Abstract

The increase in the number of users of air transportation modes that occurred in the last year period was 32.69 percent or 10.7 million people, causing a density in the number of flights and an increase in the fleet of aircraft in operation, therefore it is necessary to monitor aircraft movements, especially in the apron area. carried out properly to avoid accidents or things that could be dangerous for users or personnel on duty or related to air transportation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of monitoring aircraft movements carried out by the Apron Movement Control unit in the apron area of Zainudin International Airport Abdul Madjid Lombok. The results of the research found that the process of monitoring aircraft movements in the apron area has been carried out following applicable regulations and rules, however, the equipment used to monitor aircraft movements in the form of CCTV requires repair and rejuvenation, related to the effectiveness of monitoring aircraft movements in the Apron Movement Control unit. Lombok's Zainudin Abdul Madjid International Airport has met five indicators that serve as benchmarks for work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the behavioral risk caused by the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon in precious metal investment decision making among Pegadaian UPC Pasar Wadungasri customers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through in-depth interviews with 15 respondents aged 25–50 years. The results of the study indicate that most novice investors are driven to buy precious metals due to the influence of social media, viral trends, and social pressure, not based on rational considerations or mature financial planning. FOMO symptoms trigger impulsive, high-risk investment decisions with minimal information analysis. In contrast, more experienced customers show more careful, planned, and data-based investment behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing financial literacy and the active role of financial institutions such as Pegadaian in educating the public to be able to build risk-aware, rational, and sustainable investment patterns amidst the rapid flow of digital information.

Abstract

PT. Huayue Nickel Cobalt (called hync) is a joint venture between Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. And China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. As well as Tshingshan Stainless Steel in October 2018, the business range includes resource development, a nickel-cobalt metal extraction, and an integrated to completed product processing. The project adopts third-generation High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) technology, one of the most sophisticated nickel processing technologies in the world. This technology enabled the maximum use of all the components of precious metals in the laterite nickel ore. This can thus extract nickel, cobalt, and manganese both simultaneously and integrated into the production of fresh energy batteries. HIRADC plays a crucial role in the K3 management system because it serves as a cornerstone of prevention and risk control efforts. Its application helps companies in determining effective safety and occupational strategies and strategies. PT Huayue Nickel Cobalt has its own problems with implementation, and there are several obstacles, such as a lack of employee awareness of safety procedures, a standard operational breach. This problem can affect company productivity and employee welfare, so further effort is needed to improve the works surveillance and safety training systems. The application of HIRADC assists in the creation of risk-control strategies for risk-control methods is proven to be effective in providing structured guidance for risk assessment, from danger identification, risk assessment, to appropriate control recommendations. This analysis can provide a basis for management decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk as a strategy to build a sustainable corporate culture. In the context of corporate growth, ESG implementation is important to maximize corporate value and increase stakeholder trust. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study on ESG from various sources of previous research journals, articles on the internet and corporate sustainability reports. The results of the study indicate that ESG implementation contributes to improving corporate image, operational performance, and post-crisis reputation. Garuda Indonesia is committed to reducing carbon emissions through fuel efficiency programs and the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), as well as creating a safe and healthy work environment for employees. In addition, the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which focuses on ethics, accountability, transparency, and sustainability is an important foundation in the company's operations. This study confirms that the implementation of ESG principles at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk not only supports corporate sustainability, but also contributes to the achievement of sustainable development goals in Indonesia, making it an example for other companies in integrating social and environmental responsibility into their business strategies.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition for MSME businesses in the digital era requires businesses to adopt effective marketing strategies. Although 63.52% of e-commerce businesses use the internet for digital marketing, many MSMEs still have difficulty optimizing their strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of strategic promotion and customer relationship management on marketing performance in the culinary MSME Mie Gacoan South Cikarang Branch in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The research sample consisted of 60 active employees of Mie Gacoan South Cikarang Branch who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after collection through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that partially, marketing performance was significantly influenced by strategic promotion and customer relationship management. Therefore, customer relationship management and strategic promotion have a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. These results provide important implications for culinary MSMEs in developing effective and sustainable digital marketing strategies in an era of increasingly fierce business competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership development strategies and their impact on the managerial abilities of doctors in hospitals. This study uses a systematic literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, reviewing nationally accredited scientific articles for the period 2021–2025. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of soft skills training, mastery of information technology, strengthening internal communication, and developing organizational culture significantly increase the managerial capacity of doctors. Transformational and situational leadership models have proven effective in encouraging motivation, staff performance, and the quality of hospital services. The challenges of the transition of doctors' roles from clinical to managerial can be overcome through leadership training, mentoring, and blended learning. Thus, a comprehensive, adaptive, and sustainable leadership development strategy is needed to strengthen the managerial abilities of doctors, thereby contributing to increasing the effectiveness of management and the quality of hospital services.

Abstract

This research examines how working hours affect turnover intention in Bandar Lampung's hotel business and how exhaustion mediates this connection. Hospitality companies have challenges from high turnover intention, which may lower productivity, training expenses, and service quality. The Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) and Conservation of Resources (COR) theories suggest that long hours might lead to burnout, which may make workers want to quit. A cross-sectional survey was used for quantitative research. This survey included 160 staff from three-, four-, and five-star hotels in Bandar Lampung. SEM was used with SmartPLS 4.0 to examine data. The results show that working hours significantly increase turnover intention. Working hours considerably and favorably affect burnout, which positively affects turnover intention. Burnout also strongly mediated the working hours-turnover intention link. Direct influence of working hours on turnover intention was greater than indirect effect via fatigue. Long work hours may lead to employee turnover even without burnout, according to these findings. To prevent employee turnover, hotel management should carefully regulate working hours.

Abstract

The transportation and logistics sector plays a vital role in supporting national economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and sales growth on the financial performance of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014–2024. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consists of 7 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 77 observations. Financial performance is measured using the return on asset (ROA) indicator, while inflation and sales growth data are obtained from official sources. The results of the partial test indicate that inflation does not significantly affect financial performance, while sales growth has a positive and significant impact. These findings indicate that companies in this sector are able to manage the impact of inflation efficiently, but sales growth remains the primary factor driving profitability. The coefficient of determination shows that 28.8% of the variation in financial performance can be explained by inflation and sales growth. The implications of these research results highlight the importance of sales growth strategies to support financial performance, as well as the need for efficient management in addressing macroeconomic challenges such as inflation. This study provides empirical contributions to managerial decision-making in the transportation and logistics industry, while also filling a research gap in this sector during the post-pandemic period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal challenges in consumer protection concerning Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based products in the digital era. Using a literature review method, the research analyzes relevant legal sources such as scholarly journals, legal textbooks, and applicable legislation in Indonesia. The findings reveal that the rapid development of AI technology has not been matched by adequate regulatory frameworks, resulting in several legal issues. These include the absence of specific provisions governing AI service providers' liability, weak personal data protection, and the lack of corrective mechanisms for automated decisions made by AI systems. In this context, consumers are in a vulnerable position due to limited access to algorithmic transparency and data processing procedures. The study emphasizes the need for progressive and responsive legal reform, including the legal recognition of AI as electronic agents, enhanced transparency, and the establishment of robust oversight and accountability systems. Consumer protection in the digital age requires collaborative efforts between regulators, business actors, and civil society to build a fair, secure, and legally just digital ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to look at Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Botania Coffee & Eatery. The background of this study is based on the increasingly tight competition in the food and beverage industry, especially in the coffee & eatery segment which has experienced significant growth. In these conditions, product and service quality are key factors in attracting and retaining customers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causal approach, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have visited and enjoyed services at Botania Coffee & Eatery. The sample used in this was 30 respondents. The data that has beenobtainned are processed using multiple linear regressionanalysis to determine the extent to which the independent variables (product quality and service quality) influence the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The expected results of this study are a positive and significant effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction.
