Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven innovations in online transportation services that offer convenience, speed, and efficiency, one of which is Maxim Bike. This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Maxim Bike users in Bandar Lampung City. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 97 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using SmartPLS 4 with validity, reliability, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that trust and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while price has no significant effect. This suggests that customer loyalty is more influenced by the quality of relationships and customer experience than by price factors. Theoretically, this study highlights the importance of trust and satisfaction as key determinants of loyalty in digital service marketing, while also aligning with Islamic business values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, and fairness. Practically, companies are advised to enhance service quality, information transparency, as well as user safety and comfort, while maintaining fair pricing to sustain perceived customer value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Halal Supply Chain Management (HSCM) among food micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with MSME actors and a key informant from the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). The data were analyzed thematically to explore the understanding of halal, supply chain practices, and implementation challenges. The findings indicate that although MSMEs demonstrate a relatively high level of halal awareness, HSCM implementation remains partial and largely administrative. Upstream supply chain practices, particularly in raw material procurement, are predominantly informal and trust-based, increasing potential halal-related risks. The study identifies an implementation gap between halal awareness and operational practices, driven by limited managerial capacity and halal literacy. Furthermore, halal certification is often interpreted as symbolic compliance rather than a substantive supply chain management system. This study contributes to the HSCM literature by providing qualitative insights into MSME practices and by highlighting the interplay among values, perceptions, and managerial capability in shaping halal supply chain implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of logistics integration in strengthening the influence of supply chain management practices on the competitive advantage of MSMEs producing frozen food in Bantul Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving MSME actors as research respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices have a positive and significant influence on logistics integration and competitive advantage. Other findings show that logistics integration also has a positive effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. In addition, logistics integration has been proven to be able to mediate the relationship between SCM practices and competitive advantage, so that the implementation of an integrated supply chain can strengthen business competitiveness. The implementation of effective SCM practices encourages improvement in operational efficiency, distribution accuracy, product quality, and the ability of MSMEs to meet market needs in a sustainable manner. This research provides an empirical contribution on the importance of logistics integration in supporting the success of supply chain strategies, especially in the frozen food MSME sector which faces increasingly dynamic business competition. The research findings are expected to be a reference for MSME actors in developing a more effective distribution system and supply chain management to increase competitive advantage in a sustainable manner.
