Abstract

Hotel Angkasa Garden Pekanbaru is one of the three star hotels in Pekanbaru City. This hotel offers affordable prices and is also equipped with adequate facilities, from parking, garden, free breakfast, sakura swimming pool, Ballroom and Metting Room which are comfortable for family and office events. The research was conducted at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru on Jl. Dr. Setia Budi No. 107. This research was conducted for six months from October 2022 to March 2023. The population in this study were consumers who had stayed at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Then the technique used is simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. This research was conducted for six months from October 2022 to April 2023. The population in this study were consumers who had stayed at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Then the technique used is simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the results of the study, it can be concluded that F arithmetic F table is 164.457 3.09 with sig 0.000 0.05. This indicates that capital regression can be used to simultaneously test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely facilities and price perceptions simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study state that the sig value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 5.376 1.98472 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that facilities have a significant influence in determining the level of customer satisfaction. The results of this study state that the sig value for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 4.850 1.98472, so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of renewable energy investment on economic growth, industrial innovation, and the implications of sustainable development policies. In the face of climate change challenges and dependence on fossil fuels, the renewable energy sector has emerged as a solution to foster greener and more sustainable economic growth. Using a quantitative approach and regression analysis, the study finds that investment in renewable energy significantly contributes to economic growth, particularly through the creation of new jobs and the reduction of energy costs. Furthermore, this investment also drives innovation in industrial sectors, such as the development of more efficient solar panels and cost-effective wind turbines. On the policy side, the study highlights the importance of fiscal incentives and government policies in supporting the renewable energy sector. Countries that implement policies supporting renewable energy show more inclusive and sustainable economic growth. These findings provide valuable insights for countries seeking to integrate renewable energy into their development policies to achieve long-term economic and environmental sustainability goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of supervision variables on employee performance through work discipline. The data sources obtained are secondary data. While the data analysis technique is Path analysis using a structural model to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables, the tool used is SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that direct supervision has an effect on employee performance, while indirect supervision through work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the supervision variables directly affect employee work discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on teachers' work enthusiasm at MTS Nurul Falah Sibiruang Koto Kampar Hulu. The organizational culture implemented in the school serves as a key factor in fostering a supportive work environment and enhancing teachers’ motivation. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population consisted of all 30 teachers at MTS Nurul Falah, and the sampling technique used was a census. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The results revealed that organizational culture has a significant influence on teachers’ work enthusiasm, as indicated by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value at a 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that organizational culture accounts for 49.4% of the variance in work enthusiasm, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the teachers’ work enthusiasm.

Abstract

This study investigates how leadership influences employee performance at the Burger Indonesia outlet in Panam Pekanbaru, Riau. A census of 38 employees was surveyed using Likert‑scaled questionnaires, and simple linear regression was applied. Results reveal that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.564, t = 4.093, p < 0.001), explaining 31.8 percent of performance variance (R² = 0.318). Employees perceive leadership practices—especially motivation, participative decision‑making, and clear delegation—as key drivers of higher work quality, timeliness, and productivity. Nevertheless, disciplinary data and absenteeism records indicate areas where leadership enforcement could improve. The study recommends that managers intensify participatory decision‑making, consistent sanctions, and regular motivation sessions to sustain performance. Future research should integrate additional variables (e.g., work environment, compensation) to capture the remaining 68.2 percent of unexplained variance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the productivity of PT. XYZ Division 1 Harvest Division. To achieve these objectives a study was conducted using a sample of 42 people, using the census method. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. Based on test results on occupational safety and health variables (X) obtained tcount (3.751) is greater than the value of table (2.021) with a significant level of 0.01 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that occupational health and safety had a significant effect on the productivity of the employees of PT. XYZ Division 1 Harvest Division. Based on the results of calculations to see how much the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable, after processing the data it turns out that the value obtained (R2) = (0.510 X 0.510 = 0.260) or 26%, then the percentage of contribution or contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.260 or 26 % while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that occupational health and safety of employees must be tightened even more, such as prohibiting the deviation of dangerous goods because they received the lowest response of 3.31 on a statement of agreement, it can be said that occupational health and safety the main priority for employees is with employees
