Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Berdasar latar belakang penelitian yang dikemukakan di atas, maka penulis dapat merumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada  PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif  dan kuantitatif . Metoda deskriptif yaitu analisis data dengan cara penguraian teori-teori yang terdapat di dalam daftar pustaka serta dihubungkan dengan data yang didapat dari hasil penelitian yang nantinya dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan dan ditabulasikan kemudian diambil kesimpulan. Dan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier sederhan.  Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 44 orang, hasil penelitiannya adalah dilihat dari perhitungan dapat diperoleh persamaan  regresi linier sederhan sebagai berikut : Y =15.324+ 0.659X  bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan variabel disiplin terhadap kinerja yaitu dapat dilihat nilai t_hitung (5.471) > t_tabel (2.0180), , nilai koefesien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.416 yaitu bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 41.6 persen sedangka sisanya sebesar 58.4 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Pekanbaru. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 orang anggota dari 529 populasi dengan menggunakan sampel secara acak (Random Sampling). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji T dan Uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji T terbukti bahwa citra koperasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota, ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (6.431 > 1.291) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota, ditunjukkan dangan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2.526 > 1.291) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,013 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F terbukti bahwa citra koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota, ditunjukkan dengan nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel (153.093 > 0.311).

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Suntory Garuda Food Tbk, Pekanbaru branch, with the variable promotion research position (X) and employee performance (Y). Aimed to find out the effect of promotion in the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Suntory Garuda Food Tbk, Pekanbaru branch. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, with a population and sample of 46 people, valid and reliable instrument testing. Results: the regression test result Y = 14,684 + 0,715X Constant (a) of 14,684 meant that when there was no promotion or zero, then the employee's performance was obtained at 14,684 units. While the influence of job promotion on employee performance is positive as evidenced from the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.715 which means that every promotion increase in one unit position will be able to increase employee performance by 0.715 units. The test is obtained t count of 7.690 and also based on the test table The significance obtained by t table is 2.021. From the two tests it was concluded that t arithmetic (7,690)> t table (2,021). And the results of the hypothesis test in this study is the promotion of position has a significant effect on employee performance. The R square obtained R-square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.573, and this means that the influence of job promotion variables on employee performance variables is 57.3% while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables outside the promotion variable not discussed in this study

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the effect of  tranformational and transactional leadership towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers of  SMK "M" Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study used the census method with 47 respondents. Using descriptive and quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the partial test results for Transformational Leadership Variables (X1) are obtained, t count> t table (3.041> 2.015). Furthermore, the partial test results for the Transactional Leadership Variable (X2), obtained t count > t table (2,719 > 2,015). Both are variable X with probability <0.05. This means that Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional Leadership (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on OCB at SMK “M” Pekanbaru. Likewise, the simultaneous test results obtained the value of F count > Ftable (30.549> 3,210) with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the variables of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional Leadership (X2)  simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on OCB at SMK “M” Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence  both of variables on OCB at SMK “M” of Pekanbaru, based on the Determination Coefficient Test, obtained 56.2% and the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership has on the performance of employees CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees at CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru numbered 31 employees. To determine the number of samples, research use the theory in Sugiono’s book (2017:146), namely research conducted on populations below 100 should be carried out by census (total sampling) so that the entire populations is sampled. Data analysisnused was validity, realibility, simple  linier regression and the t test. The test is to find out the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The final conclusin of this study id the correlation coefficient (r2) obtained 0,252 wich show relationship between leadership influence with employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. while the persentage of leadership influence on employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru by 25,2% with the result  of the hypothesis test t count : 3,068 > t tabel 2,04. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, wich means there is asignificant relationship between leadership and employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted at PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub-district Siak Hulu District Kampar, which aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of research using descriptive and quantitative methods with the number of respondents 47 people, comparing the actual reality with theories that have a relationship with the problem in order to draw conclusions and tabulated in tabular form then analyzed according to research objectives. The results of the discussion can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity, this can be seen from the effect of work motivation indicators with employee work productivity indicators. It is known that the value of t count> t table (5.875> 2.014) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.050) so Ho is rejected, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. It is also known that the R square (𝑅2) of 43.4% or 0.434 is used to determine the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (Work Motivation) on the dependent variable (Work Productivity). The R square means that work motivation contributes to changes in employee work productivity variables by 43.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study. Therefore, it is expected that PT. Alam Permata Riau Sub- district Siak Hulu District Kampar to further increase employee motivation to achieve the work productivity expected by the company.

Abstract

Abstract : Humans are one of the important resources owned by an organization or company. Resources owned by an organization, especially human beings, are an asset that must be maintained and empowered in order to be able to provide maximum contribution to the development and growth of the company. Increasingly complex performance demands. It takes good management in managing existing human resources. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT. Joey Sasmita Badge Pekanbaru Branch. The number of samples in this study were 49 people. From the results of the validity test, the whole statement items between the supervisory variable and the work discipline variable were declared valid because the rcount > rtable (0.281) was obtained. The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 7,296 + 0.720X. From the results of the partial test or t test, it is obtained that the value of tcount (12.833) > from the value of ttable (2.011) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline variable. And the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.778 means the contribution or magnitude of the influence of supervision on work discipline is 0.778 or 77.8 % while the remaining 22.2 % is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted on the PT. Wahana Tata Griya project, namely residential Griya Savana Sukajadi 2 on Sukajadi Street Kampar district. This research study tostudy the Effect of Location on Decisions the purchase of Perumahan type 36 in PT. WahanaTata Griya Pekanbaru City. In analysing data obtained from research objects usingquantitative analysis and 45 respondents., using the SPSS program using simple linearregressons analysis method. From the regression results in this study, the following regressionequation can be know : Y = 11,358 + 0,657X, estimated value of 11,358, this value refers towhen the location variable ( variable X) is zero, then decision the purchase (variable Y) is11,358 while the value of b is 0,657, meaning that the compilation increase the value of the location variable ( variable X) by 1 (one) unit, then decision the purchase on (variable Y) will increase by 0,657 units. T value of 8,664. While the critical value according to the table with significance level 5% using the formula t table (α / 2; n-k) k=2 and n= 45-2 = 43 is 2,01669, because t count > t table then Ho is rejected. The importance of the influence of location variables on decisions the purchase variable. With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha)accepted. Positive t value indicates variables require a direct relationship with decision the purchase at PT. Wahana Tata Griya Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of63,6 or 63,6%. So it can be concluded that location variables by 63,6%. While the remaining36,4% (100%-63,6%).

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to analyze the implementation of the relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu. By using a totalsample of 32 people. In this research, the writer used quantitative research method usingSPSS data processing system. From the results obtained, the r count variable of workdiscipline is 0.641 and the value of r table is 0.338. so that r count> r table (0.641> 0.338)and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it means that there is a positive and significantrelationship between the discipline variable and the performance variable. Finally, from thisstudy it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship betweendiscipline and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 01 Koto Kampar Hulu.
