Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality that consists of professionalism & skills, attitude & behavior, accessibility & flexibility, reliability & trustworthiness, service recovery, servicescape    on customer satisfaction  , the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the impact of service quality through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Research using the research object PT.Bank Riau Kepri branch Siak located in the city of Siak Sri Indrapura, as the object is always saving clients who transact savings over 3 years data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents . Analysis tools using multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that when the quality of service considered it will increase customer satisfaction, if customer satisfaction note it will increase customer loyalty and if the service quality through customer satisfaction , the customer will be considered more loyal. With increasingly improved service and result in increased customer satisfaction will make loyal customers using the products and services of PT . Bank Riau Kepri

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Pekanbaru Branch is located at Jl. Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of work discipline, work experience and partial compensation on employee productivity PT. Riau branch of the Indonesian Classification Bureau and to analyze the influence of labor discipline, work experience and simultaneous compensation of employee productivity PT. Riau branch of the Indonesian Classification Bureau. To achieve these objectives do research using a sample of 57 people, using census method. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 17).Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the work discipline variables obtained t count> t-table on significant alpha = 5%, which amounted to 2,004 (2,638> 2,004). Based on the test results in variable work experience is seen that t count> t-table (2,209> 2,004). Based on the test results in variable compensation can be seen that t count> t-table (3,246> 2,004). Thus it can be concluded that the variable work discipline, work experience and partial compensation have a strong influence in affecting the productivity of employees at PT. Society Indonesia (BKI) Branch Riau.Based on the test results F-count amounted to 32 427 (see attachment) and F-table with a significant level of 5% = 2,779 (see annex). Then obtained the F-count is greater than F-table (32 427> 2.779). Thus the hypothesis that work discipline, work experience and compensation is a factor that affects the productivity of employees at PT. Society Indonesia (BKI) received Riau Branch.Recommendations to the authors propose is At the company, in order to further enhance the working discipline variable where of respondents on indicators of exemplary leadership and human relations received a low response from respondents with low respondents in these indicators will affect employees in improving their work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, to know and understand the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers, to know and understand the influence morale on teacher performance and to know and understand the influence of organization culture, job satisfaction, and excitement working simultaneously (simultan) on teacher performance.The result of the analysis show that the F test organizational culture, job satisfaction, and morale simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru. The result of the analysis of the test T is a) culture organizatitons are not positive and no significant effect on the performance of teachers, b) job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, c) morale and no significant positive effect on theacher performance. Of the independents variabels suggest that any of the three independent variabels which have contributed the most effect on the performance of theachers is job satisfaction.Finally, the authors suggest to MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru in order to enhance and support the performance of teachers at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence  the quality of service to patient satisfaction in hospital in Thursina Duri. The population in this study were hospital inpatients  in Thursina Duri which amounts to 100 people. Sampling was conduted using random sampling. Analysis of the data using reliability, clasisical assumptions, multiple liner regression, Uji_F and uji_t. test conducted to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable.Based on the research that the quality of service simultaneously influence the patient’s satisfactions with the value of correlation = 0.979 which shows the close relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in hospital in Thursina Duri. While the persenrtase impact of service quality to satisfaction of patient at hospital in Thursina Duri. While adjusted square 0.957 obtained which means the quality of service has contributed of 95.7 persent to client satisfaction. As well as the positive and significant impact on patients satisfaction with the level of Sig.0.000.The conclusion from this study that hypothesis simultaneously and partially between the variable quality of service to the patient’s satisfaction is proven and can be accepted as true

Abstract

This study aims to reveal (1) Influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Power Medics, (2) Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Power Medics, (3) Organizational Commitment to Performance Power Medics, (4) the effect of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment in together against Paramedical Personnel performance. The population in this study is a Paramedical Personnel Sub-district Puskesmas Tapan Bases Ampek Hall South Coastal District totaling 40 people. In because the population is relatively little overall sample of the population (census) as many as 40 people. Analysis of the independent and dependent variables made through descriptive analysis and regression as well as for proving the hypothesis used t test and F The conclusion that the hypothesis of partial and simultaneous variable Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, on the Performance of Power Paramedical proven / accepted in this study by the regression equation Y = 26.632 + 0.308 X1 + 0.263 X2 + 0,363 X3, with a value of t test each masingnya 2,731 and 2,604 and 2,246 with sig. 0.010, 0.018 and 0.027 less than 0.05. Test F with 7.573 sig. 0.000 <0.05 and is therefore variable X1 (Cultural Organizations), X2 (KepuasanKerja), and X3 (Organizational Commitment) partially and simultaneously significantly affect performance Paramedical Personnel (Y). From the results of this study suggested Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Commitment are relatively good to be maintained and even improved so that performance Paramedical Personnel increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the working hours to increased revenue scavengers  in Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The population in this study are scavengers numbering 39 person.  Mechanical sampling is dine by using a nonprobability sampling. The data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, simple linier regression, uji_t,  and the coefficient of determination. The test are conducted in order to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variabel.Based on the research that significantly influence the working hours increased revenue scavengers  in Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. It can be see significant value for 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. the amount of influence of independent variabeles on the dependent variable was 30.4 persent while the remaining 69.6 persent is influenced by other variables not examinedThe conclusion  from this study is that the hypothesis in the sudy is to reject H0

Abstract

The research purpose to know the effect of transformational leadership  based on performance. The data were collected by giving questionaires to 44 employees by using slovin based on sample random sampling method. The research used qualitative and quantitative. The population of the research was the 144 employees of PT. Panca Mulya Harapan Sektor Logas Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP). There were  44 respondents by using sample random sampling. Analysis model used by simple regration linear. The research prove that transformational leadership had positive impact and significanct influence of employees PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality to customer satisfaction at Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. Measuring the quality of service using five dimensions consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 30 customers were taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction and to determine the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. The results of this study showed that the five dimensions of service quality variables simultaneously and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction in the restaurant Waroeng Steak and Shake Pekanbaru. Abstract

The Research this aims to determine the effect of work conflict and job stress on employee performance At the Department of Mines and Energy District Meranti Islands. Collecting data using a questionnaire, distributed to 32 respondents drawn using the full sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results showed that there is a positive significant effect on the labor conflict on employee performance. It can be seen that t value > t table (2.863>2.052) and probability 0,008< 0.05. There is a significant negative effect of work stress on employee performance. It can be seen that t count > t table (-2.512> 2.052) and probability (0.142)>0.05. Based on the calculation of F test obtained by F value>F table (4.829>3.55) and a probability value of 0.016 <0.05 means work conflict and work stress together a significant effect on the performance of employees. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.263 indicated that contributed employee performance changes of 26,3% influenced by work conflict and work stress of employee

Abstract

One of the micro-finance agency, is Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil considered as Islamic micro finance agencies that can provide financial services to people with low income. Islamic micro finance agencies in the past have always shown considerable achievements in terms of quantity, the contribution of the absorption of labor power to the gross national income, so that efforts to empower communities through the development of its own capabilities and social and economic institutions that can reach and serve more communities business unit that can not be reached directly by the general banking or Islamic banking. Looking a t the development effort, it is necessary to network  better security, so that the existence of Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil increasingly powerful, healthy and sustainable. The methodology used in this study kuaalitatif approach. This study shows that there are some factors that affect the sustainability of the BMT Kemaheran Access Capital, Ability to resolve problems pembayaranbalik, strict control function, Employee Collaboration (teamwork), Willing and Challenges Facing obstacles and Supply of Human Resources.
