Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. Jurnal Eko dan Bisnis mengundang akademisi dan peneliti yang melakukan penelitian orisinal di bidang ekonomi, manajemen dan akuntansi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: Manajemen SDM, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Kewirausahaan dan koperasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the work discipline of employees in the marketing division of PT. DM Pekanbaru Branch. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 47 people, using the census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the motivation variable (X), the t-count is greater than the t-table (9.913 > 2.014). R2 of 0.686 (68.6%) explains that the motivational variable contributes to the influence of the work discipline of the employees of the Marketing Department of PT. DM Pekanbaru Branch of 68.6%. While the remaining 31.4% describes other independent variables not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that employees of PT. DM Pekanbaru Branch quickly adjusts to the work environment because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

This study aims to determine the effect of education costs on the parents' decision to choose SMK Swasta Pekanbaru. By using a total sample of 97 people. In this research, the writer uses incidental sampling research method using the SPSS method. From the results obtained tcount the variable cost of education is 10.229 and the value of ttable is 1.66105. So that tcount > ttable (10.229 > 1.66105) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the education cost variable has a positive and significant effect on the parents' decisions. In testing the coefficient of determination (r2), the value of r = 0.524 means that the relationship between the independent variables (education costs) to the dependent variable (student parents' decisions) is 52.4%, which means that there is a close relationship. The value of r square = 0.524 means that the influence of the independent variable (education costs) on the dependent variable (student parents' decisions) is 34.2% and the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables that are not careful. Finally, from this study it can be concluded that the cost of education has a positive and significant influence on the decisions of parents, so it is advisable to choose SMK Swasta Pekanbaru to pay attention to the cost of education so that the parents' decisions are better to achieve the goal.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT CEPART Indonesia, Pekanbaru Branch, located at Jl. Garuda Sakti Km. 3, Pergudangan Angkasa II. The study population consisted of 34 employees. Data analysis showed a t-value for the compensation variable of 4.646 with a significance level of 0.000. This indicates that compensation significantly influences employee performance. The correlation (R) value of 0.403 indicates that compensation has a 40.30% effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that compensation significantly influences employee performance at PT CEPART Pekanbaru Branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at G. B Hotel Syari'ah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers who stayed at G. B Hotel Syari'ah Pekanbaru until December 2022 totaling 6,323 consumers. A sample of 98 consumers was taken referring to the Slovin formula, data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires. The method used was descriptive and quantitative methods. Based on the results of the study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained of Y = 16,669 + 0.548 X. The results of the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table (12,889 > 1.985), with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at G. B Hotel Syari'ah Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence is 63.4% while the remaining 36.6% is determined by other variables not included in this research model, for example, promotion, price and brand image. To improve service quality, it is recommended that management provide training to employees on service quality to further enhance it and meet customer expectations.

This research was conducted at SMA KRJP, located in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service quality on student satisfaction at SMA KRJP. The population in this study consists of 420 students. The sample was selected using the accidental sampling method, resulting in a total of 81 respondents (simplified using the Slovin formula). To analyze the data collected, the researcher used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Based on the descriptive analysis results, respondents strongly agreed with the statements related to the service quality variable and also strongly agreed with the statements related to the student satisfaction variable. The results of the quantitative analysis show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 21.482 + 4.059X. The t-test result shows that the t-value for the service quality variable is 7.122 (greater than the t-table value of 1.990), with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. From the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the R² value is 39,1%, which means that the service quality variable influences student satisfaction by 39.1% at SMA KRJP, while the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of PPR Office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all PPR Office. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The results of the t test for the organizational culture variable have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PPR Office, because it has a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 3,882 > 2.010.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Workload on employee performance at PT. RAS Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 32 employees of PT. RAS Pekanbaru in 2024 and the entire population was used as a sample. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, library research and observation. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Descriptive is comparing the actual reality with theories that are related to the problem in order to draw a conclusion and tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. While the quantitative method in this study is based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid estimate. The results of simple linear regression research in this study are Y = 68.463 - 0,615. By using the t-test, the t_table value is 2,042 and the t_count is 3,711, meaning that t_count > t_table, which means that Workload has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. RAS Pekanbaru with a large influence of 31,5%.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. RIMBUN. The population in this study was 35 employees of PT. RIMBUN in 2024 and the entire population was used as a sample. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, library research and observation. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Descriptive is comparing the actual reality with theories that are related to the problem in order to draw a conclusion and tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. By using the t-test, the t_table value is 2,035 and the t_count is 7,252, meaning that t_count > t_table, which means that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. This research was conducted at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of permanent foundation teachers at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School. The population in this study was 68 teachers. The sample in this study was taken based on the saturated sampling method. The sample in this research was 68 teachers. In analyzing the data obtained from this research the author used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis methods. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it was stated that the respondents' responses to the Work Environment variable were agree and the Teacher Performance variable was agree. Based on the results of research using quantitative analysis, it is known that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 1.578 + 0.700 significant level 0.000 < 0.05. From the determination test it is known that (R2) is 0.543. Which means that the Work Environment variable has an influence of 54.3% on Teacher Performance at Telkom Pekanbaru Vocational School, the remaining 45.7% is influenced by variable factors that were not studied.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of the Work Environment, Employee Performance, at the Fisheries Processing Unit of Koto Masjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The population in this study was 91 employees and all were sampled. The research method used was the Descriptive method with a Quantitative approach. The average score for the overall Statement about the work environment was 4.08, meaning that the respondent's answer to the statement about the work environment was agree. While the tester's answer to the statement of employee performance was an average of 4.30, which means that they strongly agree. The data analysis used was simple linear regression with the results of the ESETESA diretelch, namely Y = 15.990 + 0.559X which has a positive relationship direction, namely if the work environment variable increases, the employee performance variable will increase. Based on the results of the t-test, it was obtained that the Dibung value was 7.414 > table 1.986 with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UPT. Fishery Product Processing in Koto Masjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The R Square value of 0.382 or 38.2% means that the environmental variables of Kezia have an influence on employee performance of 38.2%. While the remaining 61.8% is explained by other variables that are not included in the model. Thus it can be seen that there are still many other factors that influence the work environment.
