Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of City Minimum Wage Influence on Human Development Index of Pekanbaru City (2009-2016). The method used in this paper is literature study supported by quantitative descriptive analysis of secondary data. Secondary data used is data development of HDI, district/city minimum wage year 2009-2016 Pekanbaru city. The data are sourced from BPS Pekanbaru, and Bappeda Riau Province. the result of the research shows that the average minimum wage of Pekanbaru city for 8 years (2009-2016) is Rp 1.458.922, while the Human Development Index is only 78.42, in upper-medium category, so that the influence of independent variable to variable tied big enough that is 79.6 percent, so it is clear that the minimum wage of Pekanbaru city needs to be improved

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance room division Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Using a total sample of 31 people. In this study the authors used quantitative descriptive research method by using the SPSS17 method. From the result of the research, the number of training variables is 5,647 and the value of ttabe ladalah 2.045.sehinggathitung (5.647) >ttabel (2.045) and the significant value 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the training variables positively affect the performance variable. In the determination coefficient test (R2) in the value of R = 0.524 means the relationship of free variables (training) to variable terikan (performance) of 52.4% while the remaining 47.6% influenced by other variables that are not examined. Finally from this research can be concluded that the training has a positive and significant impact on the performance, so it is suggested to Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru in order to maintain and improve the training of employees room division in particular and all employees in general to produce maximum performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of stress on the performance of civil servants (PNS). Subjects in this study are civil servants Education and Culture amounted to 58 people. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test and normality test with the help of SPSS 16, using simple linear regression analysis, obtained calculation of regression equation that is: Y '= 42,519 - 0,068X. Coefficient of negative value means there is a negative relationship between work stress with work performance, which means if the work stress increases, then the performance of work will decrease

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict management on the productivity of agents at PT. BNI Life Insurance Pekanbaru Branch. Total population of 63 people with a sample of 63 respondents where the sampling technique using premises using census samples The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 17 for Windows tool. The results show that there is a significant effect of conflict management on agent productivity. Based on the results of analysis, it is known that t count> t table (6.029> 2.000) with probability (0.00 <0.05) So for the variable conflict management partially significant effect on agent productivity This means Ho accepted and reject Ha.From the test results determination , Contribution of conflict management variable (X) influence agent productivity variable (Y) equal to 37,3% and balance 62,7% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Recommendations given to improve the productivity of agents is the leader should not borednya give motivation and passion to the agent

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence of service quality with the indicator of reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, attention and physical proof to patient satisfaction of Thamrin Cab Clinic Laboratory. Pekanbaru. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents from patients who have performed health checks at the Thamrin Cab Clinic Laboratory. Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the study note that there is influence of service quality on patient satisfaction with regression equation Y = -5.466 + 0.334X1 + 0.246X2 + 0.228X3 + 0.266X4 + 0.209X5. Simultaneously Fcount value is 116.477 with significant level 0.000. Therefore, in both calculations Fcount> Ftable (116.477> 2.31) and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, it indicates that Ho is rejected or significant, which means independent variable / independent variable (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) jointly affect the satisfaction of patient Lab. Partially by using t test obtained free variable that is reliability / reliability with titung 8.705> ttable 1.985, responsiveness / responsiveness with t count 6.002> ttabel 1.985, assurance / assurance with t count 3.234> ttabel 1.985, empathy / attention with tcount 3.376> ttabel 1.985 , tangible / physical proof with thitung 4,318> ttabel 1,985. R Square (R2) of 0.854 or 85.4%, it shows that the dependent variable (patient satisfaction) can be explained by 85.4% by independent variable (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the capacity of financial aspect and human capital of financial performance of SMEs in Pekanbaru City. This research use descriptive analysis method and verification with technical analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) with primary data from questionnaire to 20 UMKM as respondent. Data are classified into three characteristics, ie micro, small and medium enterprises grouped based on business turnover per year. Then measured factor loading (convergent validity), discriminant validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, and path coefficient by using SmartPLS. The results showed that the financial and human capital have a significant influence on financial performance, and human capital has a significant influence on the financial aspects

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation to employee performance at Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Kota Duri. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Kota DurI  which amounted to 32 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample of saturated (Sugiyono, 2010: 96) "sampling saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample". While this study is the variable compensation and employee performance. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, normality, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). The research concludes that the compensation simultaneously affect the performance of employees with a value of correlation R = 0.776 which shows the close relationship between compensation and performance of employees at Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Kota Duri. While the R-square at 60.3% which can mean compensation has contributed a contribution of 60.3% on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at KUD Makarti Jaya Desa Kumain Kec. Tandun Kab. Rokan Hulu. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the constraints and solutions in the replanting program of oil palm plantation member Karti Makarti Jaya village Kumain Tandun District Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this research is to know the obstacle constraint which inhibit replanting program and to know the solution of palm oil replanting program of KUD makarti member Jaya Desa Kumain Tandun District Rokan Hulu Regency. The research method using qualitative descriptive method, the researcher use informant or resource as data source, this research can be concluded that the replanting constraint of oil palm plantation in KUD Makarti Jaya Desa Kumain is the debt of Cooperative member to bank and certificate of plot as the benefit, the cost of replanting is big enough. the cost of living of cooperative members during replanting is done until the plant produces (productive) returns, lack of awareness of members in building cooperatives in the future. The solution is to avoid the debt when the oil palm plant near the time of replanting, planting other plants or open new gardens so that farmers' income members uninterrupted during the replanting, intercropping system at the beginning of rejuvenation, between 1-3 years on the land, awareness of cooperative members about the importance of togetherness, please help and participation of members in advancing cooperative organizations

Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of job satisfaction on the discipline of honorary employee CV Kampar Motor. Populasi in this study is all employees honorer who amounted to 38 employees sampled research. Results of SPSS Examination in this study found the test results on Job Satisfaction variable (X) on Work Discipline (Y) can be seen that t-count is greater than t-table (7,929> 2.028) with significant level 0,00. It can be concluded that job satisfaction variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline (Y) The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX namely: Y = 7.026 + 0.870X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive.  This indicates that the independent variable if the enhanced equation will give rise also to the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.636 (63.6%) explained that the discipline of of the respondent is influenced by job satisfaction of 63.6%

Abstract

This research was conducted at Soccer School (SSB) Tunas Bangsa Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Subdistrict Kampar Regency located at Jl. Like Karya Perum Griya Tarai Asri Blok A4. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of training and motivation to team work partially and simultaneously on the member of School of Football (SSB) Tunas Bangsa and to know which variable is the most significant influence to team cooperation in School of Football (SSB) Tunas Bangsa. The study population was 17 members of Sekolah Tunak Bangsa Football School (SSB) with census model. The research variables used are training and motivation as independent variable and teamwork as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study concluded that the training and motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on teamwork at Soccer School (SSB) Tunas Bangsa. Where the most dominant factor influencing teamwork is the training factor. The research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows the independent variables studied is the team cooperation, training and motivation variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable team cooperation
