Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam membangun generasi muda yang berintegritas, memiliki kepribadian yang kuat, dan mampu berkontribusi dalam masyarakat. Di daerah Lombok Barat, penguatan pendidikan karakter pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) menjadi tantangan yang memerlukan strategi khusus, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan kepemimpinan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan yang efektif dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan kepemimpinan di SMP di Lombok Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai seperti tanggung jawab, disiplin, empati, dan integritas mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Artikel ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan karakter yang holistik.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari semakin meningkat, namun demikian, kemudahan akses dan interaksi di dunia maya juga membuka peluang bagi terjadinya kekerasan seksual, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Artikel ini membahas tantangan dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual dalam penggunaan media sosial, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di sekolah. Fokus utama artikel ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kekerasan seksual di dunia maya dan bagaimana materi PPKn dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pencegahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa pemahaman tentang etika bermedia sosial, penguatan karakter, serta perlindungan hukum merupakan hal penting yang harus diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran PPKn untuk membentuk kesadaran dan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan media sosial dengan bijak.

Abstract

Remaja dari keluarga broken home  sering kali menghadapi tekanan emosional yang signifikan, yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan psikologis dan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomenologi strategi pengelolaan stres pada remaja yang berasal dari keluarga broken home di Kota Mataram. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali pengalaman langsung para remaja melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan stres yang diterapkan meliputi pencarian dukungan sosial, aktivitas kreatif, serta refleksi spiritual. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap dukungan profesional dan stigma sosial menjadi tantangan utama dalam proses ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para praktisi pendidikan, psikologi, dan kebijakan sosial untuk mengembangkan intervensi yang lebih efektif dan inklusif bagi remaja yang mengalami dampak keluarga broken home.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Kurikulum Merdeka, yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia, bertujuan untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan melibatkan 120 siswa dari beberapa SMPN di Kabupaten Lombok Utara yang telah mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif pada prestasi belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar IPS sebesar 84,72, menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik di sebagian besar siswa. Analisis regresi linear menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan peningkatan prestasi belajar IPS, khususnya pada aspek linearitas. Meskipun terdapat variasi dalam prestasi siswa, secara keseluruhan, Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap hasil belajar, dengan dampak yang signifikan pada prestasi di mata pelajaran IPS. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dapat dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA NW Lenek. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran flipped learning berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas XI MA NW Lenek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di kelas XI  MA NW Lenek sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS Versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran flipped learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas XI MA NW Lenek, hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan perhitungan t hitung > t tabel (9,684 > 2,003) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,362 artinya, besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran flipped learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analisis akuntansi siswa adalah sebesar 62,6% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran flipped learning berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas XI MA NW Lenek.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, aiming to describe students' analytical thinking skills in completing accounting lecture assignments on business transaction analysis materials in general journals. The subjects of this study are 31 students of the Economics Education Study Program who have taken statistics courses. The instrument used to collect data in this study is in the form of a test in the form of a story question about the business transactions of a business entity which is prepared based on the criteria of analytical thinking skills that are spread for indicators of sorting, organizing, and attributing. The results showed that the average analytical thinking skills of students were well qualified, consisting of a sorting indicator of 3.64 (good), an organizational indicator of 3.31 (good), and an attribution indicator of 2.92 (good).

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the core competencies in 21st-century education, especially in science learning that emphasizes analysis, evaluation, and problem solving. This study aims to identify trends and research focuses on critical thinking in the context of science education through a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from the Dimensions database using the keywords "critical thinking" and related terms in the period 2010–2024. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer software to map the main keywords, the network of relationships between terms, and the temporal dynamics of publications. The results show that the keywords "critical thinking", "local wisdom", "module", "STEM", and "elementary school" emerged as dominant themes. The problem-based learning (PBL) approach, integration of local wisdom values, and the use of contextual modules are the most frequently studied strategies in an effort to improve students' critical thinking skills. Temporal analysis shows a spike in publications since 2020, indicating increasing attention to the importance of developing critical thinking in the science curriculum. These findings provide strategic directions for curriculum development, learning innovation, and educational research in the future.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the behavior and character of Generation Z. Amid the rapid digitalization, establishing a strong character based on spiritual values is essential to avoid the negative influences of technology. In this context, two key Islamic conceptsmahabbah (love for Allah) and muraqabah (awareness of Allah's supervision) can serve as effective strategies in shaping the character of Generation Z. This study employs a qualitative literature-based approach to analyze the implementation of these concepts in the daily lives of Generation Z. Data is collected from secondary sources, including books,  academic journals, and relevant articles. The findings reveal that applying mahabah and muraqabah can form an integrated character, enhance self-control, and strengthen morality in the face of technological challenges. Mahabah, as a spiritual foundation, motivates Generation Z to engage in positive behavior, while muraqabah encourages awareness of one's actions and consequences. Therefore, these concepts hold high relevance in character education in the digital age, positioning them as integral and practical strategies for character formation.

Abstract

Technological developments and digitalization have brought transformative changes to the global tourism industry landscape. From digital marketing, online reservations, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) based traveler experiences, to big data analytics for service personalization, the tourism sector is now heavily reliant on digital innovation. This phenomenon requires tourism education to adapt proactively to produce relevant and job-ready graduates. This research aims to identify and analyze the adaptation strategy of the tourism education curriculum in facing the challenges and opportunities posed by technological developments and digitalization. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders (academics, industry practitioners, and alumni) as well as analysis of curriculum documents from several leading tourism educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that effective curriculum adaptation strategies include the integration of digital-oriented courses, improving lecturers' competencies in digital literacy, developing technology learning facilities, and strengthening collaboration with industry. The main challenges faced are resistance to change, resource limitations, and the dynamic pace of technological development. The implications of this study emphasize the urgency of adapting a sustainable curriculum to ensure the relevance of graduates in the increasingly digital tourism job market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the direct learning experience in tourism destinations on the improvement of students' historical knowledge. History learning in the classroom is often considered monotonous, limiting contextual understanding and information retention. Tourism destinations, such as historical sites, museums, or cultural relics, offer authentic environments rich in historical information and the potential for multisensory experiences. Through a quantitative approach, the study involved students from several high schools participating in educational tourism programs to specific historic sites. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in historical knowledge, as well as questionnaires to evaluate students' perceptions of their learning experiences. Preliminary results showed that students who participated in educational tours experienced significant improvements in their historical knowledge compared to the control group. In addition, hands-on experience in historic locations has been shown to increase learning interest, facilitate a deeper understanding of concepts, and strengthen long-term memory. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating learning activities outside the classroom, particularly through educational tourism, as an effective strategy to enrich the history curriculum and create a more meaningful and memorable learning experience for students. This study recommends the further development of similar programs to support holistic and contextual history education.
