Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product diversity and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions. The location of this research was carried out at the Kotabaru Polytechnic. This research used a quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were 50 people using saturated sampling techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of product diversity and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee online buying and selling site at Kotabaru Polytechnic.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies and programs of oil palm plantation company PT. Subur Agro Makmur, as well as knowing the feedback from the community regarding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies and programs carried out by PT Subur Agro Makmur. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The method of determining research informants using Cluster sampling and Snowball sampling. Data collection techniques use field studies and literature studies. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed with techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and verification. In this study, researchers made direct visits to PT Subur Agro Makmur and the community. The results of the study found that PT SAM in 2021 had carried out a program of CSR activities covering the fields of community economic empowerment, education, health, environment, and religion with a claim of 100% achievement. The largest funds were channeled to the education sector and the smallest to the religious sector. CSR funds come from company administration, not from company profits. Reality shows that what PT SAM does not achieve a balance between the interests of internal and external stakeholders. CSR is used as a tool to achieve goals that are beneficial to PT SAM's internal stakeholders, but do not create great benefits for external stakeholders. The level of sustainability of the CSR programs implemented is also still relatively low. The response from the people who work for the company regarding CSR carried out by PT SAM is quite good. However, it was found that there was a latent conflict that threatened the sustainability of PT SAM, in which the responses from the community outside the plantation who did not work for PT SAM were mostly still negative about the company's existence and there was a feeling of dissatisfaction with CSR implemented by PT SAM. This can illustrate that the implementation of CSR, which is one of the implementations of GCG principles, cannot be said to be optimal, even though PT SAM claims that their CSR achievement during 2021 is 100%.  Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Community Economic Empowerment, Education, Health, Environment, Religion, GCG

Abstract: Competition in the business world is increasingly fierce, requiring business actors to have excellence in the products they produce. The large number of competitors operating in the same business sector increases the intensity of competition, so every company must have the right marketing strategy. in order to achieve the company targets that have been set and the most important thing is to achieve customer satisfaction. PT. Mahkota Tiga Puteri Tabalong Regency is one of the housing developers located in Tabalong Regency which provides houses of various types. Housing marketing generally uses the same attributes by paying attention to location, product, price and promise. PT. Mahkota Tiga Puteri, Tabalong Regency, has carried out a review of the market potential in the location that will be used as a housing complex, namely in the Sulingan area, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. PT. Mahkota Tiga Puteri, Tabalong Regency, has carried out a review of the market potential in the location that will be used as a housing complex, namely in the Sulingan area, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. In order to reach the Target Market, PT. Mahkota Tiga Puteri Tabalong Regency implements a marketing strategy, with 3 (three) strategies. Namely promotional strategies through advertising, distributing brochures to various potential consumers, and carrying out personal selling activities. The research results show that product quality has a significant effect on home purchasing decisions. Price does not have a significant effect on the decision to buy a house. Location has a significant influence on home purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to test and determine the influence of green packaging on green perceived value and green perceived risk, as well to test and determine the influence of green perceived value and green perceived risk on green purchase intention. The research location was chosen at Starbucks in Banjarmasin City. A total of 100 respondents were determined and selected using accidental sampling. Questionnaries were used to collect data and PLS-SEM was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that green packaging has a significant positive effect on green perceived value and a significant negative effect on green perceived risk, also the green perceived value has a significant positive effect on green purchase intention, while green perceived risk has a significant negative effect on green purchase intention   Keywords: Green Packaging, Green perceived Value, Green Perceived Risk, Green Purchase Intention

Abstract: The research location was at the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP) in Banjarmasin, the research sample was 72 respondents, with the characteristics of the respondents being KJPP employees in Banjarmasin. Questionnaires are used for data collection and data processing to test hypotheses. Next, hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract: This research is to know and test the influence of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Air Minum Murakata Lestari (Perseroda) Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Using a quantitative approach. Samples were selected as many as 56 employees selected by Saturated Sampling Technique. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis used the SPSS program. The results of this study prove 1) Motivation has a partial significant effect on Emplomantyee Performance, 2) Job Satisfaction has a partial significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Motivation and Job satisfaction have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Abstract: This research, focuses on examining the direct and indirect effects of Agency Service Quality and Interpersonal Communication on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in the shipping industry, specifically at PT Hasnur International Shipping Tbk. The study employs a quantitative research method with an explanatory type. The population comprises customers of PT Hasnur International Shipping Tbk, including ship owners and management/employees. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, and the analysis is conducted using SmartPLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the research demonstrate that Service Quality significantly influences Customer Satisfaction, while Interpersonal Communication has a non-significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. Abstract: This research aims to test and determine the direct and indirect influence between Social Media Marketing and positive electronic Word of Mouth on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur with Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable. This research uses quantitative research methods with an explanatory type and uses the SmartPLS data analysis method. by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to second semester and fourth semester Politeknik Hasnur students who are still active and residing in South Kalimantan with a sample of 171 respondents. Abstract: In order to achieve stable and sustainable economic growth. In the banking world, customer satisfaction is one proof that the bank has been able to compete in providing excellent service to every customer. The sampling method used is incidental sampling, with a sampling technique based on chance, namely anyone who is in The sample of this study is KUR Credit customers at Bank Kalsel KCP Kayutangi as many as 48 people who have made a credit agreement in 2022. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, F test and t test. Abstract

Abstract: Community participation is the main requirement in achieving an expected activity goal. In fact, community participation in the Intra Uterine Device (IUD) Family Planning program in the villages of Murung Raya, Balah Paikat and Hakurung is still low. According to data from the 2022 Family Planning Counseling Center, people who use IUD KB in Murung Raya Village (2 people), Balah Paikat (0 people) and Hakurung (0 people). People still use a lot of birth control injections and birth control pills. There are people who are pregnant and want to have children. The community does not understand about this IUD family planning because they have never participated in socialization. This study aims to determine community participation in the Intra Uterine Device (IUD) family planning program in the villages of Murung Raya, Balah Paikat and Hakurung. And the factors that influence community participation in the Intra Uterine Device (IUD) family planning program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data source of the informant withdrawal technique used purposive sampling of 15 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. Analyzed with data techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Credibility tests, namely extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation, analyzing negative cases, using reference materials and conducting member checks. The results of this study indicate that community participation in the Intra Uterine Device (IUD) family planning program in the villages of Murung Raya, Balah Paikat and Hakurung is not good, it can be seen that the community still lacks information due to limited information media, many people are afraid to use IUD KB because of the issues circulating, the community does not provide ideas and ideas about the development of IUD KB, regarding achieving appropriate targets but the community uses a lot of KB injections, pills and implants. The driving factor for community participation is socialization and the installation of KB IUDs. The inhibiting factor is the lack of public knowledge and the community feeling safe using other contraceptives. To increase community participation by providing more socialization and continuing to offer this IUD KB and slowly eliminating issues circulating in the community so that people in Murung Raya Village, Balah Paikat, Hakurung and all villages in Daha Utara District want to use this IUD KB   Keywords: Community Participation, Program, IUD
