Abstract

E-commerce is the largest contributor to the digital economy in Indonesia in 2023. One of the e-commerce that is the main choice for conducting online transactions is Shopee. Judging from the large number of consumers' interest in visiting Shopee, it allows consumers to carry out unplanned purchasing behavior or impulsive buying when visiting Shopee. This study aims to determine the influence of Live streaming, online customer trust, and electronic word of mouth on impulsive buying on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The research method was carried out by analyzing primary data by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to 120 respondents in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection in this study was carried out in June 2024 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study were Shopee application users aged 18 years and over, domiciled in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and had made unplanned product purchases on Shopee. The study utilized a purposive sampling method to select participants. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of SMARTPLS software version 4.1.0.3. The results of this study indicate that both live streaming and electronic word of mouth do not have a significant effect on impulsive buying. While online customer trust has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Abstract

This study aims to deepen the understanding of the influence of HRM practices on employee performance, considering job satisfaction as a mediator, and evaluate its effectiveness in the food and beverage industry. The research approach is quantitative, with data collection involving 290 café employees in Batam through an online questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using Smart PLS. This study found a significant positive influence on HRM Practices on Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction. However, the positive effect generated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance proved to be insignificant, and Job Satisfaction did not act as a mediator in the relationship between HRM Practices and Employee Performance. In the food and beverage industry, companies are advised to concentrate on things that can improve employee performance, such as training, performance appraisals, and compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between e-wallet adoption in Indonesia and digital financial literacy, facilitation conditions, social influence, performance expectations, behavioral intentions, and user behavior. In the development of computerized monetary innovation, a decent comprehension of the variables that impact conduct e-wallet clients are significant. This study employs a survey method that is sent to people who use e-wallets in different parts of Indonesia. The consequences of relapse strategy and way investigation show that computerized monetary proficiency impacts the conduct aims of e-wallet clients. Likewise, assistance conditions and social impact were additionally demonstrated to contribute essentially to conduct aims. E-wallet execution assumptions likewise assume a significant part in forming client goals. E-wallet users' actual actions are further predicted by strong behavioral intentions. These discoveries give significant bits of knowledge to legislatures, monetary foundations, and e-wallet specialist organizations to foster more powerful showcasing and schooling procedures. Abstract

This study evaluates the business feasibility and marketing innovation strategies for the salted egg industry in Brebes, with a focus on product innovation, production processes, and financial viability. The object of this research is the salted egg production business in Brebes, which has become a regional culinary icon known for its unique taste and traditional production methods. The research aims to assess the potential for growth in the Brebes salted egg industry, identify the opportunities and challenges faced by producers, and provide strategic recommendations for expanding into both domestic and international markets. The methodology employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including interviews with industry stakeholders, consumer surveys, and financial analysis. SWOT analysis was used to evaluate the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats that could impact the business. Financial analysis methods such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) were applied to evaluate investment viability and long-term profitability. The findings indicate that the Brebes salted egg industry shows strong potential for growth, with opportunities to expand through product innovation and improved marketing strategies. The research concludes that implementing innovations in product varieties, production efficiency, and marketing strategies will enhance the competitiveness of Brebes salted eggs in the global market, positioning it as a leading product in the international food industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand trust and brand image on purchasing decisions on skincare skintific Tiktokshop Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach, for the population in this study is the Sidoarjo community with a sample of 100.The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the respondent criteria, namely the Sidoarjo community who have purchased skincare skintific tiktok shop. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and answers are measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses the smart PLS (Partial Least Square) tool. The results of this study prove that Brand Awareness influences purchasing decisions on skincare skintific tiktokshop products. In addition, Brand Trust influences purchasing decisions on skincare skintific tiktok shop products and Brand Image influences purchasing decisions on skincare skintific tiktok shop products

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, explain, and provide empirical evidence of the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior with creative self-efficacy as a mediator and moderated by proactive personality in the food and beverage sector. This study was conducted on Warong Steak and Shake Yogyakarta, with a sample of 135 respondents, obtained through a questionnaire method selected with a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on creative self-efficacy, creative self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy mediates entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior, and proactive personality does not moderate entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior

Abstract

The research aims to determine empirically the influence of Good Corporate Governance on banking profitability in Indonesia. The method used in the study is a quantitative method with secondary data sources obtained from good corporate governance reports and financial statements from each bank. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling, namely banks that had participated in CGPI in 2019-2023. This hypothesis was tested with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection techniques through documentation and data are processed through spss 26 software. The results of this study show that in banking, Good Corporate Governance as measured by managerial ownership, commissioners and internal audit has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the board of directors and audit committee have a negative and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Dual role conflict becomes a threat to household life if working women prioritize work outside the home compared to taking care of the household. It is also important to pay attention to the work life balance in the household as a concern for working women. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on the work motivation of working women with student status in Gorontalo Province. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. The population in the study was not yet known so that the sampling technique used nonprobability sampling type of purposive sampling where samples were taken based on certain criteria so that the number of samples was 97 respondents. The results of the study showed that partially there was a positive and significant impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on work motivation and simultaneously there was also a positive and significant impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on the work motivation of working women with student status in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Non-organic employees have an important role in supporting the operations of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office. However, challenges such as low motivation, less supportive work environment, and limited competence have the potential to reduce performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment, and competence on the performance of non-organic employees at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in South Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 133 using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 100. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, motivation, work environment, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings provide important implications for management to develop strategies to increase motivation, improve the work environment, and strengthen the competence of non-organic employees.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Digital Flipbook marketing media for home care services in pharmaceutical companies. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed consumer behavior, now paying more attention to health and relying on digital-based services. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to design online information literacy. This study also uses quantitative methods, such as survey techniques through questionnaires. The population of the study was users of home care services in Palembang City. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS to test the relationship between promotion through e-catalogs, customer service management, and purchase interest. The study results indicate that Digital Flipbook is an effective digital marketing media in increasing consumer knowledge and interest in-home care services. The evaluation was carried out through a consumer survey on the perception of using this Flipbook as a means of communication.
