Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional experience and memorable tourism experience on word of mouth in Cilamaya Mangrove Forest Tourism. These three variables are important in promoting tourist destinations. Emotional refers to the response of tourists' feelings during the visit, memorable is related to an imprinted experience, while word of mouth is communication from word of mouth when tourists share their experiences with others. The study used a quantitative descriptive verification approach with purposive sampling method and the number of respondents was 150 people. Data processing is done using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square. The results showed that emotional variables had an insignificant effect on word of mouth. This indicates that the emotional aspect alone is not strong enough to encourage tourists to share their experiences. In contrast, memorable experiences are proven to have a significant influence on word of mouth. This means that the deeper the impression left by the destination, the more likely tourists are to share it with others. The implication of this finding is that it is important for destination managers to create memorable experiences through improved facilities, educational activities, and good service to strengthen promotion from tourists to tourists on an ongoing basis. Keywords: E, ,

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the influence of financial ratios on financial distress with corporate governance as a moderation variable in tourism industry, hotel and restaurant service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The method used in this study is purposive sampling from a total of 50 companies, where 23 companies were selected because they met the criteria that have been set. The analysis was carried out to involve multiple linear regression and moderating regression analysis (MRA) by utilizing the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application as a tool for statistical and hypothesis testing. The financial distress variable was driven using the Zmijewski X-Score formula. The findings of the study show that return on equity (ROE) has a negative and significant influence on financial distress. Current ratio (CR) has a positive and significant influence on financial distress. Debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress. In the moderation test, it can be seen that gender diversity does not positively moderate the effect of return on equity (ROE) on financial distress. Similarly, gender diversity does not positively moderate the influence of the current ratio (CR) on financial distress. However, gender diversity is able to negatively moderate/weaken the influence of debt to equity ratio (DER) on financial distress. Institutional ownership negatively moderates/weakens the effect of return on equity (ROE) on financial distress. However, institutional ownership does not negatively moderate the influence of the current ratio (CR) on financial distress. On the other hand, institutional ownership is able to positively moderate/strengthen the influence of the Debt to equity ratio (DER) on financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify and classify dark-patterns used in digital marketing analysis, perceptions of the ethics of dark-pattern use, examine the impact of dark-patterns on consumer loyalty, and provide ethical understanding as a basis for preparing responsible digital marketing strategies. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method through primary data obtained directly from respondents through the distribution of questionnaires designed to measure their experiences and perceptions of the use of dark patterns in the context of digital marketing. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through a literature study that included scientific journals, academic articles, industry research reports, and related documents that discussed key concepts such as dark patterns, digital marketing ethics, and consumer loyalty. The study concluded that dark patterns with practices such as forced continuity, hidden costs and countdown timers reduce consumer trust in brands and lead to a decrease in consumer loyalty. Dark patterns can only offer short-term benefits in terms of conversions and sales, but their long-term impact decreases consumer loyalty to both products and brands.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and stock price crash risk (SPCR) in Indonesia’s food and beverage industry, focusing on emerging markets. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach, we analyzed 1,000 publications from Crossref (2019–2025) with Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to identify trends, influential authors, and thematic clusters. Results indicate a robust academic focus, with a high citation impact (h-index: 42; 7.11 citations per paper). Keyword co-occurrence and co-citation analysis reveal three major clusters: (1) ESG’s influence on market dynamics, (2) SPCR mitigation strategies, and (3) challenges unique to emerging markets. Network visualizations demonstrate strong linkages between ESG transparency and reduced stock volatility, while temporal overlays show an evolution from crisis-driven studies to sustainability-oriented frameworks. The study contributes original insights as one of the first bibliometric reviews in this niche, highlighting ESG disclosure as a critical tool for risk management in volatile markets. Practical implications suggest that firms and policymakers should adopt standardized ESG reporting to enhance investor confidence and financial stability. Future research should address fragmentation in co-authorship networks and expand sectoral/geographic coverage to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration between finance, governance, and sustainability scholars.

Abstract

Import-export activities cannot be separated from the term logistics costs, currently the amount of logistics costs in Indonesia has reached 17%. One of the reasons for the high logistics costs is the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics chain, such as the unavailability of fumigation services in the line 1 port area. With the hope of reducing logistics costs, PT one single billing system, This is in accordance with the focus of 1 STRANAS PK which encourages system integration in port services. The implementation of STRANAS PK within the port area is intended to reduce corruption cases triggered by incompatibility between service systems. This research is intended to determine whether the implementation of imported container fumigation services in the line 1 area as a follow-up to STRANAS PK has been implemented and has an effective influence on logistics costs. The method in this research uses a quantitative type, with simple calculations which are reinforced with t-tests by the SPSS version 26 application. This research proves that there are savings that occur in logistics costs amounting to IDR 551,562,000, for 660 40ft imported containers that are fumigated with Methyl Bromide 16 mg dose if the fumigation process of imported containers is carried out in the line 1 area, and in the t-test via SPSS a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained, meaning that all variables significantly influence the efficiency variable. So it can be concluded that the line 1 cost variables (X1) and line 2 costs (X2) have an influence on the efficiency variable (Y). Fumigation services in the line 1 area are in accordance with STRANAS PK's focus on port governance, and of course have a big impact on effectiveness and efficiency in logistics costs.
