Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The influence of leadership style partially on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City(2) The effect of partial competence on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City (3) The influence of the work environment partially on the performance teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City (4) The influence of leadership style, competence, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City (5).. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a stratified random sample method (stratified sampling) with sampling using the saturated method, with a sample of 31 teachers at integrated islamic elementary school  in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) Partially leadership style had a significant effect on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City with a value of 2,408 Tvalue > 2,0158 Ttable (2) Partially competence does not have  significant effect on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City with a value of -2,078 Tvalue < 2,0158 Ttable (3) Partially the work environment dose not have significant effect on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City with a value of -0,553 Tvalue < 2,0158 Ttable  (4) Simultaneously leadership style, competence, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at integrated islamic elementary school ““QR”” in Pekanbaru City with a value of 3,688 Fvalue > 2,960 (Ftable).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Work Environment on the performance of Sekwan Kota “P” Office Employees. The research sample consisted of 41 people because the researcher was not included in the sample. The research results show that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Sekwan Kota “P” Office Employees. The validity test shows that all statement items are valid with a value of rcount > rtable (0.3081). The results of simple regression produce the equation Y = 12.524+ 0.410X. The t test shows that the tcount (2.487) is greater than ttable (2.02269) with a significance level of 0.017 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination R2 of 0.137 indicates that the contribution of the Work Environment variable to employee performance is 13.7% while 86.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work spirit on employee performance at PT "PPA" Pekanbaru Branch. The research employs a quantitative approach using observation and questionnaire data collection techniques. The population and sample consist of 32 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Validity tests show all statement items are valid (r count > 0.349) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test indicates normally distributed data (sig. 0.200 > 0.05). Regression analysis yields the equation Y = 28.129 + 1.310X + e, with t count (6.663) > t table (2.042) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows work spirit influences employee performance by 59.7%, while 40.3% is influenced by other variables. The conclusion is that work spirit significantly affects employee performance at PT "PPA" Pekanbaru Branch. Higher employee work spirit correlates with increased performance. Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Iin Jaya Pekanbaru car repair shop. The sample in this research was all 95 customers. Samples were taken from 95 people using the Slovin formula with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the respondents' response to the Service Quality variable statement was an average of 3.93 (Agree). Furthermore, the respondents' responses to the Customer Satisfaction variable statement were an average of 3.95 (Agree). The results of simple linear regression research in this study were Y = 28.645 + 0.470. By using the t test, the ttable value was obtained at 1.985 and the tcount value was 4.850, meaning tcount = 4.850 > ttable = 1.985, which means that service quality influences customer satisfaction at the Iin Jaya Pekanbaru car repair shop with a large influence of 20.2%

Abstract

Research conducted on CV. PLanet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of procedural justice on employee job satisfaction at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City with a sample of 91 employees. Based on the research results it is known that there is an effect of procedural justice on employee job satisfaction at CV. Planet Swalayan Marpoyan Pekanbaru City simple linear regression is as follows Y = 23,173 + 0,284 X. This equation means that when Procedural Justice (X) does not exist or is zero, employee satisfaction (Y) is still obtained by 23,173 units. While the effect of Procedural Justice (X) on employee satisfaction (Y) is positive as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.284 which means that every increase in Procedural Justice (X) of one unit will increase employee satisfaction (Y) on CV . Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City of 0.284 units. The results of SPSS data processing show that there is a tcount of 1,996, so the hypothesis test is tcount = 1,996 > ttable = 1,986 and also a significance level of 0.049 <0.05 which means that there is a significant influence between Procedural Justice (X) on employee satisfaction (Y) at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. In the coefficient test, the R Square value is 0.043. This means that the contribution of the Influence of Procedural Justice (X) to Employee Satisfaction (Y) at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan City of Pekanbaru is 4.3%. While the remaining 95.7% is influenced by other variables not described in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of supervision in improving the performance of harvest employees in the plantation sector, a case study at PT ABC. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 62 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the supervision variable (X) using SPSS assistance, the t-count was greater than the t-table (5.827> 2,000). Thus, it can be concluded that the X variable or supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of harvest employees in the plantation sector. The value (R2) = (0.601 X 0.601 = 0.361) or 36.1%, so the percentage of contribution or contribution of the supervision variable to the productivity variable is 0.361 or 36.1% while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. The recommendation that can be submitted is that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about work corrections from leaders, they are always constructive rather than blaming, getting the lowest response with an average of 3.26 on the statement quite agree, so it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge, Ability, and Skills on the Business Performance of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) traditional snack vendors in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. Data sources include both primary and secondary data, collected through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study consists of MSME actors engaged in traditional snack businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. Since the exact number of the population is unknown, the Wibisono formula was used to determine the sample size, resulting in a total of 97 respondents. The research findings indicate a significant simultaneous influence of Knowledge, Ability, and Skills on the Business Performance of MSME traditional snack vendors in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. Partially, Knowledge, Ability, and Skills were also found to have a significant influence on business performance.

Abstract

The location of this research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Special Hotel located at Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.455, Simpang Empat, Pekanbaru City District, Pekanbaru City, Riau.Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Pekanbaru Special Hotel. In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents 58 people, using the SPSS program using the Simple Linear Regression Analysis method. From the results of the regression in this study, the regression equation can be seen as follows: Y = 8.074 + 0.783X, This means that the value of a is 8.074, this value indicates that when the price variable (variable X) is zero, then the consumer decision on (variable Y) is 8.074. While the value of b is 0.783, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the work discipline variable (variable X) by 1 (one) unit, then employee performance on (variable Y) will increase by 0.783 units. The calculated t value is 9.566. While the critical value according to the table with a significant level of 5% using the t table formula (α / 2; n-k) k = 2 and n = 58-2 = 56 is 2.00324, because t count> t table then Ho is rejected. This means that there is an influence by the Work Discipline variable on the employee performance variable. With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The positive calculated t value indicates that the work discipline variable has a unidirectional relationship with employee performance at the Pekanbaru Typical Hotel. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.620 or 62.0%, so it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable is 62.0%, while the remaining 30.8% (100% -62.0%,,) is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study

Abstract

This research is motivated by the workload of employees from time to time that needs improvement. The sample in this study were 88 driver employees who worked in various expedition companies in the city of Pekanbaru. From the results of the SPSS test, the t count was 4.171 and also from the t table, the t table result was 1.987. So in this test, the t count was 4.171> t table 1.987 and the significance level was 0.000 <0.05. So the results of the hypothesis test in this study are that workload has a significant effect on employee performance. The relationship between workload and employee performance is negative, as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of -0.719, which means that every increase in workload by one unit will reduce employee performance by 0.719 units. The R-square value (Coefficient of Determination) of 0.326 means that the contribution of the workload variable to employee performance is 32.60%

Abstract

This research was carried out at PT Kinchay Manokok Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta branch. The formulation of the research problem is whether workstress has an effect on employee morale at PT Kinchay Manokok Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta branch. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect ofemployee work stress on employee morale at PT Kinchay Manokok Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta branch.This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 38 employees at PT Kinchay Manokok, Soekarno-Hatta branch. The sample in this study was 38 people minus one person, namely management, because it did not include employees, the sample in this study was 37 people. Based on the t test that has been carried out, the results obtained  are a t value of 4.362 while t table is 2.026. This means that the value of t count > t table with a significance level of 0.000<0.005, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and R2 value of 0.352 is obtained. This explains the magnitude of the influence of theemployee work stress variable, employee work morale is 35.2% and the remaining 64.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the research results of a simple linear regression test, the equation obtained is Y= 24.023+0.566X.
