Abstract

This research was conducted in three housing complex locations, namely Perum Griya Cemara Asri, Forestry Vocational School Housing Complex, Perum Kampung Dalam Lestari in Pekanbaru City. The aim of this research is: to determine the pattern and role of the community in managing waste and identify waste management problems in three housing locations in Tuah Madani sub-district. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research directly describes the phenomenon of waste management in three residential locations, starting from the collection, storage and transportation process, the waste sorting process and the waste recycling process. The results of this research are, First; Waste management in the Forestry Vocational School Housing Complex and Perum Kampung Dalam Lestari is in accordance with existing regulations, starting from the collection, container and transportation process, the waste sorting process and the waste recycling process. Second, there are still people managing waste at Perum Griya Cemara Asri who manage it independently, not using SNI standard containers, and there are still very few people who participate in sorting waste. Third, the waste management problems that are still encountered are: there are still illegal dumping near the research location, there are still residents who manage waste by burning it in the open field, there are still residents who have not separated the waste, there are still a few residents who are willing to become members of the Waste Bank and there are still people who who are not yet willing to pay waste fees

Abstract

The share price is the price set for a company for other parties who want to have ownership rights to a company through shares. The research aims to examine the influence of EPS, NPM, and Operating Cash Flow on Stock Prices. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling method in this research used a purposive sampling method. The samples used were 16 of the 30 Food and Beverage companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing carried out in this research, it can be concluded that partially Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on Share Prices with a calculated T value of 7.713 > T table 1.703 and a significant of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so hypothesis H1 can be accepted . Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on share prices with a calculated T value of 5.284 > T table 1.703 and is significant at 0.000, less than 0.05, so hypothesis H2 can be accepted. Operating Cash Flow has a positive but not significant effect on share prices, with a calculated T value of 1.801 > T table 1.703 and a significant value of 0.076 which is greater than 0.05, so hypothesis H3 is rejected. Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin, and Operating Cash Flow simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on share prices, with a calculated F value of 52.325 > F table 2.98, and a significant 0.000 smaller than 0.05, so hypothesis H4 can be accepted. The influence of Earning Per Share (X1), Net Profit Margin (X2), and Operating Cash Flow (X3) on Share Prices (Y). The coefficient of determination written R Square is 0.707. It can be explained that the large proportion of influence of Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin and Operating Cash Flow on Share Price (Y) is 70.7%, while the remaining 29.3% is influenced by other factors outside the variables used in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of occupational safety and occupational health variables on employee performance through work motivation for the mosque dome project at CV Sido Harind Pekanbaru. The source of the data obtained is secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is Path analysis using a structural model to test direct and indirect relationships between variables, the tool used is SPSS 25. The results of the study show that the direct influence of work safety has no effect. on employee performance, while indirectly work safety through work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And the research results of the occupational health variable directly have a significant effect on employee performance, while indirectly occupational health through work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of supervision on employee work productivity at PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 33 respondents. The quantitative analysis encompassed validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The data analysis technique employed was simple regression analysis, which served to validate the research hypothesis. The hypothesis testing through t-test yielded a t-count of 2.689, while the t-table value was 2.036. Therefore, the research hypothesis result showed t-count 2.689 > t-table 2.036, indicating that supervision has a significant effect on employee work productivity. The relationship between supervision and productivity was positive, as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.620, meaning that each unit increase in supervision would increase employee work productivity by 0.620 units. The R Square value of 0.189 indicates that the contribution of supervision to employee work productivity at PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru is 18.90%.

Abstract

Based on the test results on the work environment variables have a significant effect on employee productivity in the Production Division of the Saudara Ngadjunjung Rasa (Sdr) Bread Factory in Kualu Village, Kampar Regency, this is proven based on the t-test found t-count is greater than t-table (4.981> 2.017). The magnitude of the influence of the work environment variables on the productivity variable is 0.366 (36.6%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where the R2 value is 0.366. The recommendation that can be submitted is for the company to further improve and fix the lighting problem in the workplace because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction at the Lagoena cake and plastic material store in Marpoyan of Pekanbaru city. The population of this research is all consumers of the Lagoena Marpoyan Store in 2021 as many as 6,734 people. The research sample was taken from the entire population which was simplified by using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 99 people was obtained. Furthermore, respondents were taken a number of samples using accidental sampling. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods which are then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of research data processing show that the product variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3), people (X4), promotions (X5), process (X6) and consumer service(X7) simultaneously or together. the same has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Lagoena shop for cakes and plastics in Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence is 81.4% based on the results of the Adjusted R Square value of 0.814. As for the results of partial hypothesis testing, it can be obtained that the promotion variable (X5) has no effect on consumer satisfaction, while the other 6 X variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the “XY” Education Institution. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing with the t test shows that there is a t count of 6.854, which means that from the t table it is obtained that the t table is 1.995, so the hypothesis test for this research is t table 6.854 > t count of 1.995, which means that service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction at “XY” Education Pekanbaru. The relationship between service quality (X) and job satisfaction (Y) is positive as evidenced by the results of b = 0.498, which means that for every one unit increase in service quality, “XY” Education Pekanbaru student satisfaction will be increased by 0.498 units. The contribution of service quality to “XY” Education Pekanbaru student satisfaction is 40.90%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business motivation of housewives in the Villa Bunga Arengka housing complex, using the variables capital, independence and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this research is the Villa Bunga Arengka housewife who runs a home business, currently numbering 35 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially the variables capital, independence and education have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of housewives in Tuah Madani District Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the impact of foreign exchange rate fluctuations on international trade and its effects on the country's foreign exchange earnings. Exchange rate fluctuations can influence the competitiveness of export and import prices, ultimately affecting the trade balance and foreign exchange earnings. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work environment on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. To achieve this objective, the study was conducted using a sample of 55 respondents through a questionnaire method. The data analysis employed both descriptive and quantitative methods utilizing simple linear regression. Based on the testing results of the work environment variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y) using SPSS software, the obtained t-count (6.695) was greater than the t-table value (2.006), thus indicating that variable X or the work environment factor has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. The R Square (R²) value of 0.463 (46.3%) demonstrates that employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru can be explained by the work environment factor at 46.3%. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.7% represents other independent variables not observed in this study.
