Abstract

Human resource issues in the spotlight as well as the foundation for the company to continue to survive. Human resources mempakan major role in every activity of the company. Although the number of facilities, infrastructure and resources, without the support of human resources activities of the company will not run properly. Thus mempakan human resources issues have to be considered in all his needs. Human resources will determine the successful implementation of the company's activities. For that in achieving organizational objectives required competence adequate human resources in driving performance and employee performance. The general objective of this research is separately the effect of competence on performance. The number of samples in this study as many as 52 people. The results in this study is competency has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Hall of Sumatra River Region III pekanbaru. Test equipment used in this study using simple linear regression, t test, as well as to determine the influence of variables using the coefficient of determination. In a test of the validity of the entire item statement is valid for values obtained rhitung> rtabel (0.2732). Simple regression results obtained value Y = 21 524 + 0.611X. From the results of the partial test or t test was obtained tcount (5547)> t table (2.008) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.005, meaning that the variable competence positive and significant impact on performance variables. And the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.381, or 38.1%, meaning that the level of influence or contribution made by the competence variable to variable performance of 38.1% while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This research conducted in PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. The population of this study is consumer PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru which amounts to 790.509. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. In analyzing the data obtained from this study the authors used quantitative descriptive analysis method with simple linear regression. From the results of the t test obtained value for the variable Service Quality of 5.688 > t table is equal to 1.984. with a significant amount of 0,000 smaller than 0.05, the results of this study indicate service quality affects customer satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.248 or 24.8% which shows the contribution of influence given the variable quality of service to the variable customer satisfaction PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru, while the remaining 75.2% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of orgaisasi culture on employee performance PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru which amounted to 77 people. While the sampling technique is determined by census of 76 people because 1 person is a researcher. Data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, normality test, simple linear regression, t test and R2 test. The test is conducted to determine the relationship between independent variables (independent variable) with dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research that the organizational culture affect the employee's performance can be seen from t arithmetic 4.842> t table 1.992 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then the calculation of coefficient of determination (R Square) of = 0,241 (24,1%), it shows that orgaisasi culture influence employee performance equal to 24,1% and the rest 75,9% influenced by other variable not examined in this research . Then the linear regression equation as follows: Y = 26.186 + 0.359X. Thus it can be concluded that the cultural variables orgaisasi (X) affect the performance variable (Y) at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media iklan (iklan koran, iklan majalah, iklan televisi, iklan luar ruangan, iklan internet) terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung android pada  mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau. Sedangkan hipotesis penelitian ini adalah diduga bahwa media iklan (iklan koran, iklan majalah, iklan televisi, iklan luar ruangan, iklan internet) berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung android pada  mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Adapun Pengambilan sampel secara probabilitas dengan teknik snowball sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media iklan (iklan koran, iklan majalah, iklan televisi, iklan luar ruangan, iklan internet) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung android pada mahasiswa  UIN Suska Riau. Sedangkan secara parsial iklan koran, iklan televisi, iklan luar ruangan, iklan internet memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian, namun tidak begitu halnya dengan iklan majalah yang mana memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone Samsung android pada mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adj R2) diperoleh 46,8 %, hal ini berart bahwa media iklan yaitu iklan koran, iklan majalah, iklan televisi, iklan luar ruangan, iklan internet secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all customer financing at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru until in the end of December 2015 amounted to 997 People. Samples taken as many as as 91 people refer to the formula Slovin, data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and interview. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Descriptive is a comparison between the actual reality with the theoris that had to do with problems in order to draw a conclusion and are tabuled in the form of tables of frequency distribution. While the quantitative methods of research based on the data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. Simple linear regression results in this study is Y = -1,735 + 0,331X. by using the t test, obtainet ttabel value of 19,636 and a mean value t­count 19,636>ttable 1,986, which means the quality of service have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru with great effect 81,20%

Abstract

This research was conducted on At PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The population in this study amounted to 33 people. In this study, sampling using samples saturated or census, which is as many as 33 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the motivation of work affect the performance of employees. The amount of influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 60.1% while the rest of 39.1% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and formulate strategies for the development of creative economy in improving the regional economy in several districts in Riau Province. The object of research is creative industry spread in small and medium business group (MSME) spread in each research area, that is 30.000 UMKM. The contribution of fishery sector in Indragiri Hilir Regency is analyzed through shift share analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is an increase in the contribution generated, this is due to improvements in resource management in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Assessment of economic base of Indragiri Hilir Regency in this study was calculated using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. Based on location analysis of Location Quotient, fishery sub sector is base sector for last 5 years. The base sector according to Sjafrizal (2008) is a sector whose activities can generate revenue from outside the region, the sector whose demand function is exogenous and can increase the economic growth of the region and become the backbone of the regional economy because it has a high competitive advantage. Of the sixteen attributes on the aspect of goofness and policy focus, the average of the results of the analysis suggests a poor and a mean score. This score implies that the conditions of regional economic development and creative industries business institutions in Indragiri Hilir Regency are viewed from the aspect of going and low policy focus. So this condition also demands better management through a series of integrated policies. The scores were then analyzed using the Rafed technique. The value of sustainability index of regional economic development and fishery business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency on the aspect of go-go and the policy focus obtained by Rafed technique is 52,34. Based on the sustainability criteria, the sustainability status on the aspect of going on and the focus of this policy is on a fairly sustainable status. The stress value obtained on the Aspect of Going Out and Policy Focus is 0.1392 (13.92 percent) or still below 25 percent so Rafed's analysis meets the condition of good of fit. The value of R2 obtained is 95.27 percent, which means the model using the current variables has explained 95.27 percent of the existing model. The result of leverage analysis for the aspect of go-go and the policy focus on regional economic development and creative industry business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency that there is no dominant attribute influence the sustainability of regional economic development and creative industry business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency from Aspect of Going and Policy Focus, the highest leverage factor values are Community Development Policy, Interregional / Local Government Cooperation Policy and Business Competition Policy

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of economic growth to index of human development in Pekanbaru. The method used in this paper is the study of literature supported by quantitative descriptive analysis of secondary data. namely data development of HDI, districts / cities and economic growth rate in 2006-2016 BPS Pekanbaru. statistical test used is simple linear regression, tes_t, and coefficient of determination. Tests conducted to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Based on the research, it is found that economic growth has a significant negative effect on human development index. and the magnitude of the effect of economic growth variables on the human development index by 69.9 percent

Abstract

The problem in this research was listener decision in choosing Persada Riau Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Research variables were brand image, personality, promotion and listener decision. The purpose of this research to show (1) The Influence Of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion simultaneously toward listener decision, (2) The Influence Of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion Partially toward listener decision.  Based on observation and prliminary study,writer found that listener decision in choosing Persada Radio Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Is in low category.writer guested that thelow of listener decision because of severalfactors, which are, the low of company brand image by listener, the low of listener decision in choosing Persada Radio Broadcast, the promotion of broadcast Radio is not enough adequate. In sloving the problem, there were two hipothesis. First : There is an Influence of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Second : There is an Influence of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion partially toward Listener Decision in Choosing Persada Radio Persada Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru.The Population was community of persada broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. The total number of population was 455 participant. Sampling in this research calculte by using slovin formula as many as 82 respondent. Data collection by using questionaire of likert scale. Then,the questionqires analyzed by using correltion technique and multiple linier regression in SPSS for windows version 19. The analysis finding shows that brand image, personality and promotion simultaneously toward listener decision got contribution score 58,7 %. The influence in regression Y= 14,422+0,496X1-0,381X2+0,513X3. According to research finding, writer concluded that there is significant influence or brand image, personality and  prootion simultaneously toward listener decision. Writer suggested to company to increase their brand image tolistener. And understanding listener personality with appropriate program, then increasing promotion. It did not mean that others unresearch factors were ignored
