Abstract

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship learning with a business incubator. Entrepreneurship learning in tertiary institutions through business incubators is expected by the Indonesian government in building Start-Ups. especially college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning through business incubators in building start-ups in tertiary institutions. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the management of business incubators in tertiary institutions has been going well, this can be proven by the existence of an organizational structure, the proper management of business incubators according to their duties and responsibilities, facilities and infrastructure that are quite complete, and various different types of programs. work with the same goal of growing strat-up souls. The role of the business incubator in cultivating young strat-ups in college is quite good. The results of this research have implications for two things. First, universities are expected to continue to upgrade entrepreneurship learning in a creative, innovative and adaptive manner. Second, the government is expected to continue to improve and equip incubator facilities evenly and improve mentoring/training programs for students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction on La Moringa NTT consumers. quantitative research using descriptive and explanatory research methods, for data processing using SEM-PLS. Survey data was collected online and it was found that 217 respondents were La Moringa consumers. Social Media Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, H1, H2 and H3 are accepted. Social Media Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a direct positive and significant effect on Customer loyalty, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer loyalty H4, H5, H6, and H7 are accepted. Whereas Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on mediating Social Media Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, H8, H9, and H10 as mediating variables are accepted

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, many economies were paralyzed, especially business actors who had difficulty starting to get up. This crisis is caused by the corona virus, so society needs to examine measures to protect the health and economic consequences, protect vulnerable populations, and set the stage for economic recovery through entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of entrepreneurial literacy at the tertiary level. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that entrepreneurial literacy at the tertiary level is now up to date and is expanding from conventional to digitalization. The more sophisticated technology owned by each student can increase the chances of becoming an entrepreneur. The results of this research have implications for three things: First, universities are expected to continue to upgrade entrepreneurship learning in a creative, innovative and adaptive manner. Second, the government is expected to continue to improve technology facilities evenly and improve mentoring/training programs for business actors. The third is for business actors to continue to be open minded in accepting all changes that can be used to survive in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of implementing business education in social studies as an implementation of entrepreneurship at the junior high school level. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that there was still a lack of understanding of junior high school students in the concept of business education in social studies lessons, because the delivery of material was often not accompanied by existing examples and too much material was presented. In addition, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of the subject syllabus in social studies, the material taught is too dense but lacks depth and the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. How the material is presented, examples, practice questions, and assignments in accordance with the existing subject syllabus. After the basic economic activity reference book is reviewed as teaching material in accordance with the syllabus that has been developed.

Abstract

Formal education, especially in basic education in entrepreneurship learning, has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through entrepreneurship learning. Research objectives 1) application of business education 2) economic learning curriculum 3) entrepreneurial behavior of elementary school formal education students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that entrepreneurship learning does not stand alone in the 2013 curriculum, but merges into other subjects such as Cultural Arts and Crafts to introduce students to currency, production and buying and selling processes, while populist economics learning blends into the subject PPKn lessons understand the Pancasila precepts as the basic foundation of populist economic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of implementing business education in Vocational High Schools as an implementation of entrepreneurship at the Vocational High School level. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that there was sufficient understanding of SMK students in the concept of business education, this was due to the existence of government programs that support and provide facilities for entrepreneurship learning in educational institutions, especially SMKs. In addition to this, the teaching staff also have skills in their fields, but it is still very unfortunate that not many teaching staff have their own business practices, so they are still based on books and other people's experiences. From this, it can motivate students to look for reference materials related to entrepreneurial knowledge and be able to see business opportunities well. Based on the analysis of the subject syllabus on entrepreneurship subjects, the material being taught is very much in line with current conditions and the expected competencies are clear. In addition, learning activities are project-based.

Abstract

This study discusses human resources development in improving the performance of the regional secretariat apparatus in the Maros Regency. This descriptive research provides an overview and explanation of human resource development strategies to enhance apparatus performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Maros Regency. The results of the Human Resource Development Strategy research were carried out through 3 steps: employee recruitment, Placement, education, and training (Training). These three steps are well implemented, even though they could be better in that action needs to be taken toward Improvement. And the factors that influence Human Resource Development, namely Leadership, Work Environment, and Budget.

Abstract

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through After the Covid-19 Pandemic caused high environmental pressure to occur. One of them occurred in the increasingly uncertain sector of the country's economy. There are many things that can be done to provide economic solutions, one effective way is through improving the performance of MSMEs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important characteristics in economic development, both in developing and developed countries. The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and threats with their potential strengths and weaknesses. In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals. related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the innovation of MSME actors is very qualified to have a competitive advantage and competitiveness. The results of the research have implications for the first two things in the behavior of MSMEs, it is hoped that they will continue to improve their abilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, both parties the government is expected to continue to improve and equip MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring programs / training for MSMEs.

Abstract

Objectives - This study aims to analyze the effect of anxiety communicating in English on the work attitude of hospitality management students in the hospitality industry during the internship program. Methodology - A quantitative approach was used on 539 hotel management students who had carried out internships in the hotel industry based on a stratified random sampling technique. The sample size researchers took and managed to collect 76 respondents from hotel management students who had carried out internships in the hotel industry. Then the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings - The results of the study show that the influence of anxiety affects the work attitude of hospitality students while doing internships. Originality – The effect of anxiety in communicating using English makes findings to get various kinds of anxiety faced so that it becomes better learning when communication in English and reduces anxiety. The novelty in this study found that many students still had anxiety in communicating using English during their internships.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial resilience , potential and ways to maintain the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic for the tourism industry in Surabaya. this study uses qualitative methods with several tourist objects in the city ofSurabaya . From the results of the study, the economic decline experienced by the tourism industry in Surabaya was caused by a decrease in the number of visitors , resulting in difficulties in managing tourist spots , existing facilities and decreased income .
