices. Conventional QRIS adoption demonstrates the importance of technological readiness, security, and behavioral incentives, while QRIS Syariah adoption highlights the need for religious legitimacy and targeted educational campaigns. The comparative analysis underscores that promoting financial inclusion in Indonesia requires a dual strategy, integrating both technological innovation and cultural-religious sensitivity. This study contributes to the discourse on digital finance by showing how religious values and ethical considerations influence consumer acceptance, offering insights for policymakers and financial institutions in designing inclusive digital ecosystems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product assortment, in-store display, price perception partially and simultaneously on consumer impulsive purchases. The sample in this study was 70 Iwaka Supermarket consumers. Data analysis techniques used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, F Test and t Test. From the results of the study, it was found that product assortment had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases, in-store display had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases and price perception had a positive and significant effect on consumer impulsive purchases. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that Iwaka Supermarket should increase the variety of product sizes, so that later products with various size variations are available, rearrange shelves that have not looked attractive and provide discounts in large purchases on some products that have higher prices than competitors and build a comfortable store atmosphere, so that later it can create a feeling of pleasure when consumers shop.

Abstract

Grab is a technology-based company that provides online transportation services through a pick-up and drop-off system, serving as a solution to the limitations of conventional motorcycle taxis that are bound by station locations and working hours. Based on a survey conducted by the Institute for Development of Economic and Finance (INDEF), 82.6% of Indonesians use Grab as their preferred online transportation service, compared to Gojek, which is only 57.3%. This study aims to determine the effect of on-bid activity, work experience, capital, and feature activation on the income of Grab two-wheeler drivers in Denpasar City, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS application. The results show that simultaneously, the variables on-bid activity, work experience, capital, and feature activation have a significant effect on the income of Grab two-wheeler drivers in Denpasar City. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant effect on driver income. This means that higher on-bid activity, longer work experience, greater capital, and optimal use of application features contribute to higher income for Grab drivers. Users of Grab services are expected to provide objective appreciation to drivers by giving ratings according to the quality of service received.

Abstract

This research will explore some of the best solutions to global warming through the perspective of electric vehicles. The methodology will be a mix of survey methods, case studies comparing Indonesia and Singapore, and interviews with experts to understand public perception, analyze real examples, and garner expert views. The findings indicate significant barriers towards the adoption of EVs in Indonesia due to inadequate charging infrastructure, high costs, and range anxiety; Singapore, through urban challenges coupled with government policies, has a high rate of adoption. It is clear that technological advancements in EVs themselves, charging infrastructure, and policy frameworks will have to be in place for greater adoptions to be encouraged. Key recommendations include cultivating natural demand through consumer awareness campaigns, government incentives, and integration of renewable energy sources into charging infrastructure. Though there are limitations to this study, the findings provide valuable additions to the ongoing discourse on sustainable transportation and climate change mitigation in developing countries.

Abstract

As a key driver of national economic performance, the food and beverage sector continues to face various challenges in ensuring sustainability, particularly in relation to environmental and social responsibilities. This study seeks to examine the influence of liquidity and capital structure on financial performance, with green accounting disclosure serving as a mediating variable, among food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS). The sample consists of 10 corporations selected through purposive sampling, utilizing secondary data obtained from sustainability reports and annual financial statements. Empirical evidence indicates that liquidity does not significantly affect financial performance, whereas capital structure and green accounting disclosure exert significant effects on financial performance. Additionally, liquidity significantly influences green accounting disclosure, while capital structure does not. The findings further reveal that green accounting disclosure effectively mediates the relationship between liquidity and financial performance but fails to mediate the relationship between capital structure and financial performance. Overall, this study underscores the importance of sound funding structure management and environmental transparency in enhancing financial performance and supporting sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Trade openness is one of the key indicators reflecting a country’s integration into the global economy. During the period 1995 – 2023, the level of the trade openness in six ASEAN countries (Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Philippines) showed varying patterns. In addition, external factors such as inflows of foreign direct investment (FDI), government expenditure, and inflation are expected to influence trade openness in these countries. This study aims to analyze the effect of influence foreign direct investment, government expenditure, and inflation on trade openness in 6 Countries ASEAN. The variables used in this study include trade openness as the dependent variable, and foreign direct investment, government expenditure, and inflation as the independent variables. The analytical method applied is panel data regression with a quantitative approach, using secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The results show that simultaneously foreign direct investment, government expenditure, and inflation have a significant effect on trade openness. Partially, foreign direct investment and government expenditure have a positive and significant effect, while inflation has a negative and significant effect. The conclusions of this study is that trade openness in 6 Countries ASEAN is strongly influenced by foreign capital inflows and the effectiveness of government expenditure, but it is vulnerable to decline when price instability occurs.

Abstract

Digital video marketing has proven to be one of the most effective approaches, as it combines visual, narrative, and emotional elements into a single medium. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital video marketing components in influencing the virality level and destination image of Bali’s tourism sector. The theoretical foundation applied in this research includes the Integrated Marketing Communication Theory and the Destination Image Theory. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using non-participatory observation of three Bali promotional videos published through social media accounts such as UNILAD Adventure, Bali Go Live, and Wonderful Indonesia. Data were analyzed through an interactive analysis model consisting of reduction, display, and verification stages, complemented by content analysis on video elements. The results show that all video components function effectively in enhancing audience attention and engagement, strengthening emotional resonance, and shaping Bali’s image as an exotic, spiritual, and culturally rich destination. The elements of content, cinematic technique, and traditional audio were found to have a dominant influence in generating engagement and expanding digital reach organically. This study recommends strategic collaboration between government bodies, creative industry players, and digital creators to produce consistent, authentic, and sustainable video content for Bali’s tourism promotion.

Abstract

In an era marked by heightened environmental awareness, consumers increasingly prefer products that offer sustainable value. As a brand recognized for its environmentally conscious practices, The body shop needs to understand the role of green brand perception in shaping customer loyalty. Beyond the importance of product quality and marketing strategy, green brand is presumed to mediate the influence of these factors on consumer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effects of product quality and marketing strategy on customer loyalty toward The body shop in Denpasar, with green brand serving as a mediating variable. Using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, this quantitative research collected data through questionnaires distributed to 150 customers of The body shop in Denpasar. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, whereas the direct effect of marketing strategy is not significant. Green brand, however, shows a significant influence on loyalty. Mediation testing further indicates that green brand strengthens the effects of both product quality and marketing strategy on consumer loyalty. These results highlight the central role of green brand as a key mediator in the formation of loyalty toward The body shop in Denpasar. Consequently, the company is encouraged to continue emphasizing environmentally responsible values within its brand image to enhance and sustain customer loyalty.
