Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport - Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II, Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport - Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees Section Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), which amounted to 34 people. In this study, the sampling using saturated sample, the population sampled by 33 people (researchers is one of the clerks in Section Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), thus excluding the sample). Analysis of data using simple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture significantly influence employee performance in Section Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF). The magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance amounted to 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study. Recommendations can be submitted to the PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport - Pekanbaru, to be more regard about organizational culture is applied, because the organizational culture has a great influence, ie 50.2%

Based on the results of the research analysis found the test results that t-count is greater than t-table (4.006> 2.042). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Non-Physical Work Environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX that is: Y = 15,016 + 0,603 X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This indicates that independent variables if increased equation will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.321 (32.1%) explained that the performance of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru influenced by Non Physical work environment of 32.1% while the rest of 67.9% influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Branch Giant Extra Metropolitan City Pekanbaru .. Population in this research is employees of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Branch of Giant Extra Metropolitan City Pekanbaru which amounted to 102 people. Sampling is done by using sampling method. Data analysis was performed using reliability test, normality, F test, multiple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Branch of Giant Extra Metropolitan City Pekanbaru. Based on the results of research that the service quality simultaneously factors that affect the compensation with the correlation value R = 0.673 which indicates a close relationship between work discipline and organizational culture with employee performance. While adjusted R square in can 0,427, which means work discipline and organizational culture contribute 42,7% contribution to employee performance, and have positive and significant influence to employee performance with level of sig. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that hypothesis simultaneously and partially between work discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance proven and acceptable truth

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages (compensation) profit sharing system to employee loyalty by the object of research at Kotabuana Restaurant Pekanbaru. This research uses census sampling technique to 87 employees. The result of analysis by using simple linear regression obtained by regression equation: Y = 44,172 + 0,157X + ?. Obtained by value for constant of Employee Loyalty sharing is 44.172 when value of profit sharing variable declared as ZERO and every increase in the value of profit sharing one unit it will affect the increase in employee loyalty of 0.157 units. The result of t test shows that profit sharing has no significant effect on employee loyalty with the result of calculation that t value of profit sharing (X variable) = 1,229

Financial inclusion is a must to be implemented, which is considered to reduce the gap and poverty that occurs in the community through financial services and banking with the motor of the banking industry (IP) and the non-bank financial industry (IKNB) including BUMD, BUMD with the object of business sector micro and small or UMKM. IKNB includes competent authorities in the development of the micro and small-medium enterprises sector through continuous capital assistance, coaching and supervision. The concept and model offered in this paper is a national movement of foster parents who can be applied in the sector of micro and small medium enterprises referred to as GN-OTA UMKM. These concepts and models seem simple and obsolete, if this model has never been implemented for the development of UMKM then this model becomes a new model and IKNB can be a pioneer or a major player in the development of UMKM

This research was conducted in the research conducted at PT. Metro Abadi Sempurna Semesta Pekanbaru in 2017. The aim of this study is to determine the influence store atmosphere on on purchase decisions custumers at PT. Metro Abadi Sempurna Semesta Pekanbaru in . Technique analysis data using descriptive analysis and quantitative. With the methods the sample collection of sampling convenience. It means respondents ( a subject ) selected by chance alone from members of the population who are willing to are only sampled, as many as 100 customers.Based on the results of a test of linear regression equation worship of idols with the equation regression Y = 15.814 + 0.437X . The regression coefficient are positive, means the better store atmosphere given, so the decisions is increased. T test results, the value of t_count for the variable store atmosphere as follows: has a value of t_count 6.614 > t_table of 1,984. So this means that the store atmosphere significant on variabels purchase decisions custumers at PT. Metro Abadi Sempurna Semesta Pekanbaru Then to value r _ square of 30.9 % show their contribution given variable store atmosphere on variables purchase decisions, while the rest of 69,1.% influenced by other variables that aren t pursuing in this research

In an organization required a system that can support the performance of the organization. One of them is a good competence and according to their respective fields of work. With the existence of a good competence certainly can support the work activities of employees more effectively and efficiently. The problem of the need to obtain superior and professional human resources expected by many companies in Indonesia both public and private business entities to compete in the current era of globalization. Coupled with the existence of Asean Economic Community (MEA), will certainly be a challenge for an organization. Today the world is characterized by an increasingly rapid development in all areas of activity, as well as in service activities. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel. The number of samples in this study as many as 53 people. The result in this research is competence has no significant effect on employee performance. The test equipment used in this study using simple linear regression, t test, and to determine the magnitude of the influence of variables using the coefficient of determination. In test the validity of the overall statement items between competence variables and performance variables declared valid because the value obtained rhitung> rtabel (0.270). Results of simple linear regression obtained value Y = 21.748 + 0.160X. From the test results partially or t test obtained tcount (1.096) 0.05 means competence variable is not significant to the performance variable. And the value of coefficient of determination R2 equal to 0.023 or 2.3%, it means Influence or contribution given by competence variable to performance variable equal to 2.3% while the rest equal to 97.7% influenced by other factor not examined in this research.

This study aims to determine whether the brand image has an influence on purchace decisions to silverqueen chocolate in PT. Kota Mas Permai branches Pekanbaru. The samples in this study using a convenience sampling method. This population research study are outlets sellers in panam pekanbaru.73 questionnaires distributed and returned with a piece without being fell. The hypotesis tested in this test using a simple linear regression which tested using SPSS. Based on testing of 73 pieces the questionnaire, the researcher can conclude that the independent variable (brand image) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from t is greater than t table ((8,796>1,667) ,with a large percentage of the influence of brand image on the purchese decisions of 52,1%
