Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how Scarlett Skincare Store patronage is influenced by emotional and experiential marketing strategies. With a sample of 91 clients, the population of this study is all Scarlett Skincare Store patrons. In this study, unintentional sampling is used. Using IBM SPSS 20, multiple linear regression analysis tools (multiple correlation, determination, F test, and t test) were used to conduct a quantitative study of this research. The study's findings demonstrate how consumer psychology, marketing emotions, and experiential marketing affect Indonesia Skincare Store patron loyalty.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya. This research used a sample of 65 who were permanent employees and employees who had worked for at least one year at Waringin Group Surabaya. Data was collected through literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of taste (X1) product quality (X2) service quality (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y), in seblak radja. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 100 respondents. The population of respondents are consumers of seblak radja in Sidoarjo. In analyzing the data used validation test, reliability test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that taste, product quality and service quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. This means that the better the taste, product quality and service will further increase customer satisfaction at Seblak Radja Sidodadi Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at CV. 88 Bima City so that it can provide thought input to employees. This research is quantitative. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at CV. 88 Bima City, totaling 47 people. The sample used in this research was all 47 employees. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Based on the criteria, the research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between compensation on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 2) There is no partial significant influence between the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between compensation and the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan religius merupakan segala hal yang menyangkut sikap, keputusan serta etika dalam menstimulus objek atau individu lain ( yang dipengaruhi ) dengan didasarkan pada spiritual atau ketuhanan. Lingkungan kerja sendiri adalah kondisi atau keadaan yang terjadi pada atmosfer di dunia kerja itu sendiri yang menyangkut suhu, ruangan pemimpin, gaji dan hubungan karyawan satu sama lain. kedua hal ini memiliki peran masing masing dalam terciptanya kesuksesan performa karyawan ataupun kepuasan dalam dunia kerja itu sendiri sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan religius terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap kepuasan kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kinerja, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner dengan sampel 40 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan desain penelitian dilakukan melalui partial least square (PLS) dengan software program SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan hipotesis berada pada kategori tidak signifikan atau variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang tergolong masih kurang baik. Dibuktikan pada masing masing hipotesis yang memiliki output nilai kurang dari t statistik tabel serta tidak sesuai pada taraf signifikan P value. Namun pada hipotesis kelima yakni kepemimpian religius memberikan pengaruh dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that sells and offers products and services that are owned, so that consumers can buy and enjoy the products offered. In the current era of globalization, competition between educational institutions is increasingly attractive and competitive, therefore good marketing activities are needed in order to build a positive image and attract public interest. The "quality" aspect is expected to produce graduates (output) who are highly competitive, able to answer the demands and needs of society in the global era and have the originality of Indonesian culture and the Islamic boarding school itself. The quality philosophy that can be adopted in Islamic boarding schools is Total Quality Management. The value of educational institutions is tested when faced with the wants and needs of today's society. On the one hand, in all matters related to education, there are values ​​that must be built, spread and instilled, but at the same time, as time goes by, educational institutions are subject to market habits that demand to be faced. We continue to create new products in line with further developments and gaining popularity. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the data source is written words obtained from natural situations. This type of research is a case study. In deciding on a marketing management activity program to improve the quality of education at Bhakti Muda Wiyata Vocational School, several considerations need to be made based on the results of the evaluation and analysis of the implementation of the educational marketing program in the previous year. It can be concluded that the efforts carried out by SMK Bhakti Muda Wiyata are not only focused on quantity but also quality.

Abstract

In efforts to create strong entrepreneurs, the world of education, in this case vocational schools, is one of the institutions that has a very important role. Empirical facts show that the majority of vocational school graduates do not meet the needs or demands of stakeholders. Graduates tend to be "job seekers" and not many are able to work "independently". To overcome this problem, the policy made by the Indonesian government is to improve the quality of human resources through education, instill an entrepreneurial spirit at every level and level of education, and try to expand employment opportunities. one of the strategies created is to implement a teaching factory or industrial teaching program in vocational schools. This research applies library research, namely the method used by collecting data. Teaching factory is a development of a production unit and dual education system that has been implemented in vocational schools. The teaching factory concept is a form of development from a vocational school to a production school model. Teaching factories have several objectives, namely increasing the competency of vocational school graduates, increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational school graduates and producing products in the form of goods or services that have added value. Teaching factories as a means of learning are quite effective in increasing students' competence and entrepreneurial spirit, so that teaching factories can If it runs well and is able to achieve the expected goals, it requires cooperation and assistance from various parties involved in it

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of PT Teknindo Geosistem Unggul using the Balanced Scorecard method. Data sources consist of financial statements, number of employees, and secondary data from observations, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that the performance condition of PT Teknindo Geosistem Unggul if measured using a balanced scorecard on a financial perspective included in unhealthy conditions, on a customer perspective the results showed that overall, the level of customer satisfaction can be considered good, performance on the internal business perspective is in very good condition with new innovations and the company's quality management system including maintenance requests and improvements in after-sales service, The growth and learning perspective can be said to be in quite good condition which shows the results of a decrease in employee retention and an increase in employee productivity even though it had decreased in the previous year.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of workload and work stress on the performance of the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) unit at Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng International Airport. The population in this study were 41 members of the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) unit and the sample used for research was all members of the unit, namely 41 people. The research results show that there is a partial influence between workload on the performance of the Airport Operation Control Center unit with a calculated t value of 3.993. Job Stress also has a partial influence on performance with a calculated t result of 4.765. Apart from that, Workload and Work Stress have a partial influence on performance, namely with a calculated f result of 40.693.
