Abstract

This School Action Research aims to see the effectiveness of the academic supervision of the T2SM method in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Depok in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was conducted in odd semesters with 36 teachers as the object of research. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to carry out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities and professions according to their characteristics, among others; understand the task, collaborate effectively with students, parents of students, fellow teachers, and the community, able to develop themselves for the sake of improving services to students; able to direct, motivate and grow student behavior; and maintain the position code of ethics. The purpose of academic supervision is to help teachers develop skills, develop curricula, develop teacher working groups, and guide classroom action research to achieve the learning goals set for their students. The result of this research is that there is an increase in the number of teachers and the percentage of academic competence. It can be seen that 94.46% have completed learning administration, carried out classroom learning activities in accordance with the learning implementation plan, and have carried out an assessment in accordance with the assessment guidelines both on the assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills and have carried out item analysis. The use of the T2SM method has proven to be effective in improving the professional competence of teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent to which punishment and rewards have an effect on student discipline in the era of online learning. Discipline is an effort to help students develop self-control independently. Discipline will make life orderly, can even regulate behavior and become the basic capital of morality. It is training and guiding a child consistently, and telling him exactly how far he can go. Furthermore, it is explained that discipline means a willingness to obey the rules and stay away from prohibitions. Discipline is something that deals with one's self-control over forms of rules. The application of discipline cannot be separated from the rules as a limit of behavior. Discipline is seen as a process of practice or learning that is concerned with development and growth. What is learned will lead to a way of life so that it can benefit itself and for society This is the moral basis in community life. This research was conducted using quantitative approaches with descriptive methods of correlation. The population distribution in this study was student of Christian education in Tarutung, North Tapanuli, represented by 40 (forty) respondents as sample (N=40). The sampling technique used was random sampling, where all respondents had the same level of probability to fill the questionnaire. Simple regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between the punishment-reward and discipline. The result appears that the correlation that occurs between the two variables is 0.714. Further, it appears that the effect of giving punishment and reward on student’s discipline is 50.9%, while the other 49.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Artikel ini memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di sekolah menengah atas melalui taman baca di SMAN 7 Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeksripsi pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam melaksanakan program tersebut. Peneliti mengambil SMAN 7 Banjarmasin sekolah untuk obyek penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui interview dan pengisian angket. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif, dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 7 Banjarmasin. Sekolah yang diteliti menerapkan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dengan cara yang bervariasi, yaitu dengan kegiatan membaca buku 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, dilaksanakan di ruang kelas yang ada taman baca, kemudian menyisipkan kegiatan membaca ke dalam mata pelajaran, membaca dan menulis hasil yang dibaca ke dalam jurnal. Adapun masalah umum yang dihadapi para guru dalam melaksanakan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) adalah feedback dan evaluasi yang diberikan guru kepada para siswa. Guru sering menugasi siswa untuk membaca buku, terus memonitor tugas membaca yang diberikan. Dari disimpulkan bahwa sampai saat ini, evaluasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) belum dilaksanakan sudah maksimal. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan evaluasi program ini perlu dilaksanakan secara lebih intensif dan terus berkembang dengan perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe how poverty and prosperity were in the time of Old Test. Poverty and prosperity became very important because they had a wide interrelationship in the life of the Israelites. In the Bible we find that the factors both generating wealth and poverty are the same as those seen in general. In his poverty, people are still taught to make offerings and share blessings with others and also to pay attention to the life of the priest. Prosperity theology or prosperity theology (English: prosperity theology or prosperity gospel), sometimes also called successful theology, is a Christian theology that teaches that prosperity and success (rich, successful, and perfectly healthy) are external signs from God for his loved ones. Furthermore, at the end of this paper it will be concluded that Poverty and Prosperity that the standard of poverty and prosperity is not material from God.

Abstract

The effect of auditory learning model, intellectual and repetition (AIR) on mathematical problem solving ability in class X SMA Al-Falah HMM Timika. This study aims to determine the effect of the auditory, intellectual and repetition (AIR) learning model on the mathematical problem solving ability of the tenth graders of SMA Al-Falah HMM Timika. This research is a quasi-experimental research using the randomized posttest – only control design. The inferential analysis test used the chi square test for the normality test and the F test for the homogeneity test. With = 0.05, the sample is obtained from a population that is normally distributed and homogeneous. Based on the results of hypothesis testing from the independent sample t-Text analysis (t-test), the results of the t-test in the experimental class and control class that tcount > ttable are 4.1737 > 1.99897, meaning that the average mathematical problem solving ability of the experimental class students is taught using the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model, is better than the average mathematical problem solving ability of control class students who are taught using the direct learning model, thus, the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model affects the solving ability student math problems.

Abstract

Abstract The film entitled “KTP” is a short film that has a unique and interesting story. The story in this film sparks conversation and discussion because it highlights bureaucratic problems and the relationship between the community and state officials. The phenomenon of culture and social relations in real everyday life is the background of the film that makes us feel part of the story. Socio-cultural dynamics are reflected in the storyline. Mbah Karsono and Darno are the main characters and get attention. This article aims to analyze the short film “KTP” from the point of view of the psychology of interpersonal relationships. Judging from several theories of interpersonal relations Many social interactions occur in this film, resulting in various dynamics of interpersonal relationships. The conflict shown in this film creates a feeling of dilemma. But managed to resolve at the end of the story. Keywords: film analysis, interpersonal relations, psychological perspective

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020 terdapat 13.084 orang Indonesia yang belajar di Taiwan. Jumlah mahasiswi muslim Indonesia di Taiwan cukup banyak, namun sampai saat ini baru sedikit penelitian yang membahas secara spesifik tentang mereka. Wanita muslimah memiliki banyak aturan yang mengatur perilaku mereka dalam hal norma gender dan aktivitas keagamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menjelaskan tentang tantangan penyesuaian lintas budaya yang dihadapi dan strategi koping yang digunakan mahasiswa terkait norma gender dan pengalaman hidup beragama di Taiwan. Karakteristik partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah warga negara Indonesia, perempuan, lajang, muslim, mahasiswa pascasarjana di Taiwan dan minimal semester dua. Pengumpulan data adalah wawancara semi terstruktur melalui tatap muka dan online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua partisipan mengalami Culture shock di awal kehidupan di Taiwan (mencari makanan halal dan berinteraksi dengan lawan jenis). Mereka juga mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan aktivitas keagamaan di tempat umum. Meskipun dosen dan mahasiswa setempat memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi dan banyak bertanya tentang masalah hijab, kegiatan keagamaan, masalah makanan halal, interaksi lawan jenis dan nilai-nilai Islam lainnya, mereka memberikan dukungan yang baik untuk membantu peserta dalam proses penyesuaian. Para partisipan mencoba menikmati semua tantangan dan menggunakan kesempatan ini untuk memperkenalkan Islam kepada masyarakat Taiwan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of numeracy skills of 1-10 students at RA Al-Furqon. This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation and results of using the singing method using flash cards media to improve children's numeracy skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data used through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. From the results of this study, it was concluded that the singing method through flash cards was proven to improve numeracy skills in group A children in RA Al Furqon, Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

Internet technology is indispensable today for the distance learning process. In order for the material to be delivered even though it is distance learning, the teacher must be creative in this regard. Fourth grade teachers at SDN Jatirangga 3 Bekasi use an easy-to-use application to track students during the learning process. Besides being able to help teachers, students are also more enthusiastic when learning through the applications used. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation tool using the Quizizz application. research methods used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of that product. The development of an evaluation tool in the form of an online test using the Quizizz application in the Mathematics subject arithmetic operations with integers gets a percentage of 80% in the appropriate category and media experts get a percentage of 85% in the very feasible category. Evaluation validation obtained 6 invalid questions and 14 valid questions, reliability obtained 0.801, Student assessment responses to the evaluation tool using the quizizz application get a very interesting percentage of information of 84.67%. The final product in this research and development is 14 questions to develop an evaluation tool in the form of an online test using the Quizizz application in Mathematics, integer arithmetic operations for grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa yang rendah dalam pembelajaran tematik muatan pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tempat peneitian dilakukan di di kelas kelas 1C SDN Sriamur 02 Tambun Utara, Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tematik muatan pelajaran matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Terlihat bahwa Pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 54,28 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 21,88% dan masuk dalam kriteria cukup. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 62,5 dan ketuntasan klasikal 21,88% serta masuk dalam kriteria baik. Dari pra siklus ke siklus I terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebanyak 8,22 tetapi untuk ketuntasan klasikal tidak terjadi peningkatan. Siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 76,79 dan masuk dalam kriteria baik. Pada siklus II ketuntasan klasikal adalah 56,25%. Dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata 14,29 dan peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal 34,37%. Pada siklus III nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 85 dan masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus III adalah 78,57%. Dari siklus II ke siklus III terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebanyak 8,21 dan peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal sebanyak 22,32%. Pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah 47,18 dan masuk dalam kriteria rendah. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata moitvasi belajar siswa adalah 54,21 dan masuk dalam kriteria sedang. Dari pra siklus ke siklus I terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa sebanyak 7,03. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 77,01 dan masuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi penigkatan sebanyak 22,8. Pada siklus III nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 83,82 dan masuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Dari siklus II ke siklus III terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 6,81.
