Abstract

This study examines the integration of neuroscience into the school curriculum to enhance students' character development in accordance with Pancasila values. Using a mixed-method approach, the research combines qualitative and quantitative analyses through surveys, interviews, and classroom observations. Participants included 60 individuals, comprising fifth-grade elementary students, teachers, and the principal from a public elementary school in Lebak Regency, Banten, Indonesia. The intervention employed neuroscience-based learning strategies, including Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and mindfulness activities. The findings suggest that implementing neuroscience principles enhances students' understanding of moral and social values, while also improving empathy, cooperation, and emotional awareness. The study concludes that integrating neuroscience into education supports both cognitive development and holistic character formation aligned with Pancasila values. It emphasizes collaboration among educators, neuroscientists, and policymakers in creating an inclusive, brain-friendly curriculum to support Indonesia's national education goals

Abstract

This study aims to develop innovative ethnomathematics-based learning media in the form of picture storybooks, applied to 26 sixth-grade students of SD Islam Al Azhar 47 Samarinda. The type of research used is research and development, utilizing the ADDIE model, which is divided into five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Media testing is conducted through validation by material experts, language experts, and media experts. The evaluation during the trial proceeded relatively smoothly. This research is currently limited in scope, so it is necessary to develop broader variables to obtain a more comprehensive picture.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the scientific reasoning abilities of Class XI IPA students at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo in relation to environmental change materials. The background of this study is based on the low scientific reasoning skills of students, which have implications for suboptimal critical thinking, problem-solving, and mastery of scientific concepts. The research method employs a quantitative descriptive approach using the Lawson Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (LCTSR) test instrument, which comprises six indicators of scientific reasoning: proportional reasoning, probabilistic reasoning, correlational reasoning, variable identification and control, volume conservation, and hypothetico-deductive reasoning. The research sample consisted of 35 students randomly selected from Class XI Biology primary majors at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo. The results showed that most students were at the transitional operational stage (54%), while 41% were still at the concrete operational stage, and only 5% had reached the formal operational stage. Overall, the average scientific reasoning ability of students was in the sufficient category (41%). The probabilistic indicator achieved the highest score (61%, good), while variable identification and control achieved the lowest score (7%, poor). The contribution of this study is to provide a clear picture of students' scientific reasoning abilities based on each LCTSR indicator. The learning implications of these findings are the need for more instruction that gradually trains scientific thinking, particularly in determining variables, controlling variables, and drawing conclusions based on data

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the achievement and differences in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program in elementary schools in Bantul Regency. This evaluative research employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing the CIPP evaluation model with a quantitative descriptive orientation. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, involving respondents consisting of teachers and elementary students from one public and one private elementary school, namely SD Muhammadiyah Bendo and SD Negeri Sutran. The results at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo indicate that 28.13% fall into the "Very Good" category, 12.5% into the "Good" category, 21.88% into the "Fair" category, 18.75% into the "Poor" category, and 18.75% into the "Very Poor" category. Meanwhile, at SD Negeri Sutran, 25% are in the "Very Good" category, 40.6% in the "Good" category, 18.75% in the "Medium" category, 9.4% in the "Low" category, and 6.25% in the "Very Low" category. Overall, the findings reveal a distributional difference in survey results that reflects varying degrees of program success between the two schools. Based on the data distribution and the number of students in the lower categories, SD Negeri Sutran demonstrates a more consistent and comprehensive implementation of the GLS program compared to SD Muhammadiyah Bendo

Abstract

This study aims to develop a transdisciplinary model of entrepreneurial competence and career development based on bibliometric analysis and the integration of cross-disciplinary theories. The research is grounded in the demands of the digital economy era, which requires entrepreneurial competence that is not only technical in nature, but also encompasses career readiness, psychological resilience, and digital competence. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining bibliometric analysis and conceptual study. Data were obtained from international journal databases (2018–2025) and analyzed using VOSviewer to produce network visualizations, overlay visualizations, and density maps. Of the 2,087 identified publications, 253 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. The results reveal several main clusters, including entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial competence, attitude, digital competence, growth mindset, resilience, and career readiness, all of which are interrelated. Another important finding is the role of digital competence as a bridge between entrepreneurship education, core competence, and career readiness. This study produces a transdisciplinary model that integrates educational, psychological, technological, social, and career dimensions, and provides implications for the development of more adaptive entrepreneurship education curricula and policies in the digital era

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the application of Poasa-asa and Pohamba-hamba values is reflected in the daily lives of elementary school students, as depicted in the local folktale of Ence Sulaiman. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study are students of SDN 2 Wanci. Data were collected through observation, document studies, and interviews. The data were analyzed to identify patterns of value application in student behavior and activities. The findings reveal five main aspects of the application of Poasa-asa and Pohamba-hamba values among students: (1) Students cooperate to maintain school cleanliness, show empathy and encouragement, and teach fair play. (2) Students help their classmates when they face difficulties in completing school assignments. (3) Students give love cards to their loved ones (parents, siblings, peers, and others). (4) Students donate clothes that are still wearable in accordance with the teachings of Islam, which encourage us to care for others. (5) Students mention the names of people they want to pray for, such as friends and family.
