Abstract

This research aims to reveal the application of the discovery learning model in learning Arabic at the Al-Mansyuriyah Sepatan Islamic boarding school, Tangerang. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research Method (PTK). This method is carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The four stages are carried out in one cycle which is carried out repeatedly with the same steps and remains focused on solving problems by self-discovery, self-investigation and information search using the Discovery Learning model. Based on the results of the research, it shows that student achievement using the Discovery Learning model has increased. This increase can be seen from the learning outcomes of each cycle that is carried out. In cycle 1, the average pretest score was 68.83 and the posttest average score was 75.5. In cycle 2, the average pretest score was 62.67 and the posttest average score was 89.00. The increase in learning outcomes can be seen from the average N-Gain value for each cycle, namely the average N-Gain cycle 1 is 0.22 and the average N-Gain cycle 2 is 0.70. From these results it proves that the Discovery Learning learning model applied by researchers can improve student achievement. مستخلص البحث يهدف هذا البحث لكشف تطبيق نموذج التعلم الاكتشافي في تعلم اللغة العربية بمعهد المنشورية سيفاتن تانجرانج. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي الطريقة البحث الإجرائي. تنفيذ هذه الطريقة في أربع مراحل، وهي التخطيط والإجراء والملاحظة والتفكير. تنفيذ المراحل الأربع في دورة واحدة وتنفيذها بشكل متكرر بنفس الخطوات وتظل تركز على حل المشكلات عن طريق الاكتشافى الذاتي والتحقيق الذاتي والبحث عن المعلومات باستخدام نموذج التعلم الاكتشافى. بناءً على نتائج البحث، فقد تبين أن إنجاز تعلم الطلاب باستخدام نموذج التعلم الاكتشافى قد زاد. يمكن رؤية هذه الزيادة من نتائج التعلم لكل دورة التي يتم تنفيذها. في الدورة الأولى، كان متوسط ​​قيمة الاختبار القبلي 68.83 و متوسط قيمة الاختبار البعدي 75,5. و في الدورة الثانية كان متوسط قيمة الاختبار القبلي 62,67  و متوسط قيمة الاختبار البعدي 89,00. يمكن رؤية نتائج التعلم من متوسط ​​قيمة N-Gain لكل دورة، وهو متوسط قيمة الكسب الطبيعى للدورة الأولى 0,22 و متوسط قيمة الكسب الطبيعى للدورة الثانية 0,70. من هذه النتائج يثبت أن نموذج التعلم الاكتشافي المطبق مع الباحثة يمكن أن يحسن إنجاز تعلم الطلاب.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of learning nahwu, measure the ability of students in nahwu, and assess the effectiveness of using the Al Ikhtishor method in nahwu learning at Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljama'ah Islamic Boarding School. This research uses quantitative methods with experimental design, involving control classes and experimental classes. Data collection techniques include tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and T tests (Paired Sample T Test and Independent Sample T-Test ). The results showed that the level of use of the Al Ikhtishor method was adequate, the ability of students in learning nahwu science was very good, and the use of the Al Ikhtishor method proved effective in increasing understanding and mastery of nahwu among students. The Al Ikhtishor method significantly increases the understanding and mastery of nahwu among students. The conclusion of this study is that the Al Ikhtishor method is effective in improving the quality of nahwu learning, and this method is recommended for use in teaching nahwu science in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research explains the implementation of the Education management information system at MI Al Mubarok. The Education Management Information System was developed to meet the needs of madrasas or educational institutions where schools want to manage learning activities using computers as a contribution to madrasa or educational institution services and to simplify and speed up the teaching and learning process in schools and school services. This research uses a qualitative approach using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this research show that the implementation of the education management information system at MI Al Mubarok Pinang is realized in the form of using an application system including teaching and education staff services by activating the SIMPATIKA application (Information System for Educators and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion). School Instagram application and school website. There are several supporting and limiting factors in implementing SIMPATIKA at MI Al Mubarok, namely the availability of information system facilities and the existence of human resource obstacles and errors. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang implementasi sistem informasi manajemen Pendidikan di MI Al Mubarok. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan madrasah atau lembaga pendidikan dimana sekolah ingin mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai kontribusi pelayanan madrasah atau lembaga pendidikan serta untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dan layanan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan di MI Al Mubarok Pinang diwujudkan dalam bentuk penggunaan sistem aplikasi termasuk layanan pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan dengan mengaktifkan aplikasi SIMPATIKA (Sistem Informasi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemenag). Aplikasi Instagram sekolahan dan web sekolah. Terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung dan pembatas dalam penerapan SIMPATIKA di MI Al Mubarok yaitu tersedianya fasilitas sistem informasi serta adanya kendala dan kesalahan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are known as the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia, however, in terms of quality and managerial aspects, Islamic educational institutions are still second. This cannot be separated from the many challenges and problems of poor management that exist in some Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to examine the problem of implementing management in Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing several literatures related to the theme that the author will study. The results show that one of the management problems in Islamic education institutions is the lack of Islamic education managers in meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders, then there are still authoritarian and centralized leadership practices that apply in some Islamic education institutions, the existence of a dichotomy in Islamic education institutions which causes the emergence of two groups of scientists, the lack of competent human resources, especially in managerial aspects and the strength of several Islamic educational institutions in maintaining their local wisdom values, so this also has an impact on the reluctance of Islamic education to innovate in line with current developments. ABSTRAK Lembaga pendidikan Islam dikenal sebagai lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia, akan tetapi dalam aspek kualitas dan manajerialnya lembaga pendidikan Islam masih di nomor duakan. Hal ini tidak lepas dari banyaknya tantangan dan problematika kurang baiknya manajerial yang ada di sebagian lembaga pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji problem penerapan manajemen di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji beberapa literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan tema yang akan dikaji penulis. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa salah satu problem manajemen di lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah kurangnya para pengelola pendidikan Islam dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan stakeholder, kemudian masih adanya praktek kepemimpinan otoriter dan sentralistik yang berlaku di sebagian lembaga pendidikan Islam, adanya dikotomi dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam yang menyebabkan timbulnya dua pengelompokan ke ilmuan, masih minimnya SDM yang berkompenten terutama dalam aspek manajerialnya dan masih kuatnya beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam menjaga nilainilai kearifan lokalnya, sehingga hal itu juga berdampak kepada enggannya pendidikan Islam untuk berinovasi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di sekolah dasar dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia, memberikan fleksibilitas bagi pendidik dan siswa dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran aktif seperti diskusi kelompok, eksperimen, dan proyek berbasis masalah. Teknologi juga diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran, dengan penggunaan aplikasi pendidikan dan sumber daya digital yang meningkatkan interaktivitas dan keterlibatan siswa. Penilaian autentik, seperti proyek akhir dan portofolio, digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan siswa dalam konteks dunia nyata. Tantangan dalam implementasi termasuk kesiapan guru, keterbatasan fasilitas dan infrastruktur, serta partisipasi orang tua yang bervariasi. Meskipun ada tantangan, strategi ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ini meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, peningkatan fasilitas sekolah, dan kolaborasi yang lebih erat dengan orang tua. Dengan dukungan yang tepat, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa dan guru secara maksimal.

Abstract

The success or failure of a school depends on the quality of educators and education personnel and the leadership model of the principal in the management of Islamic education in the school. The factors behind this include poor leadership roles in developing the quality of educators and education personnel, such as the lack of competence of educators. In addition, factors that are quite influential are the management factor and the leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of educators and education personnel. The formulation of the problem is how the leadership and management model of the principal in implementing the vision and mission in improving the quality of educators and education at SDIT Al-Izzah Serang City. What are the obstacles to implementing the leadership and management model of school principals in implementing the vision and mission in improving the quality of educators and education at SDIT Al-Izzah. To find out the obstacles in management and leadership, the principal implements the vision and mission in improving the quality of educators and education at SDIT Al-Izzah. This study is a qualitative research with a literature review analysis method. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that: the leadership and management model of the principal implementing the vision and mission in improving the quality of educators and education at SDIT Al-Izzah is optimal. Improving teachers' pedagogic competence is carried out with activities such as coaching and evaluation, holding workshops, IT-based learning training, standardizing the assessment system with the procurement of value processing applications. Teachers' personality competencies are fostered to improve their personality abilities that are steady, noble, wise, and authoritative and become role models for students. Teachers' social competence is honed through the 5 S program (smile, greeting, greeting, politeness, and courtesy), continuous training as tausiyah officers, tarbiyah, student guardian meetings, meetings with student guardian associations, meetings with committees. Teachers' professionalism is fostered by their ability to master subject matter broadly and deeply, which is carried out continuous improvement.

Abstract

This research was conducted as an effort to determine the implementation of Islamic education curriculum management at Pndok Tahfizh Wadil Quran Tangerang. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of curriculum management in Islamic Education at Pondok Tahfizh Wadil Quran Tangerang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection process is through interviews and observation. The results of this research explain that the curriculum management at Pondok Tahfizh Wadil Koran Tangerang is in accordance with the indicators of Islamic education curriculum management, carried out as follows: 1) Analysis of Islamic education curriculum management, 2) Islamic education curriculum planning process 3) organization of the Islamic education curriculum, 4) Implementation of the Islamic education curriculum, 5) Evaluation of the Islamic education curriculum. It was concluded that in general Pondok Tahfizh Wadil Quran Tangerang had implemented Islamic education curriculum management in accordance with Islamic curriculum management

Abstract

This study explores the impact of the "Halo Bahasa" application in the digital transformation of Indonesian language learning. Utilizing digital technology, the app offers interactive exercises, educational features, and instructional videos aimed at enhancing speaking, reading, and writing skills. A literature review method was employed to analyze the app's effectiveness, referencing various relevant sources. The findings indicate that "Halo Bahasa" successfully boosts user motivation and confidence in using Indonesian. However, the low reading interest in Indonesia remains a significant challenge affecting literacy quality and human resources. The study concludes that while the app makes a positive contribution, further evaluation is needed to effectively integrate it into formal education curricula for long-term literacy improvement. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak aplikasi "Halo Bahasa" dalam transformasi digital pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Aplikasi ini, dengan fitur latihan interaktif, fitur edukatif, dan video pembelajaran, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Metode tinjauan literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi berdasarkan berbagai sumber tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi "Halo Bahasa" efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri pengguna. Namun, rendahnya minat baca di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan signifikan yang mempengaruhi kualitas literasi dan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun aplikasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif, diperlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk integrasi yang lebih efektif dalam kurikulum pendidikan formal.

Abstract

This research explores the optimization of Quranic memorization management through an integrative curriculum approach. The primary focus is to understand how the implementation of an integrative curriculum can enhance the memorization achievements of students. Using a qualitative research method through a literature review, this study delves into the concepts and application of an integrative curriculum in the context of Quranic education. The underlying hypothesis is that a well-implemented integrative curriculum can improve the effectiveness of tahfizh management, thereby enhancing students' memorization performance. The findings indicate that an integrative curriculum, which combines religious and general knowledge, significantly contributes to the improvement of students' memorization quality, supported by effective management and teaching methods tailored to students' characteristics. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of applying an integrative curriculum in Quranic educational institutions as an effective strategy for improving students' learning outcomes. This research provides valuable insights into the development of Islamic education management, particularly in the context of Quranic memorization programs.   Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas optimalisasi manajemen tahfizh Al-Qur'an melalui pendekatan kurikulum integratif. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana penerapan kurikulum integratif dapat meningkatkan prestasi hafalan santri. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep dan penerapan kurikulum integratif dalam konteks pendidikan tahfizh. Hipotesis yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan kurikulum integratif yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen tahfizh, sehingga memperbaiki capaian hafalan santri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum integratif yang menggabungkan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hafalan santri, didukung oleh manajemen yang baik serta metode pengajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik santri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kurikulum integratif dalam institusi pendidikan tahfizh sebagai strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar santri. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan tahfizh.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the subjects that must be studied in Islamic boarding schools. Apart from Arabic, there are also lessons on imla', namely lessons on maharah al-kitabah (writing skills) in Arabic. Maharah al-kitabah is one of the most important skills in learning Arabic. Because in Islamic boarding schools there are two groups of different educational backgrounds, some are from SMP alumni and MTs alumni. So in this study there will be a comparison between SMP and MTs alumni students. The aim is to find out whether there are significant differences in Arabic writing skills. This study used a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach with a sample size of 10 MTs alumni and 10 junior high school alumni of 58 students. This study also uses hypothesis testing. The results showed that Ho was rejected, meaning that there was no significant difference between SMP and MTs alumni because t count < t table, meaning that the t count is smaller than the t table. Considering that it is possible that junior high school alumni students are also proficient in writing Arabic because they have studied Arabic before in their home environment. ABSTRAK Bahasa arab merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang wajib dipelajari di pondok pesantren. Selain bahasa Arab ada juga pelajaran imla' yaitu pelajaran tentang maharah al-kitabah (keterampilan menulis) bahasa arab. Maharah al-kitabah adalah salah satu keterampilan yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Karena di dalam pondok pesantren terdapat dua golongan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda, ada yang dari alumni SMP dan alumni MTs. maka dalam penelitian ini akan ada perbandingan antara siswa alumni SMP dan MTs tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan menulis bahasa arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 10 dari siswa alumni MTs dan 10 Alumni SMP dari 58 siswa. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak artinya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa alumni SMP dan MTs karna t hitung < t tabel artinya nilai t hitung lebih kecil dibanding t tabel. Mengingat tidak menutup kemungkinan siswa alumni SMP juga mahir dalam menulis bahasa Arab karna mereka sudah belajar bahsa Arab sebelumnya di lingkungan rumahnya.
