Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan focuses on the following topics: Curriculum development, teacher education and professional development, teacher training, cross-cultural studies, learning, evaluation, English language teaching, counseling, management, quality of education, and the use of communication and information technology, at various levels of education and how to deliver learning. It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

The strategic plan model is to explain the actions in the process of achieving the goals to be completed. This study aims to examine the strategic planning model. This study uses the library research method by collecting materials containing content about the strategic planning model. This study describes the meaning of strategic planning models, strategic planning components, and strategic planning models. The strategic planning steps include the following: 1) Set organizational goals and direction; 2) Learn about the environment inside and outside; 3) Formulate strategies; 4) Implement strategies; 5) Evaluate and monitor strategies. The strategic planning models are as follows: 1) "Basic" Strategic Planning Model; 2) Planning model based on problems or objectives; 3) Alignment or Alignment Model; 4) Scenario Planning Model; 5) Organic or Self-Organization Planning Model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of curriculum development in schools. This research, sometimes referred to as a type of library research, involves research or obtaining materials from various sources such as magazines, books, articles, and others that are relevant to the problem to be solved. The output of this research is curriculum development, namely the process of curriculum planning and design by curriculum developers, and the activities carried out so that it becomes teaching materials and reference materials to achieve national education goals. In designing the curriculum, teachers can choose from several models including: Administrative Model, Grass Roots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp Model, Roger's Model, Problem Solving Model, and Taba's Inverted Model. curriculum development includes curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staffing and curriculum control. Successful curriculum implementation results from careful planning and attention to two important things, namely communicating the implementation plan and the support of all resources in the implementation.

Abstract

In the learning process students often ask about how something works or why certain things happen as they do or even tend to have good problem solving skills. They are people who carefully analyze individual or group problems. Children's ability to solve problems (Problem Solving) can improve cognitive abilities both in thinking and creativity. problem solving to be able to improve students' cognitive abilities or critical thinking skills of students at Surya Kencana Bhakti Middle School. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Qualitative research is a type of research that produces findings that cannot be achieved by using statistical procedures or by other means of quantification. The importance of critical thinking and problem solving in PAI learning is so that students can stimulate, analyze, and synthesize exactly where the problem is, on their own initiative. In PAI students are required to have the ability to see causation or relationships from various information obtained so that they can find the key to solving problems.

Abstract

In childhood there are six areas of life development, including emotional development, so that the assessment of emotional development in children must be evaluated early. An objective assessment can properly monitor a child's emotional development. This research was conducted at TKIT Nurul Ilmi, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used is qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The activities used by TKIT Nurul Ilmi in developing children's emotional intelligence are playing puzzles and coloring, training queues, and getting used to sharing.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the meaning of the word Tawhid in the Arabic language perspective and understand in depth the nature of the word Tawhid in various semantic linguistic perspectives of the Arabic language. This research is a qualitative research with the method used, namely the descriptive method of analysis. The method is used in analyzing the word Tawhid in various perspectives, especially in the Arabic perspective. The meaning of Tawhid contained in several Arabic dictionaries is very varied. Researchers use semantic analysis derived from several dictionaries, sharaf books, and the perspectives of experts who can be analyzed that the word "توحيد" is isim masdar, and is called the word "توحيد" because the true meaning of the word tawhid is to discuss God. In Arabic, the word Allah is isim so it can be said, the word tawhid is given to Allah. Therefore, the science of tawhid is a science that includes a discussion of the dzat-dzat of Allah, the asthma of Allah and af'al Allah and also the science that believes in the existence of Allah. The researchers concluded that the basic meaning of the word Tawhid is to worship God with the total belief that there is "There is no God but Allah".

Abstract

Abstract In teaching and learning activities, many factors are associated with student learning outcomes. One of them is the learning model. Processes to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process can be formed through the Think-Pair-Share Cooperative Learning model because Student-centered learning and requires them to independently complete case studies and share knowledge. This study aimed to improve student learning achievements after the cooperative learning models applied the type a Think-Pair-Share on the subject Bahasa Arab Minat : Fi’il Shahih, Mu’tal, and Fi’il Madhi in X-IIK 1 MAN 1 Medan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in two cycles, the cycle I use pre-test and reflection, the cycle II using post-test. Data obtained from this research analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research is by implementing learning model Think-Pair-Share (TPS) can improve student learning outcomes. This is demonstrated by the growing results of learning, at the pre-test of 35 students, there are only a few students who reach a minimum SKM ≥ 76, cycle I increased to 25 from 35 students who achieve a percentage value of the SKM class completeness 71% and the cycle II, rose to 33 from 35 students to reach a value of ≥76 SKM percentage completeness the class of 94%. The response of students in learning using learning model Think-Pair-Share of 84%. Keywords: Think-Pair-Share Model, Learning Of Arabic, improve learning results, Classroom Action Research Abstrak Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran. Proses untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dapat dibentuk melalui model Think-Pair-Share Cooperative Learning karena pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan mengharuskan mereka untuk secara mandiri menyelesaikan studi kasus dan berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa setelah model pembelajaran kooperatif menerapkan tipe a Think-Pair-Share pada subjek Bahasa Arab Minat : Fi'il Shahih, Mu'tal, dan Fi'il Madhi pada X-IIK 1 MAN 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I menggunakan pre-test dan refleksi, siklus II menggunakan post-test. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin berkembangnya hasil pembelajaran, pada pre-test 35 siswa hanya ada beberapa siswa yang mencapai SKM minimal ≥ 76, siklus I meningkat menjadi 25 dari 35 siswa yang mencapai nilai persentase ketuntasan kelas SKM 71% dan siklus II, naik menjadi 33 dari 35 siswa mencapai nilai ≥76 SKM persentase ketuntasan kelas 94%. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share sebesar 84%. Abstract

This study aims to find out the most frequent errors students make in writing recount texts. This study used a descriptive method with quantitative data analysis techniques to answer the questions posed. The scope of this research is limited to the grammatical analysis and writing mechanism of the components of the fourth recount text written by third year students of UMS Rappang. These errors are classified into six categories: errors in the use of verb forms; thr use of the article; use of prepositions; noun pluralization; use of pronouns; use of conjunctions. The findings of the study showed that the most frequent errors students made were in the use of verb forms, punctuation marks, prepositions, nouns, articles and pronouns. It can be concluded that students have not mastered grammar well. They face many problems in English in general and in writing English in particular.

Abstract

Quality education is one that produces graduates who possess not only proficiency in a single field of study but beyond that (multidisciplinary). The various issues concerning the religious community, nation, and social dynamics of Indonesian society demand that graduates from higher education institutions have skills in more than one area of study. This research aims to uncover the concept of multidisciplinary education by Moh. Natsir and its implementation at College for Islamic Preaching (STID) Moh. Natsir. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, focusing on the literature related to the subject and employing content analysis to construct Moh. Natsir's educational concept. The findings reveal that Moh. Natsir advocates for quality and inclusive education by integrating studies of history and politics, promoting freedom and independent thinking, advocating for an understanding of Islamic democracy, combining literature and language, strengthening unity and Indonesian nationalism, and also integrating just economics and development to improve the welfare of the people. From this concept, Moh. Natsir represents a graduate of multidisciplinary education who applies this approach to all aspects of their activities, enabling them to address the challenges faced by the community and the nation in a holistic manner.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis 21 siswa kelas V UPT SDN 003 Batubelah tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing dengan dua pertemuan dan empat tahap pembelajaran: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mei 2023. Dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes adalah teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V telah meningkat pada siklus I pertemuan 1 dengan nilai rata-rata 67,42 dan pada siklus I pertemuan 2 dengan nilai rata-rata 69,76. Pertemuan ke-1 siklus I menunjukkan peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 81,09, dan pertemuan ke-2 menunjukkan peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 81,66. Dengan demikian, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa UPT kelas V SD Negeri 003 Batubelah dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran STEAM.

Abstract

Instilling religious character values in the science learning process is a must for teachers. This research intends to find out the cultivation of religious character values in science learning at SDS Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta. The procedure used is a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and questionnaires about the religious character of students. The subjects of this research were all 16 students in class IV, 3 science teachers, and the homeroom teacher. The research was conducted in December 2022 - January 2023. Data analysis used Miles Hubernman. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the teacher's skills in carrying out science teaching and learning activities based on religious characters at SDS Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta are very good. Where all the taught teachers have been able to produce religious personality values. There are also suggestions for related parties, both school principals and the Ministry of Education and Culture to be able to distribute training for teachers in order to improve teaching and learning activities that lead to instilling student character values so that teachers can easily implement them in class.
