Abstract

This study aims to find out the picture of work motivation, workload, and employee performance, as well as analyze the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and workload on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verifiable with a quantitative approach. The study population included all employees of the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency, namely 83 ASN, who were used as respondents using non-probability sampling techniques through a saturated sampling approach. The results of the study show that the overview of work motivation, workload, and employee performance in general is included in the sufficient category. Based on the results of the determination test, it is known that work motivation has an effect of 53.5% on employee performance, while workload has an effect of 13.9% on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and workload had an effect of 61.9% on employee performance. Thus, the results of the hypothesis test prove that work motivation and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm that improving employee performance can be achieved through organizational strategies that are able to optimize work motivation and manage workload proportionally, so as to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

Using a methodical literature review technique, this study seeks to compile the most recent data about the impact of workplace spirituality on organizational performance. Using the keywords "job performance," "organizational performance," and "workplace spirituality," Google Scholar is the database that is used. Use the article search tool publish or perish to find English-language papers in the Google Scholar database between 2017 and 2025. 988 articles were found in the search results. Following the procedure for inclusion and exclusion, 40 suitable articles were found. The synthesis's findings demonstrate how organizational performance is impacted by workplace spirituality. According to this review, workplace spirituality can boost constructive employee behavior, which raises the caliber of work produced. Aside from that, workplace spirituality functions as a moderator and mediator in addition to being an independent variable. A concept map that illustrates the connection between workplace spirituality and different organizational outcomes is also created by this literature review. Additionally, this study is significant because it might serve as a reference for scholars wishing to delve further into the connection between job performance and workplace spirituality.

Abstract

The mosque, as a socio-religious institution, plays a strategic role in promoting community welfare not only in spiritual aspects but also in economic development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of business management functions at Masjid Ittihad Legenda Wisata Cibubur in realizing the economic independence of its congregation. The research focuses on four key management functions proposed by George R. Terry—planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was applied, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving mosque administrators and congregants. The results reveal that the management of Masjid Ittihad applies Islamic-based management principles such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice (adl), and consultation (syura) in running its economic units, including a cooperative and community bazaar. The key supporting factors are the active participation of congregants, strong social cohesion, and visionary leadership from the mosque’s management. However, challenges remain, including limited capital, lack of entrepreneurship training, and suboptimal financial oversight. Effective business management has been shown to enhance congregational economic participation and foster collective awareness of the importance of financial self-reliance within the mosque community. Hence, mosque-based business management can serve as a sustainable model for Islamic economic empowerment when professionally and ethically administered.

Abstract

This article aims to critically analyze the interaction between green finance (GF) and green government (GG) in the context of development economics. The main focus is to evaluate how the quality of institutional governance moderates the effectiveness of green finance flows in achieving a sustainable transition. Based on this analysis, this research proposes a new conceptual model. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology on Scopus and Sinta-indexed scientific articles, as well as reputable institutional reports (OECD, World Bank, IFC) within the 2020-2025 timeframe. This approach is combined with theoretical model development to synthesize findings. The review identifies a "green finance effectiveness paradox." Although global GF capital flows have rapidly increased (reaching $8.2 trillion in 2024), their effectiveness in emerging markets (EMDEs) is questionable. Evidence shows significant greenwashing risks, where the issuance of instruments like green bonds is not always followed by emission reductions (AMRO, 2025). The review finds the root cause to be institutional; the biggest barrier for private investors is the absence of a comprehensive long-term transition strategy from the government (IFC, 2023). Empirical evidence (Bakry et al., 2023; Zhang et al., 2024) confirms that governance quality (e.g., government integrity, regulatory strength) is a significant determinant of environmental outcomes, indicating its role as a moderating variable. The Indonesian case study highlights a critical implementation gap: policy 'Commitment' (e.g., Green Taxonomy, POJK) is high, but implementation 'Capability' (especially for reaching MSMEs) remains very low (Paramita, 2025). The main contribution of this article is the development of the GG-GF-GST conceptual model. This model frames Green Governance (GG) operationalized through three pillars: Commitment, Capability, and Consensusas a fundamental moderating mechanism that filters (reduces greenwashing) and strengthens (increases effectiveness) Green Finance (GF) flows to achieve the ultimate goal of development economics, namely Green Structural Transformation (GST).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price on ticket sales at PT. Makmur/Halmahera using the SWOT analysis method. PT. Makmur/Halmahera faces price competition from competitors offering cheaper tickets, as well as limitations in adapting to online ticketing technology. Ticket sales data from April, May, and June 2024 were analyzed to evaluate sales fluctuations. The results showed that the premium pricing strategy of Rp215,000 per ticket created a perception of high quality but was less attractive to price-sensitive customers. In addition, the significant decline in sales 43.8% from April to May and 7.85% from May to June—indicates the need for innovation in services and promotional strategies. The SWOT analysis identified strengths such as service quality and company reputation, weaknesses in pricing and lack of innovation, opportunities to improve digital services, and threats from intense competition. Recommendations include developing an online ticketing system, improving service quality, and implementing aggressive digital promotions to enhance competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Generation Z is a group that's very comfortable with digital technology and is the main group using financial technology, or fintech, services. They depend a lot on digital wallets, mobile banking, and PayLater services because these offer ease, quick access, and flexibility. However, even though they use fintech a lot, it doesn't always mean they make smart financial choices, which can lead to financial stress and poor financial decisions. This study looks at how financial knowledge affects the way Generation Z uses fintech, with financial anxiety acting as a middle factor. The research uses a quantitative method, where questionnaires were given to students who regularly use fintech services. The tools used in the study were based on established indicators of financial knowledge, financial anxiety, and fintech usage from past research. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that financial knowledge has a positive effect on both financial anxiety and fintech usage. Financial anxiety was also found to impact fintech usage and plays a role in how financial knowledge influences the use of fintech. These findings show that the financial behavior of young people isn't just about knowing financial things, but also about their mental state and how it affects their use of digital services. This study has important implications for creating better financial literacy programs and teaching young people how to use fintech healthily, so they can use it in a more responsible and sustainable way
